Jacob and Will were friendly and made the whole process fast and easy. They even took the time to look at and fix my back wiper that was stopping half way through. Highly recommend this shop!

Stopped here today for the first time. Was greeted by wonderful staff (Corey and Tony), bottles of water, and fruit snacks for the kiddos. Oil change was 50% off which was a great bonus! Tony also threw in a free fuel cleaner as well :) They were kind, offered good advice for my car and didn't feel pressure to upsell me on anything. Service was done in under 10 minutes. Will definitely be back!

First off yes they carry 0-20w synthetic oil most competitors don't carry 0-20w at all. Fast service and he told me my valve cover has a small leak. Yes I recommend this place great service

Super convenient super employees. Honest , and thorough , the guys working were helpful as they explained what package would be best for the year and miles of my vehicle. I'll definitely be going there again for my oil change , or any air filter needs !! Great business!!

Went in for oil change and was greeted by Devon. He was absolutely the best and offered me AND my friend both waters. Hank opened my hood and checked it out. Danny went under my car and drained my oil what a guy. Tony replaced my cabin air filter. Then Tony guided me out. THE BEST oil change I ve ever gotten. It was 50% off. They gave me a cabin air filter replacement AND 2 new wiper blades. I was informed they will top of ALL fluids until I need a new oil change. Never going anywhere else ever again. Highly recommend.

The service was great! Pulled right in, was handed a bottle of cold water and fruit snacks for my boys, and was out within 20 minutes of pulling in. Friendly service. I felt safe and comfortable. I didn t feel like they were trying to upcharge me with services. Will go back for sure!

The shop manager Tony was friendly and professional. My oil was changed, fluids checked, and tire pressure adjusted in less than 15 minutes. All that without getting out of the vehicle or having an appointment. The price was really reasonable.

First trip was very pleasant. No wait to get in. Recommendation of service wasn't an upsell (although offered and explained difference because that's good sales!) Sat in the car with two kids. Had a water and taught the kids about car maintenance and answered lots of questions (because they could see the guys working!) The manager had two packs of fruit snacks for the kids on the way out. Great veteran discount!! I'll be back!

I was able to get my oil changed along with my air filter and my coolant. Jacob was extremely helpful in getting me in and out. The other employee was helpful as well, but I didn't get his name unfortunately.

Decided to swing by since I always see sale signs for oil changes. $105 later (INCLUDING a coupon I found online). In what world is a simple oil change over $100!? I will never be going back with prices that outrageous.

There seems to be a very well adhered to regimen in place - a good thing!I was disappointed that my $20 off coupon seemed to be ignored, resulting on a very inflated price.Good service, but spendy.Update 3/15/2024: Less than an hour after the previous post I received a phone call and a sincere apology for the coupon discount not being applied, and a promise that the situation would be rectified on my next visit - and it was!Once again the service was stellar; a sincere apology was again offered, in person, and a generous discount was given on this visit!Sincere, professional, and as promised - I will be back.

Sticker shock!!!! Nice place very pretty. I drive up they gave me a water bottle and said if I was medical I would get an 18%discount. Even with my discount and the sale it didn t make my oil change under $100.00.Thank goodness I asked them to tell me the total before they started dumping my oil. Once I heard the total I had them close my hood drove across the street to Walmart got it for 54.88.I have a Corolla that takes 4.4 quarts. Not a big vehicle yes it takes full synthetic but I got the exact same thing for much cheaper. Please do not waste your money.

It was so sweet and simple, I was there less than 10 mins. They had coupons for half off I was in heaven .cause be real who wants to spend $100 plus on an oil change. The crew was pleasant and informative, I definitely recommend Take5 Rochester.

The oil change was so fast and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. Though other services were offered, I didn't feel pressured. Some of Take 5's competitors try to hard and it gets annoying. I'll definitely be coming back here.

Such a great experience. Greeted with a water and cleaned my windshield before I left. They also mentioned they will fill my tires/top off my windshield wiper fluid between oil changes. I will definitely be going back!

I usually go elsewhere to get my car an oil change but I thought I d try something new. We came here a couple of days ago and can say that they provide top notch service! The shop manager & his team did an awesome job!
