I purchased a 2021 Volvo XC90 from this company in November. I live in Iowa and just did everything over the phone. I had a great time with "Neal with the Deals!" He was a great guy. He sent me photos and videos. I have been in sales for quite some time and value the experience over anything. Connie at the front desk greeted me. I would have no problem buying another vehicle from them.

We tried looking within a 500 mile radius for my perfect car, a red Honda Civic Sport hatchback with a 6-speed manual transmission. They were few and far between. But Tom Kadlec had one on their lot, and they held it for me. I worked closely with Santiago Jimenez, the most wonderful salesperson ever, he sent me texts and videos, and when we drove the 300+ miles, he was so warm and welcoming to me and my husband. And they had the best price. We are so happy with the car and with Tom Kadlec Honda!

Drove all the way down from Duluth because Tom Kadlec Honda was the only dealer in MN that could get me a 2024 Civic Touring Hatchback with a manual transmission in the color I wanted. From start to finish, the entire car buying experience was great! I highly recommend their dealership, even if driving 200+ miles to make the deal work.

Professional, prompt and caring staff and huge selections on new vehicles , Dylon was great and not pushy , stayed late waiting for me to get off work , finance manager Derek I believe was also nice and professional and gave me a financing rate that s unbeatable! I was in the need of a new Honda Odyssey. I contacted 7 different dealers in the Midwest close to me. Gave each the same parameters of what I was looking for. Once I contacted Tom Kadlec in Rochester my search was over.My first contact was Clair from the internet team. She was great. I was then in contact with my salesperson Areia. She was fantastic! I laid out what I was looking for and she listened to every detail. She was able to provide me with a price that was better than anyone else but that wasn t the main reason I went with TK Honda. Her communication was outstanding answering every phone call and email question I had. And all hher responses were in a very timely manner. I wish every car purchase I make in the future could be with Areia!She then introduced me to Jordan in the finance division. Very courteous and professional. Laid out all my options and helped us with financing our new van with an incredible rate. What a great guy!It s a three hour drive for us to get to TK Honda and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience that was completely stress free and far!!!

I have worked with TK Honda since I purchased my Accord from Neal in 2018. When I picked up my used car it was extremely clean, detailed and presented to me. I knew Neal from a successful lease my parents had done the 3 years prior.Today I picked up my Odyssey from service. In less than 24 hours my vehicle was towed in, diagnosed, a service plan was made, the vehicle was serviced and returned to me washed for an added bonus!When my vehicle was dropped off, Ryan from service called to let me know that they had received the vehicle. He gave me realistic expectations of a service timeline and said he would make an effort to get it back to me by the end of the week (3 days). When the tech got the vehicle diagnosed ahead of schedule, Ryan called and gave me an update and gave me 2 options for service to choose from. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each option so that I could make an informed decision. When I asked a few questions about the service and products being used so that I could further research them to understand my options, he said he would get back to me with the information and he did.When the vehicle was serviced ahead of schedule and was ready to be picked up, he called and updated me and sent a driver to come and pick me up from work. I was picked up in a clean and comfortable vehicle by a kind driver. When I arrived he explained the bill and my vehicle was brought into the indoor service area for me.This review was NOT part of a paid promotion. At no point was I solicited for a review by TK Honda. I will include a disclaimer that based on my experience as an employee and as a customer in the automotive service industry that my service timeline was unique in that the service was not labor intensive, the parts and supplies were readily available at the time and my service needs arose during an off peak time for the service provider.I am continually happy with the service I receive at TK Honda and I would recommend them to my family and friends as a premium option for sales and service at reasonable prices.

I would highly recommend this dealership. Billy Miner took a lot of time explaining all of the functions of the car (lots of electronics I was not familiar with) and was not pushy at all. I felt he was very honest and didn t try to sell me something I don t need. After I purchased my CR-V the sales manager introduced himself and thanked me for my purchase. Very nice and adds just a little to an already good experience.

Our salesperson was Dustin and he took great care of us. We came in on a Saturday and test drove 3 cars and never once made us feel guilty as we didnt know exactly what we were shopping for at first. When we finalized a car we wanted, he made the paperwork section a breeze and a smooth transition to finance. Derek was super helpful and found us a great rate. Loving our CRV. Will definitely be coming back for cars in the future.

I was sold a lemon. It is what it is at this point. I pointed out the mechanical issues that I noticed with my vehicle to my salesman upon purchase, and he told me I would be taken care of. I called back about setting up an appointment to fix the addressed issues and it turned out that the salesman was no longer employed and his verbal agreement meant absolutely nothing anymore and my warranty didn't cover these crucial issues that I address upon purchase. I'm still paying for ongoing issues that really should not be coming up since the vehicle was under 80,000 miles, and after over almost 4 years I haven't even added 12,000 to it. I wouldn't recommend Tom Kadlec Honda to anybody.Replying to Tom Kadlec-I called and also talked to your chat representative, Alice, multiple times. I was not taken seriously any of those times since the salesman was not with the dealership anymore. As you said, he left your dealership shortly after I purchased my vehicle. I feel like I your salesman treated me like "yeah, whatever I won't even be around to have to deal with this." No action was taken until now in this chat when I post a public review. Your employees represent your business, and when a verbal agreement is taken, you expect the business to back up that agreement. I even asked the salesman if we needed to sign anything else before I left, and he told me that wasn't necessary and I'd be taken care of. I chose Tom Kadlec Honda because of the reputation, but it seems like no matter where you go all dealerships will find someone to take advantage of.I have paid for all of the necessary repairs out of my own pocket with no help from you, and I do not plan to be back anytime soon.Please try to be honest and apply the golden rule to your customers in the future. It would make difference.

I brought my wife's 2014 CRV in for a check engine light. Ryan was my service advisor. He was able to squeeze us in for an appointment very quickly. Very impressed. It was so nice; the repair was done same day.Big shout out to Todd in the parts department too. He made sure they had all the necessary parts on hand to do the repair. Great service fellas!

Worst customer service experience I ve ever had with a dealer. I bought a used truck from out of state, and everything was going great until the deal was agreed upon. After that the salesperson refused to return our calls. Only one person in finance would sometimes return or answer our calls. The general manager wouldn t even return our calls. It took 3 sets of paperwork, because they messed up the first two sets, and 6 weeks for us to get this truck. I tried for weeks to get them to call my shipper and they refused until they got funded. I told them to be more proactive and get I touch with him ahead of time and they refused. Then come time to ship it took 3-4 more days to get ahold of them because they were calling the wrong number. They don t care about customer satisfaction at this dealer and I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them.

We purchased a Honda CR-V from Tom Kadlec. We had a seamless experience. This was our first car in US and Paul made our experience a memorable one. The communication was transparent and proactive and we got a Hybrid car well before time despite the challenges in the market. Paul and Derek were not only pleasant but super fun people to interact with. I would highly recommend Tom Kadlec and their staff.

I bought a 2021 Ford Expedition from them in May of 2023; it had 68K miles on it when I bought it. Before I bought it they had put new brakes and rotors all around, which factored into my decision to buy it. I drove it about 10K miles in about three months. In that time, the brakes started pulsating. I took it back to Tom Kadlec Honda because I had purchased it from them. They took care of the problem AT NO CHARGE! I was stunned. Never in my life have I had this positive of an experience with a dealership. They have a customer for life. Impressed!

We went here looking for a vehicle when I totaled out my car.. we wanted to test drive a few different models and upon arriving we told our salesperson that we were not going to be buying that day because we wanted to wait until the insurance paid out our loan on our previous car our sales person was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable however after we decided what we wanted we went back in the building we told our salesperson that we still weren t going to buy today then they brought out the manager who was very pushy. We told him as well we would not be buying that day we were only there to test drive models to see what we wanted. He then continued to push.. I told him they didn t have the color I wanted.. we felt very pressured.. we honestly contemplated running out of the building. We were told there was no way we were going to get a hybrid because they have all been spoken for and if we did find one that was available we would be overcharged for it. We said we were going to think about it and go get lunch then they offered an extended test drive we said no and after another 15 minutes of him being pushy we finally left. We didn t even get out of the parking lot and had decided we would not be purchasing a vehicle from them. We went through Kia of Duluth and were able to get a hybrid in the color we wanted and the process was smooth as pie and we paid msrp.. I do not recommend this business as they are super pushy and will not take no for an answer.

I can't believe they washed my car as well! The coupons saved me so much money. This time Ryan was my Advisor and made everything clear about the service done on my vehicle. Still awesome place for service and quality. New and old vehicles. Just got my car serviced again. Jason Norby is stone cold serious about helping people with their cars. This guy rocks. Music in the KIA dealership is terrible pop schlock. Brain hurts. But what fantastic service. They washed my car so I did not recognize it in the parking lot. Lol. Apart from the stupid music, this is a fantastic place to hang out and get some work done. Did I mention the music sucks? Bring headphones.... you're gonna need 'em.

Our salesman was Brian and I appreciated his patience. Over the two weeks that we spent with test rides, I'm sure that we asked the same questions more than 3 times. We never felt pressure to make a purchase. He was very helpful in pointing out the many differences between the different models. I won't hesitate to return for a car purchase in the future.

They didn t try to hard sell me on accessories etc. I was in and out in 40 minutes..which included a test drive of the brand new vehicle. Would definitely recommend and purchase from them again.

Found a great GMC Sierra for a fair price at Tom Kadlec Honda. I had a lot of hoops to jump through with being from out of state and an insurance claim for previous vehicle. Zach helped arrange a test drive, purchase, and pick up of my new vehicle. He kept me informed every step of the way. Great dealership to work with. I would highly recommend them.

We were in the market for a Hybrid car. We tried a few makes from other dealers before going to Tom Kadlec and test driving the CRV Hybrid. We very much liked the CRV over the makes we tried. It just feels like it was made specifically for us. We worked with Billy who was great to work with. We needed some time to think through our purchase because we did not want to make an impulse decision. He respected that and gave us the time we needed without any pressure. We returned to make our purchase. There were options we could have added to it and when we teased out what options we did want versus what we probably could get by without, he did not try to upsell. There was no pressure at all. It was clear that it was important for Billy to sell us what we wanted rather than what would give him the most in commission. There were plenty of customers in the dealership that day and no pressure sales seemed to be the theme with Tom Kadlec. Oh, and let s talk about trade in. Tony at Tom Kadlec was more than fair in appraising our vehicle and giving us a fair trade in value. If fact, they gave us more than the other dealers were willing to give. And this was even before we decided on the CRV. The trade in value was not based on the price of the car we were going to buy. It was based on the value of our trade in, plain and simple. Typically, it can be scary to buy a new car. That does not apply when you buy at Tom Kadlec. The entire staff are about fitting the buyer with the car they want and not about making more money off a higher sale. And the service department holy smokes!! Clearly it is important to make sure the customer is comfortable while they wait for their vehicle. We do have some add ons being installed in the coming days. I know I can take my computer with me and there is work space. They also have a tv and kids area and refreshments. You might think that all these luxuries may drive up the cost of the vehicle. It does not! Tom Kadlec is very competitive on their pricing and customer satisfaction. Financing was a smooth and easy process. Sadly, I don t remember the name of the gentleman that helped us but he presented us with a few options, including the company we asked for him to include which had a higher interest rates. The company we preferred had higher rates but he presented an option we were satisfied with. I m sure he knew who we preferred was most likely going to have a higher interest rate. Rather than telling us that, he honored our request. We were presented with several more competitive options. And when we teetered between the less expensive extended warranty option versus no extended warranty, he gave us no pressure and simply answered our questions. We thought they closed at 8:00 and they closed at 6:00. All of this took them long past closing without us realizing. We were never given the sense that anyone was in a hurry to get this deal done so they could get out of there. Our customer satisfaction was important to all that we worked with. Give them a chance..you ll be glad you did.

My wife told the salesman that we would be there in a couple days to buy the car. They sold it so we ended up paying $500 to get the same car transferred to the dealership. Plus they charged us retail for the car when my wife said they hadn't agreed on a price. I own a construction company and am a realtor, I know what customer service is. It's to bad they only think of the almighty dollar. I hope this post prepares others before they think about going there.

Was given Tom Kadlec as a recommendation from someone who knows first hand! I felt confident I wouldn t be taken advantage of & Brian was a hoot to deal with! They went above & beyond for me! From helping me clean out my old car, to even taking it away (change is hard after 15 years)! I ll recommend them to anyone looking for their next/additional car!
