10/10 recommend these guys, they re the most honest and friendly auto shop I ve ever been. They don t try and persuade you into additional work that isn t needed, and fair pricing. I will definitely be back again! Don t hesitate, give them a call and book a date for your auto needs!

First time taking my vehicle to On Point Auto and was more than pleased with my experience. Was recommended to go there by a friend and I m glad I did. Corey was very informative, honest, and trustworthy. I didn t feel pressured to do anything unneeded to my vehicle and was recommended what should be done. Everything was handled very professionally and the cost is very affordable compared to other shops in the area. My girlfriend ended up taking her vehicle in the next day for a patch in the tire and she had a very good experience as well!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

Corey and his brother are the best and most honest mechanics I ve ever had in my life. This industry gets a bad rap for dishonesty because people go in for one thing and are told they have other things that need to be fixed. I ve even been told by another local place that I needed to replace my brake pads, so I went to change them with Corey and he told me they were fine. This is just one example of how he s saved me money by just being honest. He ll explain everything to you and let you know what needs to be done and what can wait so you don t spend money unnecessarily. If you re shopping for a mechanic, you can stop shopping. This is the best place to have your work done, period.

Cory was really great at helping when I had a transmission problem and helped change some of the codes so it that it would work without having to change the transmission itself and saved me a lot of money. He also helped replace my car door handle when it broke. He is really good at finding solutions to problems and orders a lot of his own parts so the costs are very reasonable and very timely in getting done. He always was really quick and ready for me when I got my oil changed too. I have recommended him to other friends as I really trusted his expertise and he provided a great service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

A co-worker recommended On Point, and I ve not been disappointed. Fair pricing and honest work, and they take the time to explain the problem and offer solutions, without steering you to unnecessary work. I would recommend them to anyone in the Rochester area.

On Point Auto has taken care of me more than a hand full of times. Why do I keep going back? They are honest, timely and don t pressure you into unneeded services. However, they will do a through job and give you suggestions. 10 times out of 10 I am glad I chose On Point Auto for my services. I feel supported by this family shop and their services to keep my family s vehicles in service and safe. THANK YOU On Point and family. I appreciate you very much!

I brought my car here to get a simple Oil change. Corey was very accommodating and professional. Normally when I've gone to get an oil change it cost me an arm and a leg with all the new fancy products they have on the market, and that is all I get from places I have been in the past- an oil change. Corey topped off my fluids, checked my tires, looked at a squeaky fan and I had a loose piece of plastic under my car that he tightened up and made sure everything else looked good- with not upcharging me and For being in Rochester I have to say this had the small town customer service everyone looks for- I will definitely be going here from now on, fair prices, great customer service and knowledgeable staff! ON POINT IS DEFINTELY. ON. POINT.!!!

Honest, hard-working and experienced technicians. Have brought many vehicles to On Point over the years and they have always treated us right. Will also do the little things that most corporate shops won't. Zero upsell! Our go-to Rochester shop.

Everyone can change parts. These guys are diagnostic Kings! With all the tools needed to pin point any and every defect, sputter, clunk your car has. They have been fixing my trucks for years and I don't take my vehicle anywhere else! Two hometown guys trying to make it in a small buisness! Support small buisness!
