Napa always has what no one else has! I called today and asked if he could put hands on an item that the website said was in stock, he immediately said yes without hesitation and checked for me! I was calling around for a half hour today asking stores to put hands on an "in stock" item that was not actually in stock anywhere else. Napa had it! And cheaper! About $40 cheaper! Walked in let them know I was picking up a part, they checked my ID and it was quick and easy!

Great customer service! Even checked all the spark plug boxes to ensure I had all 16 for my truck. Since I have to take the wheels off to replace them on my ram 1500 and subsequently would not be able to drive back to the store to get more, I really appreciated the fact he was thorough. Thanks Napa employee!

I will be honest this was my go to shop for auto parts as a teenager, it seemed very often that I spent more time here than driving. I am not sure but near the end of my mustangs life it was probably more than twenty percent NAPA parts Joking aside they will take car batteries back without the receipt, though not offer you core, great if your getting rid of the battery you don't really want.

I am so happy to have air conditioning in my car again! Great guys working helped me out! Bought the stuff but had no clue how to put it in my car and they totally did it for me! Super cool! Thanks

didn't have the air filter I needed and were very rude about the size dimension that I gave them. No help at all. Went to O'Reilly's on 63 and they had exactly what I needed.

I called in and talked to the manager about getting a part he said he has it. I take the 25 minute drive to get the part get there and they start calling other napa s to locate the part when they said they had it on hand.

Stood waiting to be helped for about ten minutes while several employees stood behind the counter neglecting to help me or others in line. Ended up walking out because not one out of several employees would ring us up. went up the street to holiday gas station instead and got coolant and oil stabilizer cheaper than napa!!!

The Napa product line seems to be very high quality at competitive pricing. Needed wiper blades and the smaller size was out of stock I asked to check the back for one and they gladly checked and had one on hand.

Salesman didnt tell me the core had to come back in the Napa box. 26 miles each way to the store from home. Would not refund me the core charge without the box.

Had to come in 4 diff times in 1 day they couldnt seem to figure it out . I have my car tore all apart have my buddy drive me 30 min to rochester cause i recieved the wrong rotors . The general manager Ed rolls out to interogate me about the discount i recieved from napa and continues to argue with me amd wouldny even exchange it!!!BAD BUSINESS THE ED GUY IN THE WHEELCHAIR IS A MORON ..... NEVER GOING BACK TO NAPA . TRY ADVANCED AUTO PARTS

Always have just what I need and the staff are helpful and friendly. Getting in and out of the doors is not handicapped accessible but the guys will often grab the door or carry items to the car.
