The strut spring broke and punctured my daughters tire. I googled the nearest car repair and this location popped up. I called and spoke to Dan who was the advisor that helped and guided us towing the car to the shop. Dan was very respectful, personable and professional. He told us that they will work on it as soon as possible and will have it ready for us in the morning. I appreciate Dan calling in keeping me updated on the status of the car. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. when we came to pick up the car the next day, he came out to talk to us about the car and informed us how much car still has a long life on the road and advised us to continue to care for the car, he thanked us for the our business. I appreciate Dan for providing above and beyond service. Because of his outstanding service and effective communication, we will be back for future car repairs We had an amazing experienced at this location and received warm welcome. The front desk crew were awesome, helpful, and respectful.Thank you all so much!

Fast and friendly. I have a local mechanic, but needed an oil change on a day off before heading back to the cities for the rest of the week. They got me in and out. I highly recommend.

After taking my vehicles here for about 8 years, I am reluctant to ever have my vehicles serviced anywhere else. The staff are no-nonsense, and they always have your vehicle finished faster than you'd expect. I usually see Dan when I go there, and he's easy to work with. I'd give them three thumbs up if I could.

A wood chip got stuck in my tire and Rochester Quick Lane was the closest shop open. They got me back on the road within an hour and at a reasonable price, too. Great experience from an otherwise bad situation.

When they say Quick, they weren't kidding.Took my truck in for an emergency, because the breaks had failed, on a Friday. They had it done that Saturday.Took it back in because of a squeaking issue that started right afterwards, but that turned out to be nothing serious.And they're only a few blocks away from me!

Thoroughly impressed with this team. I had been given an expensive quote by another car shop for a repair job. I took my car into the garage here and they fixed the problem for less than half the price. They were honest, approachable, knowledgable, and professional. The entire team at Quicklane is awesome. They go above and beyond to service your vehicle. It's not a sales pitch with them, as they genuinely care about the people they serve. I cannot recommend them enough.

Stopped in for an oil change. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They quickly got me in, changed my burned out brake light and got me on my way. Even sent me with a recommended service plan with no pressure. Definitely will be going back.

Dan, the manager of this place is always fantastic. But everyone I've interacted with there has been great. I want to compliment Carissa and Caitlin (sp?) They both answered the phone before 7: 30am and we're extremely friendly and helpful.

First time using the quick lube on 2nd. They did an oil change on both my wife s van and my truck. They were very meticulous about keeping things clean including putting plastic on seats.Both my wife and I felt the checkout experience was great. They were very thorough in explaining the service that was performed.I had a question and they immediately pulled my truck back in to confirm what I was asking. They even invited me out to take a look.Overall it was a great experience and we will be getting our car serviced here from here on out.

The whole Quick Lane team left my partner and I in awe after we came to them with a problem this week. We had to buy a new car on our drive to Rochester from Colorado and it wasn't handling well at all. They cleared space for us in their calendars to look at it over the weekend, and again when their mechanics returned to the shop on Monday. The tires were thrashed and it was a miracle the car got us to Minnesota without a blowout. They replaced the tires quickly so we could finish our move. They even helped us take pictures of the tire treads and negotiate with the dealership we bought it from (who had assured us there were no safety concerns with the tires when we inquired at the time of purchase). While we waited, they enthusiastically welcomed us to Rochester and offered pointers about local sights and attractions. They even helped us complete our rebate paperwork before we left. Sometimes peace in a major life decision comes in the form of the quality humans you meet along the way. We will be bringing our other vehicles to them in the future. If you want quality, honest work at a trustworthy garage... look no further.Service: Tires

I've generally had great luck with the team at Quick Lane on 2nd. Today was an exception. Yesterday, I stopped in to talk about a few things with my car and was told that I just needed to come by the next day when a technician was available. What I was greeted with today was nothing short of the most rude interaction I've ever dealt with at this location. When I began explaining what was wrong the gentleman just said "you need to take it out to the dealership," without even listening to the rest of the problem. The entire interaction was incredibly irritating first thing in the morning. I like going to this shop because it is close to work, but this was the most frustrated I've been dealing with this shop, but this may be the last time for me, sadly.

I recently visited Quick Lane for a brake pad and caliper replacement and was very happy with the service I received.After having a disappointing experience at a larger mechanic last year, where I was given an outdated and incorrect battery for my car, I was apprehensive about trying a new place. However, Quick Lane exceeded all my expectations.From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They made me feel at ease and confident that I had come to the right place. The mechanics were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also honest. They took the time to explain the work being done on my car, and I never felt pressured or upsold on any services.I absolutely recommend Quick Lane for anyone in need of auto repairs or maintenance. Love working with Dan there, he is always so nice and explains everything. Been a loyal costumer for over 10 years. Started going from my dad and ended up staying. We always go for oil changes and they usually are done within 30 mintunes. Love them!

A huge thank you to Quick Lane on 2nd! I traveled five hours for an afternoon appointment at the Mayo Clinic. During my travels, I hit debris on the road that caused my lower engine cover to fall and then skid across the pavement. With only an hour to spare before my appointment, I found Quick Lane on 2nd and explained my situation and time crunch. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They lifted my car, diagnosed the problem, and zip tied the engine cover so I could safety be on my way. I asked what I owed for their work and they said no charge! Thank you for your amazing customer service and overall kind gesture. We were able to make our Mayo appointment on time and drive home safely. Thanks again!

I am beyond pleased with my continuous experience at Quick Lane on 2nd. The staff are always so kind, thorough, and fast with services. I have never waited more than 35-40 minutes. Their prices are very reasonable, especially when you get an oil change and tire rotation done during the same service date. The manager Anthony is also a phenomenal human being. He is extremely personable, respectful to his staff, and willing to talk through needed work on your vehicle without feeling pushy like most auto shops. I've been a repeat customer for 4 years, with a variety of vehicles.Dan and his team are outstanding, thorough, and above all else, HONEST. I brought my daughter's car in to have rear brakes replaced, Dan himself put the car on the lift and inspected them. They did not need replacement.I am happy to give them my business for all of my cars. Fast friendly service! Yesterday I discovered a screw in a flat tire on my rental car, I was scheduled to fly back today from Minneapolis. After going to 3 other shops yesterday afternoon to get the tire repaired, and being denied, Quick Lane on 2nd said they could do it this morning. They got me in at 7:00am, I was out by 7:30, awesome service in a pinch at a very reasonable price!! Thank you for getting me on the road, highly recommend shop!Service: Tires

I stopped into get a quick oil change. I just assumed that because it said quick lube that it would be a quick service., This was my mistake. I've also agreed to do a tire rotation because it's been a while. They did come out and tell me that some of my bolts were stripped and wanted to know if I needed some new ones which I said okay. There was a little bit of miscommunication on the amount of time that the service would take and the amount of time I had available to wait around. When Iexpressed my concern about how long it was taking and that I was now running late for an appointment, they felt terrible that they did not communicate better and they were unbelievably apologetic and sympathetic to my cause. They went over and above to make it right. They impressed me with their professionalism and customer service. I will be back again (and next time I'll allow myself more time to be there).Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I've been going to them for about 6 years for all my car repair needs, and have been very pleased with them. They never try to sell you all the extra junk services that other shops do and on one occasion they even told me that they could fix my power steering fluid leak, but it wouldn't be worth it and that I should just buy a $3 bottle of fluid every once in a while as needed instead. You know you can trust them with a recommendation like that when a less scrupulous business would have tried to get more money out of me.I did have an issue with them once where they performed some work without first consulting me (related to what I was there for, but I didn't actually want done), but we were able to satisfactorily work that out and I'm back to being a happy customer.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

I haven't used this business but I want to say the amount of phone calls I have gotten from them telling me my vehicle is due for routine machine is supper annoying. I have told them numerous times my significant other is an auto mechanic and has been doing the maintenance on the vehicle and to remove me from the list numerous times- seems like they haven't listen to that.
