Wow, what a great place to do business with. Natalie took care of everything from the second we walked. I honestly didn t have a lot of intention of purchasing a pickup that day, but they had one that caught my eye online and I went to check it out. My experience was what sold me, even though my truck is awesome. My wife found a trailblazer at the same time and we had to come back to get that only a few days later. Everyone there seen to it that we had a great experience. We will be recommending to others and will be back for our future needs!!

Marcus Hoagland was right on top of things for me. This is the second time he has been my service technician. Both times he has been on top of everything. He has always been courteous and respectful. He explains everything and works very hard to make sure I as a customer understands. I thank him for his honesty and service.

Our experience for an oil change etc. was excellent.They were ready right on time.They did the work in a timely manner.They communicated what they found (tire wear etc.)They listened to and answered our questions.We'll be back.

Would recommend Rochester GM to everyone! Always receive my parts in a timely matter. Josh always helps me find what I need even if they don t have it. Matt goes out of his way for his customers. I purchased a used corolla from out of town. Anna was great to work with and made sure she worked hard to meet my needs and make sure I was happy. Sent me a video going over the shortcomings of the vehicles condition which was nice considering I was driving an hour and a half to go there. Car was clean and they had put on 4 new tires, brakes and other maintenance work to ensure it was ready for a new home. Best dealership experience I have had.

Amanda G. Had helped me with the services on my Cadillac. I asked her about a good sales person. She introduced me to Tom D & Zack D. They were both very professional with helping me. Not like some sales people. It was more like working with a friend. Emma J helped me with all the new technology things on my car. It was truly my best experience in purchasing a car.

Found a used truck I liked in their lot so I took it for a drive. I was about to sign the purchase agreement when I decided to ask for a Carfax. It was then I found out that they had replaced the engine with another used engine. Unfortunately I bought the truck despite them refusing to budge on the price. Had the truck back to their shop 5 times over the next few months trying to fix the engine fan. At first it would not shut off until it came detached from the engine and later wouldn't turn on at all and the truck overheated. After spending dozens of hours in their waiting room I finally took it to another dealer and had it fixed properly for $161 when I sent the bill in an email thread I already had going with the service manager he stopped responding. Since then I have replaced the headlights and found that they were only held in with one bolt each and much of the hardware holding the grille and bumper trim on was missing. This all would have been removed when they replaced the engine. Towards the end I was assured their best technician was on it, which didn't seem to make any difference. Additionally I sent an email to the store manager and received no response. Might be a decent place to buy a new vehicle but I sure wouldn't trust them to do any maintenance or warranty work.Please don't respond with: Jordan, thank you for sharing your feedback. It sounds like you did not have the best experience with our Rochester Chevrolet Cadillac service. We apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing with this circumstance, and a Manager is aware of the situation. Thank you!

Feel like I got the usual dealer upsells and run arounds, but they did their best to provide great customer service after misdiagnosing my cooling system (more than once). Spent about 2k on what might have really only been a few hundred dollar fix but the rental car was a necessity and they made me whole. They tried to make it right despite me paying to fix a radiator and a thermostat when only the heater core hoses were bad. Regardless I think they did their best, i trust their customer service but their techs in the back are a little suspect.

Fast, friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back when we decide to purchase a new vehicle. We live 2 1/2 hours away and it is well worth the drive.

If I could add a photo with the review I would, but i went in for other repairs and I was told I needed to replace my battery in the future on my invoice because it tested bad. I had seen my regular mechanic a few weeks prior and nothing was wrong with it, so I went into autozone to test it the next day and everything tested fine. Auto zone informed me that this particular dealership has a history of doing this.

The sales and finance staff were fantastic! We bought a Chevy Bolt and there are new laws for EV rebates. The finance team had to navigate all the new information and were able to apply the rebate at the sale which saved us a lot of time and money!! Thank you!!

Tried to over charge me by around $1100, for a simple fix. Took it to another mechanic and they charged me $200. Also wanted to charge me another $450 for a diagnostic when I told them exactly where the issue was. Customer service was horrible, took over four transfers to get a hold of my service advisor. She never returned my calls and every time I would get transferred again and again.

Had our transmission go out on our family vacation. Got the vehicle to the shop and spoke with Javier in Service. He was able to get the transmission tech, Matt, to look at it before the end of the day. They were able to get a new transmission delivered the next day and had it installed all in less than 24 hrs! Thank you for your attention to us being stranded! It was great team work internally and from distributors! My family and I appreciate it! Theyshowed extraordinary customer service!

I had low tire pressure on one of my tires. I drove to Clements Chevrolet and they looked at it immediately and found a nail. They put a plug in it and I was back on my way quickly!!

I was impressed with the video the technician took while working on my vehicle and informed me about the condition of the brake pads, air filters, and the condition of the chassis. I appreciate the honesty of the service department and would continue my business with Rochester Chevrolet

I've had the worst car buying experience ever!! I'm not a person that gives reviews but this one deserves no stars at all. Bought a vehicle from them started having issues on day one they said nothing was wrong when the engine soon light flashes came back 2 times. After that my tahoe 2016 started making a helicopter noise and totally died I purchased this vehicle less than 15 days ago gave 20,000 on Down payment and now I don't have transportation because these people lie not honest at all. I'm a single mom with 5 kids who worked hard to save up 20 grand and now they don't wanna reimburse my money. Just hoping this doesn't happen to nobody else. It's been so stressful. I just wanted my Down payment back to go somewhere else.Never though a big dealer would do this type of thing.

Bought a vehicle. Used car manager shook my hand while starting outside. Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy that he couldn't even make eye contact. I tried to make the purchase as smooth as possible. Salesman didn't offer much.. A coffee while I waited would have been great! I was told of a meeting to finalize the sale the next day without being part of that discussion in the first place. Paperwork came in for my trade in and they wanted me to drop it off without much thought about the customer experience. Here we my thought,'I already gave you my car and a lot of cash and you want me to drive to your location to drop off paperwork you need to sell the car I traded in... Come pick it up yourself. The car I bought was absolutely filthy. The detail department needs training.No follow up after the sale. Salesman had a chance, but decided to pick up the paperwork I left outside without knocking. Instead opting for I didn't want to bother you phone call woke driving down the road.Salesman gave himself a 7/10. I give him a 4. You could've done so much better. How about a tour of the service department or parts department for floor mats that were missing?Clements was a better version of a Chevy dealership. I wouldn't have received a vehicle with such poor detailing.

They did such a great job at finding what was wrong with my very intermittent electrical issue- to the point where they took out a magnifying glass to find the issue. Very happy with their detailed work. Amanda was absolutely amazing to work with and Steve was a great driver and very fun to talk to. With their very convenient shuttle service, I was able to get things done while they had my car! The whole experience was a 10/10

I never thought I would buy a vehicle from 4 hours away, however, Steve Ball was the only person that called me back in a timely manner. I tried the dealerships around here and they did not have the vehicle I was looking for and you guys did but Steve was on the ball (no pun intended :)) and called me back right away. I appreciate the service we got and would highly recommend this company to others. Your customer service was top notch and that is hard to come by anymore. Matt Ryan, the Business Manager and Al were also amazing to work with. We felt like we were treated fairly and were told the truth and we appreciate that. Keep up the great work and Steve, Matt and Al. You are the best!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love my blazer.

I'm an out of town buyer who saw the advertisement for the truck I was interested in in Car Gurus. I contacted the dealer through Car Gurus portal and was contacted back in a timely manner. Very prompt! I received the information that I requested and part of that was a video walk around. From that point I scheduled a visit to the dealership and went to test drive the vehicle. There was one issue with the vehicle that wasn't disclosed and the dealer and staff are working with me to get that taken care of. All in all these guys have met and exceeded my expectations and are courteous inviting and professional Sam and the crew definitely did an outstanding job with me and I'm hard to please! These guys definitely have customer service down to a science. Competitor, these guys are the example to follow!!
