My husband bought his F150 at Rochester Ford, the day we bought it we were told to bring it back and they would order a part and fix our new to us truck s tailgate which was broken when we bought it under warranty, we brought it back to have them fix it as they asked. Then 3 weeks ago the same part came off went in for oil change and repair. Charged $150. To put a rod back on that they fixed again for the second time, well it broke again. Service department phone rang for over 5 minutes no answer 9/26/23 And you should know that my husband is a disabled veteran , can t use the box of his truck and can t afford another $150. What brought me to Rochester Ford service was the need for an auto collision repair estimate.My wait time was minimal, staff were friendly despite being busy, paperwork was complete and accurate. The appointment was scheduled within a good time frame as well.Thank you!

This is one of the better dealers I've ever had to go to for repairs. Ever. We brought the car in because of a problem with major work we had done somewhere else in town, whom we do not trust. Turns out, one of the three wheel drums and rotors they (other mechanic) replaced, at an outrageously high price (long story, but that was because another place had missed something, had an agreement with this place, and paid for over half the repairs that resulted), had already failed, 6 weeks after installation.This Ford dealer offered to deal with getting a hold of the repair shop that had done the work previously; when they could not reach anyone there, Ford dealer finally just took it apart to see what they were dealing with anyway. We were charged for an inspection and information on what was wrong, but beyond that, there was hardly any charge because there was a parts warranty. They agreed to deal with the less scrupulous shop in town that wouldn't even call them back within 24-48 hours with information. This dealer won a consistent customer for anything (beyond maybe an oil change) to do with our two Fords. I have never felt I could trust a dealer like this before. Very satisfied.

Bought a truck here with Emily Langr. It was so nice to be able to do business with another woman. Yes, a woman that sells trucks. I totally loved it. Emily Langr is fantastic to work with, she answered all my questions and got me on the road driving my two trucks that I really wanted to test drive. I drove down from Minneapolis, and it sure was worth the drive. I got my TRUCK that day. Oh, yay!! Emily is very professional and outgoing. I got to work with a woman . Half my battle- I was totally relaxed... I have the truck of my dreams. I am so very happy. The finance process was very easy, Jason Bartley was easy to work with as I was so excited about the truck. I skipped over huge blocks on the written paperwork... But everything worked out great.. Rochester Motor Cars/Ford is a great place to do business with. The drive to Rochester, MN is a beautiful drive from the Twin Cities. Check it out...

Rochester Ford recently came to my rescue. Following a two-hour visit to the Mayo Clinic in early October, I went to my car to discover it would not start. It was late afternoon, and I needed to get back to the Twin Cities area. I remembered seeing the Ford dealership on my trips to the clinic and managed to have the car towed to them shortly before their service department closed. Brendon Tempel, the Service Advisor, found that the serpentine belt was damaged and quickly located the parts. Joe Rislov, the Service Technician, volunteered to stay late to do the job. Thanks to these two employees, I was able to make it home that evening. It's difficult to find good customer service these days. That day Rochester Ford gave me exceptional service!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Made an appointment but they didn't get the vehicle in until an hour later-why make an appointment???They didn't put things back where they found them in the vehicle, I drive a Fleet Vehicle and they didn't put the GPS back where it was and I received a nasty email from my company about it-take time to put things back that you disconnected
