I just purchased a 270$ before tax FAKE new alternator here's proof... my last alternator cought fire and burned the engine oil cover and put holes in it why would I spend extra on a fake? My other car had a new throttle position sensor installed and it broke my transmission revving like I'm flooring it no matter the throttle position so now I'm out 2 vehicles from here this store spaciffically

I have been here twice, and each experience has been great. During my most recent visit yesterday, Danver, sales associate/manager provided some of the best customer service I ve experienced at any establishment in a while. Thank you, Danver and colleagues!

The worst experience I have at O reilly. I have to come back 3 times to get the right part. Accuracy is very poor. Definitely looking for another location before you come to this one.

A very cold Friday night , a friend of ours had a bad battery . Austin was the person who sold us a new battery . we were having some trouble getting the old battery out . Austin came out and helped , a very friendly and knowledgeable young man . My fingers were froze because the temps were about 0 not including the windchill . He stayed out there until the job was done . Great store , great service and really good people especially Austin .

Called and ordered a part, confirmed it would be there the next day. Stopped in and nope, never got ordered . Make sure you know who you talk to, because if you don't know , it's your fault for not knowing, and not their fault they didn't order. Needless to say, won't be going back.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Every other location that I have been to, they have been professional and very helpful. This location expected me to have the exact name of the part I was looking for, a part number or a picture of said part. Instead of them doing their job and looking for it on the same system as every other location uses. If you want customer service go elsewhere, Broadway location, Winona store, anywhere else.

I went toOReilys on 41st Rochester 9/13. I was greeted with a very rude gentleman (?), needless to say a sale was not made. I went to Napa and they were really helpful. The saying Be Kind, you never know what is going on for the other person sure rang through with this situation. This guy was very unprofessional. I won t be back.

Store itself is good, helpful employees. But Oreilly's itself is overpriced. ABS sensor was $199 in store OR $16 on Amazon. FYI turning brake Rotors is $30 a rotor...

Jason took care of me the other day and really went above and beyond. He helped me find a part I needed and gave recommendations for which version of it I should pick depending on what was most important about it to me (cost, look, durability, etc.). He also went to my car with me, popped out a different piece I needed more of to find an exact match, and reinstalled the piece and the replacements afterwards. Just an all-out helpful guy. Thanks!

Oh for the most part I've gotten what I needed there it's hitting mess with some of the employees on whether you get one that knows what you're talking about or not.

If you can help yourself this may be your place. I ended up leaving without purchase because the gentlemen that should have been assisting me this evening were focused on discussing their firearms and how to find cheaper ammo, neither of which pertain to the business or why I was there.

These guys are awesome. My headlight went out on a Sunday evening right before they were about to close. I called them ahead of time to see if they had the part. I fully expected to be told that they were about to close and to call the next day or to at least get a little push back about calling for something that I'm sure these guys consider fairly simple. They were nice, courteous, and extremely helpful.When I arrived, they had the part ready for me and without me even asking, came outside and installed it for me, and didn't act at all inconvenienced. This just isn't the type of treatment you usually get any more, especially knowing there was probably zero incentive for him to come help me. Very thankful for the kind service these guys provided.

Jacob was AMAZING! He not only replaced my wipers but got them tightened. May not seem like much but they kept going off track and eventually both came off while driving in the rain on 52. He turned a nerve-wracking day into one where I had peace driving. Workers like him are rare and he went above and beyond! Thank you Jacob for everything you did for me today!

I absolutely love coming here for parts. Every time I come the guys here are extremely friendly and always help me with whatever parts I need. even if they don't have the part I'm looking for they will find it and have it shipped to the store and they're shipping is incredibly fast! This is defiantly my go to place any time I need to do an oil change or replace a part.

Service has really declined since I've been there last. Guys helping customers were more interested in their own conversation than helping out the shoppers. Guy who helped me in particular didn't give me overwhelming confidence that I was getting the right fluids for my vehicle. Hope they improve soon, it was my preferred place to go for automotive needs.

I have been here on a few occasions and always have problems with one particular employee (Alex). He seems like he doesn t want to be there and has made excuses to go out of his way to not be helpful. The last time I was there I called the store after to speak to a supervisor. I guess he is the supervisor. Oreiley s is right by my house, but today when I needed to buy something I drove across town to the other store just to avoid dealing with him.

Had an excellent experience. I believe it was Brian who helped me? Basically I was looking to purchase a used car that had a check engine light. It had 8 engine codes, he explained what each was and what type of repairs I might need.Took pictures of all 8 codes, explained what they might be to the vehicle owner. Made an offer that was accepted, purchased the vehicle. Thanks much to Brian and O'Reilly's!

I tried a number of other auto parts' stores and this was the only one that was able to find a radiator cap for my 'aftermarket' radiator. Zach was great. He was patient and knowledgeable and because of him, I can now drive my car!

Got more than great service! The man helping me was named Mike, he was nice and knew what he was doing. I will probably have to go back for all of my auto part needs, being that I have never had a better experience anywhere else.

I got good help even though I was given the wrong parts for my vehicle. I didn't specify 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive nor was I asked if it was. There was an amazing worker that helped my husband get his starter put into his truck in the parking lot. He deffinatly went above and beyond what he needed to do and we couldn't be more apreshiative of all the help. This is the only auto parts store we go to in town because they have such amazing customer service.

Deserves no stars but have always relied on O'Reily's. To be honest, I do prefer their customer service and experience over Autozone's, but however for some reason, this O'Reily's has been the worst experience I've had. Walked in and there were two workers, probably in their young teens, on their phones. My friend and I were just doing our business. I asked them a question and one of the boys just gave me a smirk and replied with some type of attitude. I probably interrupted their tiktok video they were tryna make but horrible service and never going there again ever.

Been into this store hundreds of times, always a good time. Barely ever received wrong parts, every worker I ve ever spoken to has been very helpful.
