Very helpful and easy to work with. My engine died on the highway. Found out it was due to a engine malfunction and there is currently a lawsuit going on with Kia and that I have to bring my car to Kia to have it fixed on the. Quick lanes did all the heavy work and figured this out for me. Thank you for your help!

My fiance and I took our Ranger in today for an oil change and worked with Joe and Ross who I can honestly say are 2 of the best employees I've ever worked with in any customer service situation. They're friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and handled every customer they interacted with while we were there with the same level of kindness, integrity, and respect you'd expect someone to give their own mother if she was a customer. They answered every question we had and if they were unable to answer it immediately, they'd find the answer. On top of all of that, their honesty while talking about what tires we should get as we've been basically bald since the end of winter was an exceptionally refreshing thing to witness within the automotive industry.While we were there we also went and poked around the lot as we have been looking to buy another vehicle. While looking, Madeline came to see if there was any help she could provide in case we needed anything. While I know car sales is all about customer service and sealing the deal, she was never pushy, exceptionally friendly, and truthfully cared about getting us into the right car, not just any car. Unfortunately we did not purchase one today but when we do buy a car soon we will 100% be working with her. She was awesome.Because I've worked in the automotive industry I genuinely am not a fan of going to most dealerships/service shops after years of bad experiences. This Quick Lane and the service they provide have made me only ever want to take my vehicle here for maintenance.Every time I've gone to Quick Lane here in Rochester it's easy, quick, priced fairly, and I've never felt pressured to do additional things I don't want to to my vehicle. They're awesome at simply informing you of the issues proactively and offering you the options you have with no pressure or stress. It really is refreshing to have an automechanic shop you can trust.This is the spot for sure for any auto work you need done. They get it done right and on the exceptionally rare occasions they don't they've gone above and beyond to right the situation entirely. There's a reason we keep going back there and it's because of the amazing staff they hire and the care that staff provides.

I dropped by on Monday and there was a 2 hour wait for walk-ins. No worries, I called in and created an appointment for Tuesday. When I arrived on Tuesday they couldn't find the appointment. Capped lug nuts are awful, but after declining to purchase whatever aftermarket lug nuts they had on hand, they decided not to complete the service as scheduled. No problem. I left and dropped by O'Reilly's and bought american made lug nuts to swap on. I got every lug nut changed with zero issues in a parking lot in the rain. On the left is what they look like when you do it properly. On the right is the work that the Quick Lane does.

Excellent! The service advisor was nice and friendly, said my non-scheduled oil change was a 90 min. Wait. They had me out of there in 25 min. Great service!

Run away!!! From using the air gun on putting lug nuts back on, and not finishing the tighten down with a proper torque wrench, popping wheel center caps off with a screwdriver ( instead of using a plastic cap tool) and taking a chunk out of the wheel clearcoat, to spinning on the oil filter with dry gasket, and overfilling the oil, not resetting oil life monitor, ....I'll just stop there. That's what you get with a bunch of young kids changing your oil. I'm back to changing my oil myself.Tires and wheels I'll go elsewhere. For the record, I actually worked at Ford years ago as a mechanic... and still wrenching today. If you want it done right, do it yourself, I guess.

Do not waste your time or money! Before arriving I put mark on my front driver side tire to ensure they rotate my tires. Arrived and talked with Charlie Jezeski to get oil changed and tires rotated. The works package. Asked how long it would be she stated "50 minutes to an hour." I told her I would have to come back if it was longer then an hour due to having a strict appointment time in an hour. She stated "it'll be done in an hour at the most" and said "she'll talk with people in back to make sure it was." I waited over an hour and a half for my car to get done. Charlie was no where to be found so another lady checked me out. I received the report and they put windshield wipers on my car after I stated I did not want them if it'll be over an hour wait for them still had to pay for them. The report goes through everything they did and checked. In the service recommendation area it says tire rotation. I get out to my car check my front driver side tire that I marked and they never rotated my tires but I paid for the service. I called them and they said Charlie will call me back. Never received a call. Do not recommend such a disrespectful, dishonest, deceitful company.

UPDATE: 03/24 - Review response from Ford said someone would call, never did. Surprise. Took my truck to the Adamson's Ram next store, turns out I have an oil leak coming from the oil filter from the technician who did it last, at ROCHESTER FORD. I understand the lack of workers ever since COVID, but that's no longer an excuse. Make sure your technicians are trained properly and are doing their jobs, not bare minimum to bring in a paycheck.Brought my 2016 Ram 1500 here for a simple oil change and tire rotate. Front desk was great, welcoming, easy check in. Tech was sloppy, lazy, and forgetful. Didn't bother to reset my oil change light (literally a 5 second step in Rams..), tech went looking for the lug nut wheel lock in my glove box, took everything out of it and didn't bother to put any of it back. He ended up finding the lock but forgot to put it back in my truck so I had to go back the next day to retrieve it. For a $100 oil change, I expected a much higher level of service. Someone from the office called me to come pick it up, offered to mail it to me if I couldn't come get it. As much as I appreciate the front office, if the actual technician is doing THAT level of work, it isn't giving off the confidence that they're doing their job correctly. Definitely won't be returning. Really a disappointment being that quick lane in other locations have such a high reputation.

Its a dealership so not always the cheapest option but they do have good specials on oil changes and tires. Ive found tire prices to be as good or better than tire stores. In 17 years of coming here I have never had a single issue with my service work. Can't say that for any other place I have taken my cars to.

Took my 2018 Ford Focus in for an oil change and tire rotation earlier today. Same scenario as previous reviewer. Car is still under factory warranty, only ever serviced at Rochester Quick Lane at Ford on Hwy 52. Here again the technicians claimed the lug nuts were swollen and they were unable to rotate the tires. Had a family member go around later and check the lug nuts on each tire with a new socket of the same size (19MM). They only had a problem putting the socket on a 4-5 lug nuts. Socket was fitted on by hand. Technician offered to put a new set of lug nuts on for $60 until I told him that the car was still under warranty and then he said there would not be a charge to me. Then I was told the correct lug nuts were not in stock so another appointment had to be made to have the lug nuts replaced. All this really makes me wonder - Did the lug nuts really need to be replaced and I was going to be charged $60 for something that didn't need to be done or did the technicians just not want to take the time to rotate the tires at the end of their work day and this was a way for them to get out of doing it. My trust in Rochester Quick Lane at Ford on Hwy 52 has definitely taken a nose dive. Not sure if I am ever going to go back again.

Took my f150 in for a oil change and rotation . Hr wait no big deal . 2 young kids doing service work thats ok . Got my truck back and when I got in I seen oil stains on seats and center council steering wheel filthy. 2nd time this happened .They do not clean out easily . Why not just cover the seat and take out cover when done ? I love Rochester ford service but due to this I will not be using quick lane anymore .

I went in to Rochester Ford quick Lane for an oil change today. The entire staff seem friendly courteous and knowledgeable. The wait was not too long, but it would be nice if they have a little nicer waiting area because it seems like all appointments are 45 minutes or longer. The current waiting room is small and cold. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing service to give this place a try.

Quoted $218/ea tire w/ buy 3, 4th free. Next appt was 1 week out. Fine. Boyfriend took car in and I was charged$240/ea tire w/buy 3, $100 of 4th.They added a lot to labor.Very unsatisfied. I no longer have the proof of quote. Can't refund me. I had the paper on my counter. I think my grandson grabbed it. Why isn't this quote saved on my file??

2018 f 150. I have taken this truck which was purchased at Ford twice now for an oil change. The first time after maybe 50 miles it dings low oil level. I bought oil and put more in thinking nothing of it. Second time I take it in for an oil change I mentioned to them about it being low previously. I asked them to double check the amount of oil it takes. Now after roughly 100 miles, suprise suprise..... its low again. This time by 3 quarts, of course it was after hours for the quick lane otherwise I would of drove there immediately. Am I missing something? Never had this problem the one time I took it to jiffy lube. I dont even know if I want to try ford again or not. Might as well just do it myself.

I scheduled my appointment online. Selected "The Works" package which is an oil change, tire rotation, etc. Waited while my vehicle was serviced. No complaints. Got in. Got service, Got out. Quick service at a reasonable price.

I was told 50 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. It took an hour and a half. Reviewing the bill I realized they didn't rotate the tires. Now I am waiting for that. I will stick with Jiffy Lube....

I purchased a 2013 f150 from Mike down at the Rochester Ford. All I can say is man does he know about the vehicles down there. He spent a lot of time explaining how everything works on the inside of the truck and had all the information on what has been done to the truck as well. I will be referring friends and family to Mike. If you are looking for a new or even used vehicle, give them a call or stop in and see Mike. You will not be disappointed

The $39.95 price for the "Works" oil change requires a coupon as per Rochester Ford. They would not give me the price without one, even after telling them there is nothing on the Ford site that states a coupon is required. The requirement is only shown in the fine print after printing the coupon itself. So instead of allowing me to pull it up on my phone, they stuck me with $65 for the same $40 worth of work. So much for dealer integrity.

Really disappointing experience I took my brothers 2016 focus ST For a oil change and tire rotation. The car still under factory warranty And only ever serviced at Ford dealerships. the technicians claimed the Lugnuts were swollen and they were unable to rotate the tires. I ve been in the Wheel industry for quite a few years and personally handled thousands of Ford lug nuts, I absolutely know what A Swollen lug nut looks like And the challenge they Pose. I do not see a single one that a competent mechanic using the correct size socket wouldn t feel comfortable pulling off and put them back on. They offered to charge me $60 for a new set of Lug nuts or they can take a $1 off the service. Needless to say a dealership that s not willing to work on their own vehicles is extremely disappointing. I am definitely reconsidering my desire to purchase a new Ford F150 now regardless of how much I love the trucks. a company who builds using substandard Components and then tries to charge you to replace with basic decent components will not see another dollar from meI guess now after an $79 oil change I have to go spend another $40 to have Discount Tire do a tire tire rotation

I got an oil change there, and that was the main problem. Ever since its been leaking like crazy. I go there and the guy says yeah bring it in, well check it out. Guy starts working on it and asks if I want to see under the car. Oil is everywhere, and they didn't find the problem. But say we can put this part on which will be 10 bucks, I said sure. Get the bill, here its 50. They put the part on which is what I agreed to, but then I got another oil change, (when I just got one a month ago) and it was 15 dollars for a labor charge!

I always have a good experience at Rochester Ford! I lucked out today I was there at 11:30 and they were done by 12:30! Oil change, tires rotated and new battery!

I give it three stars for the price that I got from my tires I walked out the door with for Blizzak winter tires and 192 rebate and a $50 HyVee gift card great service there but what I did not like and what made me decide to only give it 3 stars instead of 5 stars was the fact that I had a 9:30 appointment and didn't walk out of there until 12:15 with my Explorer why give someone an appointment and then make them wait that long to get for tires appointment don't make no sense this is why I'm rating it a 3

Service was alright. Brakes not checked as claimed and only front tires rotated. Half quart low on refill after change. I mean come on already...was it training day?
