Josh is the most helpful, honest and accommodating mechanic I've ever worked with. I drive 100,000 miles per year, so there is always something to fix. The guys at Precision get me in quickly, but most importantly, get me back on the road. I would highly recommend Precision for all of your car care needs.

I took my car here for a diagnostic. I was told it was breaks & it was almost $300 to fix. I have a 2012 Lexus. I was totally fine with that. They told me they fixed them and I paid but when I got my car back the issue was the same, still there. I end up going somewhere else and they said it was my rotors they just went ahead in fixed them. I guess precisions misdiagnosed my car. But I ve took my cars here before no issues. Lately I had this problem and so have others I know that went there lately. Also they always say they are booked and busy but still take your car starting to think they are not doing the work but telling people they did.

I usually don't recommend a lot of business but this automotive repair shop is a great place with affordable price and very knowledgeable about different cars. I took my toyota car to other automotive shop and even dealer. They wanted double or even triple the price. This place is like a hidden gem. Outside of the business is not appealing but it's the knowledgeable, reliable, respectful and affordable price from the owner fixing my car. It's like beauty with knowledge from within not from the look of this place. I highly recommend these guys and go to them for any other car related problems.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a couple issues with getting parts that weren't junk straight out of the box from parts store and they took care of me as best they could! Fair price and very nice guys! Went out of their way to accommodate a vehicle to use while waiting for parts. Took care of minor issue i wasnt aware of and didn't charge. Just got it taken care of! Josh and his team really treated me right.

I'm glad I took my truck to Precision Automotive for my recent repair. Josh and Donald were very professional and pin pointed the exact problem. I was also impressed that they took it in right away, even though they had other vehicles. I was very amazed that they are always informing me with any updates on my Toyota 4Runner. I really appreciate everything that they have done. It was the most wonderful experience I've had out of all the places I've serviced my cars. I would really highly recommend their service to anyone. Friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, fair and most importantly great customer service. Thanks, Donald and Josh. I am another satisfied customer!

Great Shop! I currently have 4 vehicles that I take here when needed. I have had most types of general repairs and part replacements here. I have had insurance work after an accident here also.I have grown to really trust this shop over the past couple of years. I now exclusively go here for all maintenance.They have worked on my new foreign cars, and my older american cars. I cant say one bad thing about this shop. I have also had custom type work done here.On a side note... Its nice having actual "car people" work on your cars.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine tuning, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Auto emissions testing, Wiper blade installation, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Would give 0 stars. This was a couple years back, and I m just remembering. Worth it to leave review. Spent 600$ for them to figure out why my brakes were not building pressure. Took it there twice. They ended up replacing a few things along with a brake booster. They couldn t figure it out, I get time was spent, but a partial refund makes sense to me. Took it to a buddy, he figured it out within 5 minutes. The valve in the master cylinder needed to be adjusted. I would not personally have these guys work on any of my cars. they seem to have good reviews, and do good work. they should not take German cars in if they don t know the ins and outs. Im sure they are great for more simple cars like older JDM stuff.Service: Brakes

Went to josh to check multiple used cars i wanted to buy. He does a thorough check and recommends the needed fixes and even helps a mechanical naive person like myself make a judgement call in regards to worthiness and longevity of a purchase. 100% recommend for all mechanical needs.

Josh, Donald, and their talented crew have helped me out countless times making sure everything is done right. They are the best priced automotive shop between Rochester and the Twin Cities for their level of quality. Highly recommend choosing Precision for your regular maintenance to installing aftermarket parts.

Recently had both my catalytic converters and my spark plugs replaced on my Lexus IS250. They did an amazing job and in a timely manner as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The cost was more than reasonable. Would definitely go to them again and again over any chain companies that just price gouge you

This is by far the best auto repair shop I have been to! Very honest guys and always have the best prices for services performed. I have been to many shops in the past but this one I am highly satisfied with and it's the only place I will ever take my car too. When they work on your car they show you everything before hand. I always recommend this shop to everyone. Very friendly guys too!

I don't trust big companies. That's why I went with Precision Auto here when the AC went out on my car. Even though it took me a while to find their shop (there's no big sign out front), these guys really give you that small-town mechanic feel, like you're a neighbor, not some nameless customer on paper. Just a couple of cool dudes who know a lot about cars and really want to give you honest, reliable service. Of all the mechanics I've worked with over the years, I trust these guys the most. They're knowledgeable and honest, and I'll definitely take my car back here!

So far so good. While the shop doesn't look like the Ford/Chevy dealership, they also don't waste money on unnecessary features. This no-frills shop has a few young mechanics who really take pride in their work and it shows. I had a break job done recently and it was not only quality, it was affordable. They were upfront and honest and had FAR more courtesy and true customer service than many shops I've been to.One of the hardest things about moving is finding another mechanic you can trust. I think I found a winner with Precision Automotive.

The guys at Precision Automotive always take the best care of my cars, my wallet and my safety. Highly trained, easy to talk to, experienced mechanics with the correct mindset for customer service. They constantly amazing me with the ease at which they go the extra mile. I've had three vehicles fixed with repairs ranging from wheel bearings and inner/outer tie rod ends and oil changes and brakes.

Finding an honest mechanic that will not rip you off is difficult, my engine wasn't running and kept shutting off when I drove it, everywhere else they said I needed a new engine when I brought it in to precision auto don and Josh fixed the problem within a couple of days without replacing the engine saving me thousands of dollars! I recommend going here they're honest and reliable, thanks precision auto!!

I d like to start out by saying I love my car and honestly I don t trust giving it to just any mechanic to work on. I had a issue a couple months ago with my cooling I needed fixed as soon as possible and no other shop locally had time for 2-3 weeks but I called Josh at Precision Auto and he understood how important it was and had me bring it in at 8am the next morning. Another example of the care and pride they put into there work is I had them rebuild my diff, something we haven t seen anyone do on an e46 and we were just waiting on the seals from bmw to put it back together and the day they came in I called to see how it was going and I had heard josh was out sick that day but then I got a call from josh saying it s all done, just another example how when they give you there word they do everything to make sure they keep it. Dom & Josh don t make you feel like a customer when you walk in, they do everything to help you out, just as if you were family. By far one of the best experiences in my life with this shop 10/10!

The guys at Precision Automotive take pride in their work and have always done a great job on my vehicle! They are honest when it comes to diagnosing the repair and don't recommend unnecessary repairs. I will continue to bring my vehicle here and highly recommend them! Thanks again for your hard work!

Can't say enough good things about this shop! They are honest, knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Their rates are also very reasonable for the quality of work they do. I highly recommend Precision Auto to anyone who needs automotive work done!

I hadn't heard of Precision Automotive until yesterday when someone recommended them to me, and I'm very happy with the recommendation! I was able to quickly get an appointment, and the service was fast and VERY reasonable. Excellent customer service! I will definitely go the them for future work.

Car repairs are stressful. Finding a trustworthy car repair shop is even more so. This is a place that is trustworthy and fair priced. We went in very apprehensive as it was our first time there, but left knowing this will be our go to mechanic.

Great service! Reasonably priced! We asked them to look at several things and they checked everything but only did what was needed. Saved us money and unnecessary repairs. Will definitely use Precision Auto again!

I recently moved to Rochester from Oregon. An hour before I had to work a night shift, I got a message on my car that my tires were low. I headed to Precision, where they quickly checked my tire pressure and filled them for free. Wonderful customer service!

I dont typically take my vehicles in to get worked on but when I dont have the time to do the work these are the guys i go to extreamly fair pricing!!! I can leave here knowing my cars problem was fixed properly! And they always have it done by the time they tell you it will be ready if not earlier. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!!!

I had problems with holes in my headers and catatlytic converter. I brought my car in and it took an hour with great pricing. Owners are very friendly and effecient. Would recommend to everyone I know. Now my car is as good as new.

At this point, I don't even bother getting quotes from other places because Josh always gives the fairest quotes. Have never felt like I was being overcharged. They do great work and are my go to for any work that I don't have the time to do myself.
