DO NOT GO HERE. They were super slow despite the online wait time being 0-10 minutes. The men had horrible communication skills. I went for an oil change and tire rotation and was there well over an hour. The guy helping me that was at the computer acted like a total know it all. He showed me the difference between dealership prices and Valvoline Prices and completely lied about how much the dealership cost. I had the prices from a previous dealership visit. He also forgot about my tire rotation and tried to check me out. While they ATTEMPTED to do my tire rotation my car wasn t compatible with the lift . seriously . I guess I was the first person who has ever tried getting their Subaru tires rotated there. Lastly, when the dude checked me out he didn t apply my coupon despite me asking him if he did. I paid $80 for a horrible serviced oil change. I spend way less at the dealership and always leave happy. I wish I could have rated this zero stars because it doesn t deserve one.Services: Tires, Oil change

These guys always seem to do a good job no matter who is working. Usually in and out quick with good honest service. I can't stand the hard sell on other items when I'm just there for a quick oil change. They are good about making you aware of all the options but not hammering on them. I'm usually able to find a decent coupon online so the price is fair.Service: Oil change

Very easy and quick experience. Nice staff. Price isn t the cheapest but you pay for convenience and efficiency. Also got a coupon towards a car wash. Overall would recommend.

The team was all super personable, very knowledgeable, they got me in and out in a timely fashion and for a cheap price. The assistant manager and Jan took the time to explain my car needs in detail to me as its new and I had no clue about some of the upkeep that the dealership never filled me in on. I will definitely be returning for my future car needs!Service: Oil change

I've gone here twice now, and even though it's a little more spendy than other oil change places, it's totally worth it. These guys are so friendly and helpful, and they get the work done quickly and efficiently. I've been in and out in 15 minutes or less both times. Highly recommended! Great job guys!

The manager at this location Chase is one of the best people for this job. Super knowledgeable, made sure I knew what was going on step by step. Even gave some pointers on other random information I should know. Very professional and fun personality. I m from Iowa and would gladly drive to. We are visiting from Florida (1500 miles) and noticed an oil leak. Stopped in expecting to have to get an oil change even though it was changed in FL before our trip. Once there I let them know what was going on and the manager put her crew on it. They tightened the loose filter and performed several checks to ensure it was no longer leaking. When I asked what we owed she said don't worry about it and sent us on our way. This was an outstanding example of great customer service and genuine integrity. Next time we are in this area I will wait and get my oil changed with them. Thank you!Service: Oil change

I came here because it s right by my apartment. I happened to get off work early and was in desperate need of an oil change. I go into car maintenance with a feeling of dread, usually, but this was a wonderfully easy experience, and everyone was so nice! When you stop by in the middle of a blizzard to get some new wiper blades and some air pressure in the tires and your driver side wiper falls off in white out conditions less than a half hour after leaving because they didn t put it on right/didn t use the right wiper.. Be careful who you trust the safety of your family with, I m now out $50 for the wipers and one of them doesn t even stay on the arm.Service: Tires

I went in for an oil change on a Saturday morning and expected a long wait. I only waited 5/10 minutes before I was sent into the bay. Chass helped me with my oil change and I couldn t say a bad thing about my experience. Professional, informative, efficient and super cheerful. The person I initially had contact with listened to the concern I had about a previous dealership who I had nothing but trouble with. After an oil change at this dealership, I had lost a total of 6 quarts of oil and didn't know what was happening. Valvoline Instant Oil Change instantly found that my oil filter was loose and wasn't even hand tight. They said I was fortunate that my filter didn't come off while driving. Everyone at VIOC was polite, professional, and knowledgeable about their job. Great job team! I also got a discount for being a first responder AND I got a $10 off coupon for a car wash at the next door wash. FYI - I live on the road full-time and tow my 36' 5th wheel with this truck. This was my first experience using Valvoline; I used to frequently use mister lube, with always very good service.The price with valvoline was roughly $110 for an oil change. I never paid that much with mister lube. This price blew my mind. I used a $10 coupon from their website so ended up paying $96 something for their service.It also seemed like the staff member doing the work on my vehicle had multiple issues when completing the tasks, as if she was uncertain if she was going things correctly. This did not provide me comfort. She also spilled oil all over herself during the process.There was no complimentary car wash with the new company either, which was a little disappointing.I personally would not use this service again.Service: Oil change

Quick, reliable, and interested in your safety and your car's performance. They mentioned that my wheels have some "weathering cracks", but the tires still have good tread left, yet they don't even sell tires.

Service is great, but the weeds and the landscaping desperately need to be cleaned up to keep our neighborhood looking nice. Since Valvoline took over from Mr. Carwash the weeds have been allowed to flourish and the landscaping has deteriorated.

Overall decent service although they completely failed to put air in my tires which they normally do. On my invoice it stated my tire pressure was checked and okay but they never checked or put air in them.

It is a little inconvenient when they don't always have oil filters or air filters fior new carsSometimes I have to purchase my own then bring it with cuz I prefer to go to Valvoline then anywhere else

Did normal oil change .slow service but did a good job informing me if everything they see and are doing.had 3 cars behind me in line but they did one car at a time all in same lane ..price is still same fir full synthetic oil . good to see.

I am saddened to put it at 1 star.. a few years ago, unbelievable service.... but now... you can see and hear they are under staffed and you can tell.. they didn't fill my windshield fluid or my coolant. Too bad, I really liked the place and employees.
