Wow!!!!! My F150 was terrible. Lots of dirt, dog hair and even old paint on the seats!!!!I couldn t believe that Southpoint got my truck perfectly clean. I m amazed!!!!By the way . The price was very reasonable .

Heather and the team at Southpoint are some of the best around! I called to get my truck in for a diagnosis and repair of a safety restraint system warning light and they fit me in quicker than expected. They updated me along the way with what was all going on and the pricing was more than fair. This will definitely be my one stop shop from here on out for maintenance and repair. Highly recommend Southpoint Auto Care!

Great service! I loved how clear their estimate was. They even let me pick what I wanted fixed via text messaging. Which was super easy and quite quick. They had come recommended by others, and now I see why. Was able to get my truck to them and they took care of me! They even found a couple of small issues I didnt realize and took care of it. Everyone was polite, friendly, and very knowledgable. This was my first experience taking my truck to them, and I will be returning when the need arises. Honestly a great experience from the front of the shop to the back.I had to have a rear differential repair on my 14 Ford edge and they were able to get the parts in place immediately. What I really thought was above and beyond was having access to Jason and Heather. They kept me up-to-date in real time and were easy to work with. I ve been going to Southpoint autos since I ve gotten my car back in 2020 and I ve fell in love with how fast and efficient everyone that works on my car is. But ever since they hired heather at the check in office my experience just getting my car back has always been horrible and she works at the check in NOT MY CAR. I am tired of your insults towards concerns or questions I have and the way your carry yourself as the face of the company. You make me feel incompetent when I have a question, uncomfortable and unwelcome. I am only expressing this FINALLY because I will not continue to let you ruin my experience but to hope you change your ways towards me and others that look like me.Thank you.Services: Transmission, Tires, Electrical, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

South point is my go-to after trying to find a home shop for years. I ve taken several vehicles there and I ve been consistently impressed with their expertise, honesty and fairness. Accommodating, easy to work with but i feel experience levels and communication have diminished. Brought the truck in for a grinding or scraping noise when its coasting and i turn the wheel (brakes related or something wrecked) . They sat on the truck all week and i didnt hear from them. I called to check on status at the end of the week and the guy told me they looked at it earlier in the week and that i needed new tires and that he could easily order them for me!? So they left it be and nothing was done to it because i was never contacted. Tires on are less than 8mo old and have plenty before they even get to the indicator tread. That is the last thing wrong with the vehicle! That individual has given this place a bad image and should maybe look into being a nurse rather than a mechanic. Beware of the folks here at South Point.

Very friendly/helpful staff and probably the best prices in town. Great work! I will for sure be a returning customer. I've had nothing but great service from both Southpoint motors and Southpoint auto care. Hands down the best people in town.

Great customer service, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Fixed my exhaust in a timely manner. I thought the muffler needed to be replaced, but they offered a more efficient and less expensive repair. We have two of our vehicles serviced here and don't plan on going elsewhere any time soon. We bought the cars from Southpoint Motors, so we appreciated that they already knew the cars. The best part is easily the customer service. Office staff are a delight to talk to and work hard to help when troubles arise.

South point fixed my head lights , this is a tedious job cause you have to remove the entire front end. I was constantly replacing the head lights but they did a thorough job and noticed an electrical issue. Pretty inexpensive repair. Love this repair shopService: ElectricalService: Electrical

Bought my truck from their dealership, and was noticing a clunk when I would take off. They fit me in right away in the morning and problem was quickly found and fixed. It took longer for the part to be delivered from Ford than it did for them to replace it. I was driving away an hour and a half later. Awesome people here.

They have helped me out on several occasions. It was easy to setup an appointment, they were spot on with the estimated time and cost. It's a very friendly and well run shop.They were up front about everything and didn't push any extra service that may or may not be needed. I've got an old 2001 Honda Accord and have brought all my repairs to Southpoint. They are honest and do a great job! (My car is still running great)!One example of an honest repair they did:I had break issues and Southpoint found out there was something wrong with my calipers. Replacing the calipers was going to cost me over $100. However, when in the process of replacing the caliper, they realized it was just rust that was keeping the calipers from functioning properly. Instead of following through with the replacement, they cleaned off the rust and held off the caliper replacement, saving me $100+Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change
