My Experience with Rochester Collision was very good.They answered my questions so that I could understand them, as I never had to do this alone before.It s not that easy for me to understand vehicle issues, but I was very appreciative that they were very patient with me and took care of what needed to be done.I would like to thank Jason ,Anthony, and Nick .I was impressed with my vehicle. It came out clean, and the job was done very nicely.I was offered a loaner, and I received a very nice clean vehicle to use at no charge.My communication was also great with Michelle , service counter employee.10 Thank you , you all made my life and experience awesome.

My car was involved in a hit & run. The repair shop worked well with me and also with the insurance company.Repairs were completed within a week as promised. They did a great job with the repairs. However, I did notice that there were lines and swirls in the clearcoat on the side that was damaged. I brought it to the attention of the shop, and they agreed it was not acceptable. They sent it through their detailing shop to have it corrected.Anthony did the final inspection, and was not satisfied to release the vehicle. He had additional detailing done on the entire car, and it was returned to me looking like showroom quality!Overall, I was entirely pleased with the final results, and would highly recommend this shop!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had an issue with my vehicle and Rochester Collision Center got me in ASAP and got me back on the road right away. Amazing customer service from professional guys who care about getting the job done right the first time, for a fair price. I highly recommend them!

We unfortunately had our 2017 Toyota Sienna backed into and needed to have it fixed at a Certified Toyota Repair Center. When we googled closest to us was Rochester Collison Center. We made the choice to drive over an hour away to have our van repaired and I would not have if fixed anywhere else again. They were honest and upfront about what needed to be done. The communication every step was great. They worked with the insurance company with everything even a rental car while ours was in the shop. I would recommend these guys to anyone and would take any of my vehicles to them to be repaired and know the job was done correctly.

Lack of communication from office. They had my vehicle for 12 days before even starting to look at it or order parts. When asked to cover cost/value to me of inconvenience, the only options I was presented with were a gold wash and few free oil changes. Car only has 3700mi on it, no oil change due until 10k. My insurance company didn't need to cover vehicle rental costs for 12 days, a cost that eventually gets pushed back onto consumers (me). I just needed a simple call to state the start of the work has been delayed. Update 1/25, the management team has yet to reach out.

With my front bumper needing some minor repair, John at Rochester Mazda sent me across the road to Rochester Collision Center. Anthony inquired about the damage and came out to take a look. He asked if I had 15 minutes, he took care of my car on the spot and had me on my way in no time. Incredible customer service runs deep in the Rochester Motor Cars family, and that was evident again at Rochester Collision Center. Thank you, Anthony. Your time, work and expertise was greatly appreciated!

My car was broken into and my audio equipment was stolen, they offered no compensation besides replacing the glass. I should feel safe leaving my car in their care without it getting broken into.

Unfortunately this is the 2nd time using them for accidents this car has been in. This time was heavy damage to the entire passenger side. The paint match is incredible and all the gaps are correct. Would have never guess it was in a wreck. Tremendous work quality, paint matching such a old metallic color and kept me in the loop with insurance and what was happening.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When a deer decided to jump through the vehicle rather than "go around us", Rochester Collision Center made it right again. Replaced both doors and trim and then blended the paint. Great job!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

We've had work done on two of our vehicles at Rochester Collision Center. Their service is second to none. We live 2 hours away, and we wouldn't go anywhere else with our vehicles. Worth the drive!!!

I was very satisfied with Rochester Collision center. They were very patient and prompt about answering all my questions. They assisted with the insurance. I was very pleasantly surprised that they loaned me a brand new truck to drive while my vehicle was at their location. I was also contacted by the agent I was working with on a weekly basis for updates on my vehicle. They returned my vehicle to me looking as if it had never been in the accident and it drives just as well as before the collision.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I recently hit a deer with my brand new Kia Niro.. I was so sad and worried about it being ruined. Rochester Collision Center worked on it right away for me and now I honestly cannot even tell that it was damaged. It's just like it was before the deer! I'm so thankful for their quality service and definitely recommend them for any of your car needs! Wonderful service!

Rochester Collision Center did very good work and had great customer service. The only negative was that a job that was suppose to take a few days, took 9. One fender dent and minimal hail damage, it should have been done sooner. Thank goodness insurance paid for car rental during the fix. I would still recommend RCC! Good customer service is everything!

My 2021 F150 had hail damage and I couldn't get the job done in Hudson because the bodyshops were filled up for the year. I'm happy I looked further out and found Rochester collision center. Hated it sums up my experience perfectly. Now I have to replace my tires and get a front end alignment because RCC neglected to do it after repairing front end damage. Makes me wonder what else wasn't done properly to compromise the safety of my vehicle. In addition, when I picked up my vehicle my tire was nearly flat, which took them 45 minutes to fill with air and a minor scratch near my door handle that looked as if someone hit my door against something. If my vehicle could talk, I'm sure it would have an interesting story to tell from 5he 2 weeks it took to do a repair that was initially suppose to take 1 week.

After a cross country drive my car was in pretty bad shape the team at Rochester Collision Center were able to order the parts and get me in super quickly. Not impressed this time around. I had used them to repair my Prius in the past and they had done a reasonable job and so I recommended them to my wife to repair her Venza. We have been waiting almost a month to get it back and the return date keeps slipping without any updates as to the delays. Had to cancel our trip this long weekend due to lack of cars. I drive my son two and a half hours to Rochester twice a week I noticed that my gas door was broken so I figured I would just call and get a a new door for my gas they did an excellent job matched the paint perfectly. The same day I got the door I was having a hard time with my battery it wasn't staying charged and needed to be jumped every time I turned it off so in that same trip they figured out that I needed a new battery they got my battery ordered delivered and put on within an hour. Rochester Collision Center is a great place to take your vehicle if you need your vehicle fixed after an accident. They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job of restoring my car. Nick and his crew handled everything from working with my insurance company and coordinating the use of a very nice rental car during the time it took to restore my vehicle. They kept in touch during the process and informed me with what was going on. My car looks wonderful. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of any vehicle restoration.

I brought my car to the collision center because it had been side swiped and just needed to be re-painted. There was no damage other than some scratches. My car is brand new (2021). When I took my car in I was told it would take about a week, but it would be nine days at the very most. I got a call seven days after I dropped off my car saying it wouldn t be done until the middle of the following week because they were waiting for a part to come in. They were just supposed to paint the car so I asked what part they were waiting on. This is when they told me they had broken a part on my car and needed to replace it. They weren t going to tell me they had broken something on my car unless I asked. The Tuesday after this I called and asked when I could pick up my car and they said either the end of the next day or the end of Thursday. I didn t receive a call on Wednesday so I called Thursday and they said it wouldn t be done until Friday. On Friday I had to call three times before they told me at 4:30pm that I could pick my car up after 5pm. They would ve closed the shop for the weekend and left me waiting to get my car until Monday if they had it their way. It took 16 days for them to paint my car. Just go somewhere else if you don t want to pay for a rental for half a month and be lied to the entire time.Service: Painting

Trust worthy & knowledgeable collision center. The technicians know their stuff. They re willing to explain to you how X,Y,Z works if you just ask. They help with any concerns or deficient knowledge. Appointments are booked far out a bit but it s worth the wait & $.

I was rear ended and needed some repairs. A friend recommended Rochester Collision Center. It took only a week to get in for the repair and I was initially told that it would take 3 days to finish repairs. They had it done in less than 2 days and even detailed my car! I would highly recommended them. They had great customer service which is rarely seen today.

Wonderful customer service. They negotiated with the insurance company on my behalf and didn't ask for anything from me. Everything was smooth and everyone was polite.When I picked up my car, some of the side door trim paint had been damaged from (most likely) pressure washing. One of the technicians said he could take the panel off in 10 minutes. He took it off and is repainting it for no charge.All on all, it was an amazing exchange and I would be more than happy to return with service that I need in the future.

Very happy with Rochester Collision Center and the glass that was repaired on my sunroof. All employees my husband and I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. I even got my truck back a day earlier than anticipated! Would definitely recommend!

I had multiple dents on my passenger car door. They were able to remove them before the promised finish date. The door looks brand new. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work that was done.
