I was very pleased to find a car that would suit my needs and was in my price range. My experience with all members of Tom Kadlec Honda Service were very helpful in answering questions, knew the car well, and were sincere in sharing their insights and personal experience in Hondas. The financial department was able to meet my needs in finding a payment price that was comfortable. All over it was a very positive experience, which I ve already recommended to my workmates.

In purchasing my pickup everything went like clockwork and I am very happy with the pickup! However, I was not happy when on the way home and the first week, during very cold weather the heater was between very warm heat coming out or ice cold air! I ended up adding over 3/4 gallon of antifreeze, now it works like a charm!! I also put in a new air filter and had to clean off the positive battery post which had a good amount of corrosion buildup on it. I love my pickup!!

Tom Kadlec Service Department is very good to work with. Dylan has been my Service advisor since we started taking our Pilot to them. He pays attention to customers thoughts and questions. He answers with honesty and sincerity. He keeps in contact with updates. I love taking my Pilot here. Great people overall.

Dustin was so great to deal with! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We felt like we had known him for a long time! From arriving at the dealership to driving our dream vehicle home, everything went smoothly! We will definitely be back for our next vehicle! They are always pleasant and try hard to fit you in even when you don t have an appointment.l just there to get a front end alignment, they said they didn t have anyone scheduled (it was 4:55pm ) boom took me in and had it done in just over an 1/2 hour!Great bunch of guys Thanks again Jeff

The staff member handling my service visit was very attentive and polite. He let me know the approximate time the service would take and suggested I could relax in the. Customer Lounge.As part of the service, my tires were checked. The service rep came to me to report that they were severely worn. I knew this was coming based on previous reports and knew the tires would have to be replaced. He shared recommendations for several possible makes/models of tires and shared the benefits of each. This made my selection of the replacement tires much easier.I was completely satisfied with my experience..

Wow, these guys saved our bacon! We were broke down in MI a long ways from our home in MT and we had a tight schedule to meet for getting back home. It was 11a.m. when I dropped off the car for repair and discussed our tight schedule. Our service gentleman said he d do the best he could and would do his best to get our car fixed by days end. They provided me with a new loaner car! I traveled back to our motel expecting to wait til their shop closed. To my delight they called me only 1 1/2 hours later and said come pick up your car, it s fixed!! They described the problem and had the new part my car needed on their parts shelf. All said, we had a delightful satisfying experience with this dealership and we kept to our schedule without having to pay for more motels and meals. Santiago was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We came in to look at an Acura trade, which is a car we like very much. For some reason we decided to look at the Pilot. We bought one and we are quite happy with it also.

Have previously avoided Tom Kadlec due to previous experiences, however we recently had engine trouble and brought our car in for diagnostics. While it was not an easy diagnosis or fix, the service department was remarkable to work with and extremely patient and pleasant. I was impressed with the empathy over our frustration as well as utmost professionalism from all the staff.

This was my first time working with Tom Kadlec Honda. We have always previously used another dealer within Rochester MN. They were very accommodating to my schedule and had everything ready upon my arrival for test driving. The first vehicle I drove did not make me excited so I went home and browsed their website again the following day. Found another vehicle that got my attention and set up to test drive that. This vehicle had everything I was looking for. I had lots of questions and wanted several comparisons in pricing, with different down payments as well as comparisons in leasing options. They were very accommodating in getting this information for me so I could see numbers on paper. Which led me to purchasing our new vehicle. I gave a 4 star for a couple of reasons. The salesman I dealt with was not the original salesman I spoke to as he was unfortunately busy when I arrived. The salesman I did deal with was newer to the role so you could feel he was not at ease with making sales. Also because whenever I have purchased or leased a vehicle in the past they have always come with a full tank of gas and this one did not it was on empty with the warning light going off so I had to go to the nearest gas station to fill up in order to make it home.

The service was quick and everything seems to be working well. The service people were friendly and informative. I wish the waiting room was quieter so I could read more easily while waiting.

I bought a new car from them summer 2023 and boy do I wish I never did. I had dealer installed options which were not put on right and I had to return to have corrected. Then they gouged my paint and did a poor paint pen repair which didn't even cover all the guove when I pointed out the damage. Then they were surprised when I didn't feel the repair was adequate on a brand new car. All of this requiring multiple trips, phone calls and run around. Now in the winter with a few thousand miles I have a bead seal leak which keeps giving me flats and I feel should be covered. If these were new tires from a tire shop they would say no problem let us reseal it when you stop by. I hope people don't go there expecting a good experience because from what I'm hearing from other people in the community they will be disappointed too.

I have been going here for 7 years and and their service department is the best. They keep my HRV in tip top shape. It is easy to make appointments and they perform the work. I have never had to come back to have a repair re-repaired. They are great!

Our 2016 CRV had a valve cover oil leak. We have around 136 k on the CRV. I called in for the appointment. I planned on staying in the waiting area for the duration of the diagnostic and subsequent fix. The service are you pull into is a clean well lighted inside drop. I spoke with a representative and discussed issue.Lots of beverage choices in the waiting area including a coffee maker than can make cappuccinos to espressos and many in between as well as snack bars. They provide plug ins for cell phones in the very comfortable waiting area.The representative approached me informing me service had performed an inspection and it was indeed the valve cover that was leaking and suggested I get a brake fluid flush. He answered my questions concerning the need as well as the cost. I decided to get that procedure performed and asked since the engine was covered in oil due to the leak if that could degreased.They pulled my CRV, which they washed, up for pick up. The engine is spotless with no more issues and I m confident of our brakes for the foreseeable future. I was in and out within a couple hours. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were not in any way pushing me to purchase additional services.I was very pleased with my experience at Tom Kadlec service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honda has been servicing my Odyssey for 16 years. I recently bought a new Passport. I would not go anywhere else! The guys in the shop are awesome, simply the best!Waylon, Brad and Blake........ always helpful, friendly and smiling!!

I didn t appreciate your service as a company. The sales guy was very rude and sarcastic when asking him questions. You also sold me a truck that had a 5.5 year battery and someone told me that you wouldn t replace it. I was told that everything was looked over but seems like that was missed. I was also giving a key fob that was dead the next day. You guys need to inspect your vehicles better before selling them. Thanks.

Work was done in a timely manner. Waiting area is neat and modern with refreshments available. The free car wash when you are reunited with your car is a pleasant bonus. I mean who doesn t like driving a freshly washed clean vehicle. Honda Kadlec has always treated me fairly. I would definitely recommend them for any vehicle needs.

Service department does a nice job. However after being a 2 car Honda family for 6 years they can't seem get the contact info right for my husband and I. He gets info for me and vice versa even after updating online. Have brought it to their attention several times and nothing changes.
