We had a tire patched twice somewhere else, that place told us it was un fixable so i made an appointment at Sam's for 4 new tires. The gentleman working the tire center asked if he could try to patch it for me, so he did. He fixed the bad patch and said i don't need tires. He was honest and upfront. He said he could sold me 4 new tires but instead patched it and didn't charge me anything. When i do need tires, i will come to Sam's for sure! (I think his name was Matt?)

I had a great experience. They didn t have the tires I wanted in stock so they ordered them and they arrived very quickly and then they got me in the next day to put them on. Only took 45 mins to put them on! Overall great place to buy tires!

Mathew (who's been there for 5 years) was amazing! I knew nothing about tires and he walked me through everything I needed to know. I feel really good about my purchase. I certainly recommend.

Called day prior to get appointment and when I got there they did not have the tires that fit my vehicle. The guy on the phone told me that they had plenty of time on hand and not to worry.

3 crossthreaded lugs/studs turns into another shop needed to torch them off and risk damaging my rim. How hard is it to put the lug nuts on by hand first then using the impact.
