Bought a SWEET 2010 Toyota Rav 4 - it was my 14th or 15th car from Southpoint. What can I say? I love this place and I know they stand behind their cars and trucks. They seem to find vehicles that are in great condition and they make sure everything that needs to be done to it is done before selling it. They get creative with financing, always finding the best deals on loan rates. IAfetr taking the Rav home, I noticed a couple of things that needed fixing and they stepped up and will take care of it. I am willing to pay a little bit more than what I fond at other dealers, because it's like pulling teeth to get other dealerships to fix anything on a car. I'm a Southpointer for life!

Just bought my second vehicle from them and couldn't be happier. I'm absolutely in love with my new vehicle I got from them. The staff is always happy and very helpful. All the staff that helped me and saw me last year went out of their way to come see me and see how I was doing.

Very fair with trade-in value and patient as we picked the best car suited to our needs. Willing to negotiate on price. Excellent service after the sale with getting a hitch installed and extra keys. Highly recommend!!!

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Southpoint Motors. Both times have been excellent experience. I left both times happy and excited about the purchase. NO buyer s remorse at all! Great staff too!

Don't think I've ever had so much buyers remorse, when it came to price it was because it was so "clean" when it came to fixing any of the numerous things that have gone wrong it was "well its really old". Said they would fix multiple things then came back and said never mind. They fixed the paint but in the process got over spray on multiple panels and scratched the glass. Which they also said they would replace but never called me back. Lesson learned.

i just bought a 2013 Challenger RT from Southpoint Motors. the staff and salesman were wonderful. friendly, patient,very helpful . didn't pressure me . didn't go overboard on trying to upsell me any vehicle. they answered all my questions. the process of talking to the bank and actually getting the car went so smooth and easy. these guys are awesome!!

My husband and I purchased a Jeep Patriot on 11/21 from Southpoint. Luckily, we passed by the dealership and decided to stop and look. It was not included in our list to visit. Service was outstanding. The staff who helped us close the sale and the auto loan were very helpful and patient. They really paid attention to us. There was a small dent and scratch on one side of the jeep that we noticed and they took care of it for free. A free oil change came with the Jeep, fantastic! I totally recommend Southpoint.

Awesome experience working with Troy, Lauri and team at Southpoint Motors! They were very fair with pricing and gave us a great deal on our trade in as well. No pressure to buy and easy to work with. We will be back if we are in the market for a used car in the future!

Had every intention of hitting many of the dealerships in the Rochester and Minneapolis area in search for a used Honda Ridgeline. Fortunately for me, the trip to Rochester ended up being short and sweet. I found the vehicle I was hoping to find at Southpoint Motors and it was even better than I had hoped for. Great staff and a very easy and stress free experience purchasing a vehicle here. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a quality used vehicle!

The guys at south point went above and beyond to help us purchase a vehicle that fit us and our families needs. They were able to get the best offers for loans and made sure to update us on the process throughout. Big shout out to Christian, Dan, and Brian. Southpoint was great to work with. They responded very quickly to my request for additional photos and saved my vehicle without a down payment until I could travel to view it. The purchase process was quick and easy. I d love to work with them again for my next vehicle!

My initial review of buying my dodge journey was positive. Only after buying it did it change. I've had engine trouble twice, alternator replaced, rear brakes went out and now there is a open recall. South point fixed the service mistakes they made, but the vehicle is in no way certified like they said. Seems they use mostly used parts at the service shop in which I do not trust. Only had the Journey for 4 months, it was serviced for engine problems the first month I got it before I had even made 1 payment. They also didn't want to listen to my concerns because I am a women, my husband had to get involved for them to listen and come to find out it was a faulty transmission. Shop some where else.

This dealership was so amazing! They did everything professional and efficiently. I am so in love with my new Chevy Tahoe. They found the best vehicle to fit my family in. Bought 2 vehicles here within a weeks time, both have been nothing but headaches, from the terrible body work they have done, to clearing codes off the dash to make it seem like nothing is wrong, a serious liability of a dealership, buyers beware!

We Bought a van from Southpoint Motors. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. They are very family orientated which resonated with me. On the way home the van threw a check engine light and a traction control light on the dash and the vehicle began running rough among other problems. We parked it safe in the garage and Called Dan from Southpoint the next morning. He had me take it to a branded dealer and the problem was investigated and fixed. Southpoint lives up to their 1,000mile /one month powertrain warranty. I did not see a bill to solve the problem that occurred on the way back. That is customer service. The 2 and 1/2 hour drive was worth it and I would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle through them. They take care of their customers and do right by them. They are not about making a quick buck they are about taking care of their customers.

I recently bought my third vehicle from Southpoint Motors, so clearly I'm very happy with them. Their vehicles are thoroughly inspected and any issues found are repaired prior to the vehicle going up for sale. In addition to their great vehicles and great service -- they're locally owned.

Dan was so helpful with finding me a vehicle that I love. He explained everything clearly and there were no surprises. I got my car for a great deal and they gave me over double the amount for my trade in compared to many other offers I received. I'm so happy with the whole experience and they are my new go-to for cars and maintenance!!

I was recently given the recommendation to Southpoint motors from a local mechanic in the area and said that this is definitely where I want to go if I am purchasing a vehicle.The moment I I walked in.. I loved the atmosphere and I met Dan right away and literally probably the best customer service experience I think I ve ever had not exaggerating!So kind not pushy at all totally let me take my time test driving and talking about different cars....I never felt pushed and everybody was just genuinely kind and happy people I don t know how else to explain it!I love the jeep I got and customer service was through the roof!!I would recommend this car dealership to anybody looking for used or new vehicle!!!Definitely will recommend them to any friends or family looking for a car in the future or if we need one again for our own family.

Was just browsing the parking lot when Dan reached out.. wasn t really interested In a ford, but he encouraged my son and I to take it for a spin. While he was moving it around the lot, I took my son into the bathroom for a diaper change, when we came back out, Dan had already transferred his car seat into the truck!My son can be a handful and multiple people at the dealer made him feel comfortable and tried to keep him occupied while we did business.That was the selling point for me..The Truck had a check engine light, and Dan read the codes on the spot and set an appointment up for Tuesday to replace the Cats.He also offered to buy my Chevy with a bad transmission, they ll be sending a tow truck to pick it up Wednesday.They were able to get us financed in a heart beat, after the bank I ve banked with for 10 years was giving me a hard time with an almost 800 credit score..Very good experience,I would highly recommend.

We just recently got a vehicle for our daughter at Southpoint Motors. They helped us out with any questions we had. Let us take any vehicle we liked for a test drive, and made us feel confident in the vehicles they were offering. We wanted to think about the vehicle for a night, and they said they would hold it, but we better think quickly, because they go fast. We went there the next day, and made a great deal with them. We traded our suburban in for our daughters car, and we hadn t even finished the deal for her car, and they had people checking out our suburban right away. We would recommend Southpoint Motors, and will definitely check them out if we need another vehicle in the future!
