My advisor Dennis was able to help with the maintenance of my car in a fast and efficient way. I've had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past. Is good to have one that actually provides you with a high quality experience.

I can not say enough good things about Luther Park Place VW. My Salesperson Max did a fantastic job. Not only did they have the Cornflower blue Taos I have been searching for, it was in my price range, had low miles and was very well cared for. He was prompt in responding, and I was able to go that evening to test drive it and I knew I loved it after the test drive. He shared in my joy of finding my car and got everything taken care of as well as answered all my questions. The ones he couldn't answer, he got the answers the next day and reached out to me. Luther even fixed a small dent on the hood that I pointed out and it was done before I picked it up on Friday to take home. This is my 3rd VW vehicle bought from a Luther Dealership (and will NOT be the last) and I also had a Subaru from a Luther Dealership. Luther is amazing, stand by their cars in my opinion and are amazing to deal with. Their Sales are not pushy and there service center is great also. Luther has a customer for life! Literally!Thank you again Max for helping me purchase my car that I have searched hard for!

I had the most streamlined and best experience that i have ever had buying a car. Super nice and friendly professional people. I definitely would recommend buying a car from here and i just can t say enough good thing s about Luther. Oh and the best part is you can go on the website and do the application process there so when you come in your out within 2 hours or less. Super happy customer here. 10/10 experience. My Sales person was Jake Anger. First time customer and will be a return customer.

Dennis showed me exceptional service and made sure I was covered by warranty when my vehicle shut off and was towed to the dealership. Very helpful and professional service ! I am a very happy customer and will always use the Rochester VW dealership because of the service provided.

I had a great experience with my new purchase. My salesmen was good at explaining everything to me. I felt comfortable and not over pressured at all. I normally do not like dealerships because they get pushy. I did not have any of that, even when it came to all the extra options I could have. My mom bought from here 3 months ago and said it was the best thing she has done for buying vehicles in her life. She had the best experience ever. So that also helped make my decision to come to VW of Rochester. The Atlas is just the most beautiful SUV out on the road. I have been seeing them and I was hooked. Thanks VW for all the great and professional experience I could have.

I do not recommend bringing your car here, unless you want to pay for a bunch of things you don t actually need fixed. I brought it in with my check engine and EPC light coming on intermittently. I was charged almost $200 just for diagnostics, and was given an estimate of almost $800 more. I was unable to afford that, so I paid for diagnostics and brought it somewhere else (AVB diagnostics.) When they ran the codes, they found I needed a software update, which was ignored by this dealership and not apart of the $800 estimate I was given. They told me needing this update could have been the cause for codes coming up for things that did not actually need to be fixed. I had the software update done, drove it for a while and the check engine light came back on. I brought it back in to AVB and they ran the codes again (for free) and found that my gas cap was not sealing correctly when closed. That was it. That was the only problem. All the other things they were telling me I needed fixed at the dealership were solved when I had the software update completed. I have been driving it for a while now and have had no issues, no lights have come on. Nothing. Either this dealership lacks the knowledge, or they are just trying to take people money. Thank god I brought it somewhere else and saved almost $800.I HIGHLY recommend AVB diagnostics. Everything was explained clearly to me, instead of just emailing me a bogus estimate like the dealership. They ran the codes free of charge to ensure everything was good. I can actually trust them with my car and know I am not going to be taken advantage of like I was by this dealership.

Whenever I make an appointment, communication with the dealership is terrible. I asked for an estimation of cost of services to be communicated to me by phone or email before my appointment so I would be prepared, it was not. I made my appointment at 8am knowing I had a 5 hour treatment at the clinic beginning at 12:45. They texted saying my car was ready at 1pm. That was really frustrating. At least this time the dealership texted me, and not my father, or my husband, which often happens. I had to ask the receptionist to find someone to find my car for me because the service department was closed when I arrived to pick up my car. I think you all can do better.

I had to reach out at 4:30p to see how things were going. No updates since I dropped my car off at 7am. No video, like they did in previous check ups. Would have appreciated updates.

They set us up with the same model of a loaner car as the EV that we own for this 2 day service. Completed the work faster than expected, communicated clearly and treated us very well.

Sergei and Demetrius were awesome and got my wife and I into the car we really wanted. The new building is really nice and they have a much better selection of cars than other dealerships I visited in Rochester. I felt like we had a lot of great options when choosing a car here.

Our service manager was courteous and explained all options. I would have appreciated a heads up that you had moved to your new location when booking my service appointment. My vehicle was finished in a timely manner. I did not appreciate riding in the courtesy car on the drive home with a driver who reeked of cigarette smoke. I liked having the video sent to me of the mechanic reviewing various details about my cars service. Kudos on that.

When scheduling the appointment I stated I still had one more warranty oil change. I was then told it would take about 40 minutes. Upon arrival I dropped my car and was quot d a price or the oil change then was told to go to the end of the hall and turn left to the waiting room (this was the show room right next to all offices) I then sat for 2 hours before going back to ask if my vehicle was ready at which point I was given the excuse that I had a warranty oil change and more was being done as well as some recalls and that my vehicle was almost done and that he would come get me when my vehicle was done. Instead I received a text message say my car was done so I went back and was told that they where washing and taking my vehicle on a test drive. They very kindly had washed the front floor mats and placed them back in my vehicle sopping wet. When driving my vehicle I noticed that the settings I had adjusted to my preference had been reset or turned off.So after waiting 2.5 hours and then needing to go through and rest my preferences I will be going up to Burnsville where a warranty oil change including the wash was accomplished in under 1 hour and they had the curtsy to get me and inform me of any recalls before servicing my vehicle.

We were impressed with our salesperson, Almin. He was kind and attentive to our needs. When we recognized that there were a few things we needed fixed with our pre-certified pre-owned vehicle, he was responsive in getting us in touch with Dennis in the maintenance department. They got us in quick and fixed the issues right away.

The service was great, as always! I like the video of the underside of the car pointing things out (reminds me of, "customer states..." on Youtube). The car is washed, oil changed, and brand new tires. The drop off/pick up drivers were very nice. I like the new building, though perhaps some fancy photos of classic cars on the walls in the hallway would be nice - it's a little sparce. That hightech coffee machine made some good coffee.

My wife and I had an OUTSTANDING experience with our car shopping experience at Luther VW in Rochester. Our sales person Rebecca (Becky) was very professional and awesome to work with, and not once did we feel pressure to make a purchase at Luther VW. She is also very knowledgeable about the new 2023 VW ID.4 that we were looking at and was able to answer all our questions. The great thing is if she did not know the answer she would find the answer, and we loved her sincerity and honesty through our whole car buying experience. Rebecca and the staff at Luther VW where a big part as why we chose to buy the ID.4 that day. We would DEFINATELY recommend going to Luther VW in Rochester for your car buying needs.
