Sam was very knowledgeable and approachable regarding my interest in the Buick. I was allowed to test drive two cars of my choice. Sam took the time to explain and answer my questions. I decided on the 2024 model instead of the 2021. He met with me when I returned with questions. He told me to be sure to call or drop by if I should have any other issues. Very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend him and your company to others.

Super friendly and accommodating. They had no problem shoving their 172 point inspection in your face and bragging about it being a certified pre-owned vehicle. After our purchase we tried the DVD player and lo and behold the third row screen doesn't work and we found a USB in the front not working. I double checked the "172 point inspection" to ensure that the DVD player and power ports we on the inspection, they were. So shame on me for not bringing a DVD to try out the system or bringing a power cord as well. We bought the vehicle with chips in the windshield and we have in writing that they're going to replace it. The dealership said within the week they'll be contacting us and we are still waiting but they were very prompt on ordering a new third row screen and USB for the front. We asked for the invoice of the vehicle and they brought us the window sticker from Canada to make the vehicle look as of it were with more valuable than it was, as it was worth $90,000 Canadian which comes out to roughly $65,000 American. They also felt the need to talk down on the interest rate at our personal bank only to proceed to build our confidence and find us a higher rate that they provided. So once again shame on us for trying to build professional relationship with the dealership.

I recently bought a new truck from gmc buick of Rochester... Jacob was my salesman. His knowledge and customer Service was top notch. Their sales manager Shawn was easy and courteous to work with. Chris their credit manager helped me with the sale. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.....I am not the easiest customer and they made the whole process easy for me...I highly suggest buying with them... Randy...

I saw a car that I was interested in on the internet. I just stopped in to see if the car was still available. It was, and I test drove it but did not like it. I chose another car and drove that one. The salesman did not push me to try and buy the higher priced car. He was very patient and I got what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just bought a new 2024 sierra truck from Buick gmc of Rochester. Jon Whalen was my sales person. Jon was very knowledgeable and had a nice soft approach during contact. He followed up and made sure all bases were covered. Chris, the closer, was the same and presented us all of the care options. I was shown the waiting lounge and service entry when my truck needs service. Overall a five doughnut, out of five, rating. I would recommend future buyers give Jon a call. Class guy.
