I'm a car guy so when my Jeep got a massive door dent I was very picky on who I was going to take it to. A lot of places just turn these out as quick as they can but not Rossi. Kent was the one who took care of my jeep and it looks just like the day I bought it. If you want the best, go to Rossi. I won't recommend or go anywhere else. Thanks again Kent and Bill!

Rossi collision center does top notch, quality work. After a deer hit with my truck, I was able to get into Rossi within 3 weeks to get my truck looking like new again! Most other body shops told me it would be several months before they could work on my truck. I have had 3 vehicles repaired by Rossi and have been extremely happy with the results each time!

I have a 2023 Ford f-150 Lariat Powerboost Hybrid; I was rear-ended in a work parking lot, and I took my truck to Rossi s for repair. Rossi s did an excellent job on the repairs!! . I would highly recommend Rossi s.

I had a bumper repaired on my RAV4 following someone hitting my parked car. Rossi did a great job. Their staff was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. The repair has my car looking like new again.

Rossi Collision Body Shop treated us as a family, provided extraordinary service and returned our wrecked car to us better than new. They, particularly Jerek, were very respectful and responsive to all of our questions and while I hope I do not need their services again, I would not use any other body shop company, if I do.

I am very pleased with my choice of taking my vehicle to Rossi after a minor fender bender! They are super friendly, Covid-cautious, very responsive and they did great work! There is no evidence that ever anything happened with my vehicle. They even vacuumed my floor and seats!! Dan is awesome and kept me in the loop the whole time and is very professional. If you need any vehicle body work done, take to Rossi!

I highly recommend Rossi based on my experience. I was very impressed with everyone on The Rossi team. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and timely. They consulted me on all proposed work and notified me of any suggested changes. Their quality of work was exceptional with a great attention to detail. They were also able to work directly with the insurance company which is a great benefit. I will definitely have them complete future work.

I had a flood light on my car that broke and the dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to replace parts of my car that Usenet even been affected. Took my car to Rossi for a second opinion and they gave me an accurate and fair estimate and the actual price of services even ended up being slightly lower than the quote. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. I would recommend taking your car here!

Rossi Auto worked with my insurance to get my hail damage repaired. They were fantastic! Made the process smooth and easy, and they were all so nice each and every time we spoke. Very great service! I'm pleased with the service and will go there again!

Rossi is seriously the best! They have taken such good care of me while every thing was on national backorder. They've been accommodating and so helpful. Just hurt my car again and I knew I was going back! Thanks, Mike and Lisa and the whole gang!

This is a top rated body shop in my opinion. I have taken my car there several times over the years and have never had a complaint. If something is wrong I take it back and show them! They always take care of it. Family owned and do superior workIn a great location. Just east of the court house on 4th. St. S.E. very knowledgeable people and very friendly. If you need body work fo see them. Can't say they are cheap but do an excellent job!!

Yes, they do great work and have excellent customer communications. But the best thing about Rossi in this day and age is the fact that they do business "the old-fashion way." No BS, no lies, no excuses -- just top-notch work and reasonable (industry) prices. Few of us CHOOSE to have collision work done on our vehicles, but when it's necessary, this is the kind of provider you really want.

Rossi Auto Body is great! They are so pleasant and easy to talk to. I have never felt more welcomed by a car shop than I have by Rossi. They did a great job repairing my car and were very quick. I highly recommend Rossie Auto Body. It is the only place I will got for auto body work!

Rossi Auto is the BEST body shop in town! They have very competitive prices and have always been the lowest when I have had multiple bids! The work has always been exceptional and their work is lifetime guaranteed! The service is over the top! I will bring all my auto shop needs to Rossi! It is a locally owned business which makes going here even better. Thank you Rossi you ROCK!

I was in a small fender bender and did not want to go through my insurance for a claim. I had shopped around to a few other auto body shops and they were either outrageous, would take too long, or were far away from Rochester. Rossi was one of my last ditch efforts, I wish I had went to them first! The estimate was done quickly and the staff were friendly. The quote came out reasonable, close to a shops price that was in Chatfield but much more convenient to stay in town. When I asked when it could be done he said small jobs can be done quickly and would be done in two days! So I took the vehicle in the next week. And it was done in two days ready to be picked up when told. The damage looks like new and I was impressed that they even did a quick touch up of paint on an area not covered in my quote. You can tell they really care about their clients. My only wish was I would have liked an update email or call to make sure it was all going as planned. But since they did complete it on time and as stated, I really had nothing to worry about. I'm thinking they would only call if there was problem. I would defiantly recommend them.

I had my vehicle fixed at Rossi in March 2021. They took care of everything through the insurance company, set up the rental and completely detailed and cleaned my car inside and out. After being in a small fender bender my father referred me to Rossi. My dad is a mechanic and knows cars and auto, so I knew they had to be trustworthy and quality. They lived up to my expectations and then some! I am very impressed! They worked with the insurance company and all I had to do was give them my name and set up a date (after having the quote written!) if needed I'll definitely be going back to them!

AMAZING work! I was devastated when my BRAND NEW 2019 Toyota Corolla was rear ended, but everyone at Rossi Auto Body was so wonderful to work with and made the process painless and so simple. My car looks brand new again! Literally! They washed and detailed my car in addition to the body work. I would 100% recommend Rossi Auto Body to anyone; they're total professionals and will take good care of you and your car.

Mike and his staff at Rossi Auto Body have done an outstanding job on my daughter's vehicle. The front end and side damage was done earlier than expected and looks fantastic. Definitely would recommend everyone and anyone needing repairs from an accident on their vehicle to take it to Rossi Auto Body!

The staff was helpful and friendly. When I picked up my van it was not only repaired but both the inside and outside had been cleaned! It looked like a new vehicle. It was my first experience with Rossi and I would definitely go back!

Rossi repaired the front of my vehicle because someone backed into me. Not only does the front of my Equinox look brand new, they also cleaned the inside!Plus, I called them the day after I brought it to the shop, and asked them what they'd charge to repair the weather stripping next to the doors. They fixed that, too, NO CHARGE!This was paid by auto insurance, but if I need autobody work in the future, I'll go see Rossi!Everyone there was so nice! Thank you!
