I have bought many cars and this is by far the best experience I ve ever had. The salesman Elliott knew the vehicle inside and out, he was helpful and not at all pushy. Jake was honest and was very fair with our trade and gave a very fair price on the vehicle. I was actually with my sister helping her look and I can guarantee I will be buying my next vehicle from here from Penz Subaru!

Trash dealership!Talked with Anllelica via email. She sent me over a worksheet with a price.A couple days later, she sends me an email saying the exact same car is on "sale". Yeah. No. The car was $1k more. When I asked her about this, she said "If anything, this is an example of the Penz Difference and how we go above and beyond for our customers!"

Almost none of the pre-owned cars they advertise on CarMax and their website are actually available. I emailed with them, and drove an hour (each way) to test drive a couple I was interested in only to be told they weren't actually available to test drive. One was "in processing" and the others hadn't actually arrived yet but "would be coming soon". Why are they advertising cars they don't actually have? I don't know. It makes me think they probably don't thoroughly inspect them either since they're listing them for sale before it's even in their lot. I told them to contact me when they had cars with my specifications on hand to drive and never heard back. What a waste of time!

I worked with Brent on repairing a few touch ups on my recent purchase of a used Chevy Sonic. He could not have been more helpful. Very easy to work with. I would definitely buy another car from him!You know if they treat you this well a month after the sale, they'll stand by you. Beth

OVER PROMISES & SEVERELY UNDER DELIVERS... Absolutely HORRIBLE follow through & customer service. Anytime I have had to contact them or have my car in their shop, I have to REPEATEDLY hound them with emails or phone calls to get any updates. I love my Subaru Legacy, but would HIGHLY advise consumers to find somewhere else to purchase their Subaru (I am NOT the only customer to experience this with Rochester Subaru since Penz took over, I know other customers that have had the same experience).When I purchased my car they agreed to fix some cosmetic issues with the body. I have had my car to the shop 3x ( the paint job was horrid, did not match my car color & looked worse than before-see picture for the "finished" scratch repair --before I took it back and made them fix it correctly & with paint that actually matches my car). The 3rd time they properly fixed the big scratch, but still left a few other issues they previously agreed to fix, untouched.I told them the remaining body work issues need to be fixed as they said they would. I got an IOU letter from Penz sales manager stating they would fix these issues, and someone would be in touch within a couple months to let me know when they can fix it, and if I didn't hear anything, to contact him personally. That was 6+ months ago. I reached out about a month ago to him, never received a response-again sent a follow up and no response from the sales manager. Still trying to get in contact with someone who will ACTUALLY return calls/emails & remedy the issue.

I am totally pleased with my Subaru Forrester I bought in Nov 22. My sales rep Alex was amazing- our family has bought 3 Subarus from him. Very knowledgeable, genuine and quick at his job. Unfortunately, I have not had the same issue with service. The car was delivered with a big scratch. They said they would get me on the books. It took 3 months. In that 3 months I had a few accessories put on at Subaru. They installed the bug deflector wrong and scratched the hood which was found after they finished the original scratch. My car is back in now to paint the hood. I dropped it off for a scheduled appointment I made 3 months ago and 17 days later my car is still there. They painted it the first week and let it sit parked there the second week because either they didn t have the hood decal or a person to do it. Paint job done on 6/19. I was told oil change would be done that day and I could pick it up yesterday. I said I would get it today and to call me if the oil change wasn t done. I arrived at 5:30 today to- we were busy, you can sit and wait and we will get to it. So, you have had my car for 17 days and now I have to sit and wait while you do the scheduled service. Well, I will drive back again tomorrow to see if maybe it is done. I am not a paying customer because it is work to repair their mistake and 1 of the 2 oil changes that came with the purchase. I am sure I was last in the list to take care of. Nice people- bad service.

The amount of people working together today was prevalent throughout my experience at Subaru! Anllelica helped me from the moment I walked in until she saw me off in my new car explaining all the features and answering any questions with knowledge and efficiency. Gene took a great deal of time throughout this last week to find the perfect car for me, reflecting price, safety, fuel efficiency and just what I was looking for! As expected I saw many people during this process and they were all helpful and fun to work with from beginning to end. Main thing here ----I JUST GOT A GREAT CAR AT A GREAT PRICE---- GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE----I WILL BE BACK!!!!

I bought a 2022 Sierra Denali in October, there has been an issue with the entertainment center from day one and still no fix. 4 trips to the dealer with the same results. I guess my gmc streak stops with this pos .between GMC and the Penz auto group it would be nice if customer service was still possible .

Bought a car back in March, title paperwork has been messed up 2 times and I keep getting told we will be getting it this week.... didn't show up. I'm sick of the false promises and lack of urgency of getting this handled. Stay away if your buying used cars.

Have been to numerous service departments but Buick gmc went above and beyond thank you Shane for going out of your way to answer every question and help in every way to my repairs definitely are a great asset to penz auto.
