These guys are so wonderful, I highly recommend, this is my go to place for my car buying needs. The sales team it's very knowledgeable and friendly. The fellow who worked with me was extremely personable and found me a great car after listening to what I was looking for, and more so, what was in my budget.My friend bought his car there a few months ago with the same experience, which is why I chose to go there to get mine. You can trust these guys.

We are picking up our "new to us" Explorer tomorrow. We visited the dealership last Saturday from out of town to look at it and test drive. There was no pressure to purchase and I was given time to think about it. After a little more research, I was confident in the decision to buy from Mirza. The salesman was outstanding and we had good open discussion about cars in general. He was great, very relatable, and we are excited to bring home our explorer. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from again.

We bought a car from here with low miles, very clean, seemed like a good 1st car for our daughter. Well, sad to say it has been problem after problem since we bought it! I fully regret purchasing it and we have now paid about as much in repairs as we have paid for the car itself. Very discouraging. I'm just putting this warning out there for all future buyers from Mirza Auto.

5+++ Stars. Excellent customer service. The customer service started the minute I called to inquire about a vehicle listing I saw online. I was given a very accurate description of the vehicle before coming to the dealership. I was also told i could have the vehicle inspected by my local mechanic if I would like! Wow! I have never been told this before from a car dealership! This place really wants their customers to be happy with their purchase. They were so nice from the first phone call, to our last interaction after the purchase was complete. The trade in price for our other vehicle was a fair price. This place handled everything for us- the handled the taxes and got us our new plates. The vehicle even had a half a tank of gas! And not to mention clean! It was spotless inside, might be the first vehicle I did not have to clean upon purchase. It was an amazing place to buy a vehicle. I highly recommend. I know this will be the first place in our area I will look when buying our next vehicle.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from here and both times, people were courteous, helpful, and purposely went above and beyond to help me out as well as save me money. They are honest and truly kind people. They are wonderful to work with.

These guys are amazing! Customer service like I ve never experienced at a car lot- even bringing drinks out to our car while we waited for my husband to test drive! Offered accurate, detailed, honest descriptions of every vehicle we looked at. They never tried to sell a vehicle to us out of our budget. Definitely recommend!

I bought a car from this place and they told me that they are so confident in the car that if something was wrong, I could bring it back in the time span of 30 days and I could get a full refund and the guy who was telling me I could was the owners son and also not just that but when we bought the car a day after check, engine light came on, so I m guessing they called the car to make the engine light turn off while we were test driving and not just that but when we were trying to look up Carfax, they were being so aggressive and so suspicious about it they kept telling us know don t look at the Carfax. Don t look at it and they were telling us that there is nothing wrong with the car and we should be OK and they told us that if anything pops up on Carfax or if anything is bad with the car in 30 days then we can get a full refund and they definitely said that. We took the car in to a mechanic after realizing the check engine light is on and realize that the honk and the airbag didn t even work. We came in to talk about a refund, and the owner was getting very aggressive and very angry with us when we were trying to be cooperative. So that just states that these guys are scamming, and they do not know how to do business and they are just selling cars for their pleasure only they do not care about your side. The only act nice when you want to buy a car but when you go in for a refund or to talk about what s wrong with your car they will get aggressive and they will get mad with you. We left because we did not want to deal with their aggressiveness nor they re angry Ness so we left and we just decided to realize that we did sign the contract, which was our decision, but they are scamming. We even called the police station and they told us yes they are scamming but we signed the contract so we can t do nothing about it. If you wanna get your money back, you have to get an attorney or a lawyer, but even the police station admitted that these guys are scamming, but they can t do nothing about it because of legal contracts. The car did not even pass the driving safety test, so why would they saw the car? So dumb honestly if you see this and are looking to buy a car from here, PLEASE DO NOT. Note, we had $3.5k worth of damages 1 day after driving and buying the car. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

They re reliable and fast with your title and registration (plates). They have very affordable cars and a variety for all kinds of pockets. They treat you with respect and go above and beyond to make your experience smooth.Check their market place and take your license and insurance if you want to drive a car.

bought a 2015 subaru impreza sedan for 8k they said it was perfect with no problems , one week later took it to the car shop found out it needs new breaks, rotors and struts, needs alignment went to auto zone to get the codes check and found out it had 3 more expensive problems worst dealership ever very dishonest

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!I bought a 2013 Kia sorento for 10,400 and the engine stopped working two days later, I contacted them many times and the would not help me and the owner would not talk to me! Look through the reviews I m not the only one! Now I have to pay 11,000 for a new engine.

Mohamed and Ghazan were so pleasant to work with. I sold cars years ago and most dealers have lost the "customer service" and the respect for the potential buyers. They went above and beyond, no pushy sales, complete dedication to your needs , not theirs. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle for the first time or as a seasoned buyer. I'm so thankful that there are still dealers out there that care and make sure they treat you as a human being. Don't let the great prices detour you from going to Mirza Auto Sales. They will find you what you want and won't let you drive off disappointed. I hope you are here for years to come as I am a lifetime buyer now. Thank you so much Mohamed and Ghazan ( the owner )

Mohammad and Mirza made the buying experience very easy. We came to buy one vehicle and got a completely different one that hadn t even hit the lot. Would do 10 stars if I could. They even buffed the headlights when we were on our way out. Thanks for a great experience.

I like to wait a while before giving my review for any business to make sure that I really did get a good deal/service. I had bought a car from this dealership somewhere around December/January, and the car was in okay shape. I wasn t able to negotiate the price of the vehicle but I really wanted the car size since it s a good family car for multiple children. So I ended up taking the risk and buying it. Worst mistake ever! The car was full of problems and on the verge of not working anymore. The whole bottom of the vehicle is rusted and break hose are bad. Car barely turns on now too because of some electrical issue. Either way, it was my own fault that I bought the car but they don t sell you a car for a fair price based on all the issues. No carfax reports on any vehicle. They are just looking to make the most out of the cars they have. If they don t allow you to take the car to a mechanic before buying, don t buy the car. Save yourself the headache and money.

I contacted this place regarding a 2017 Ford Police Interceptor they have listed for sale. When I called earlier today the gal I spoke with told me the vehicle had sold. After looking through more vehicles they have listed for sale online, I called back a few hours later to inquire about seeing if they would be getting any other vehicles similar to that one any time soon.The guy I reached this time told me that the Police Interceptor was in fact still available. So I proceeded to ask him a few questions about it. Then, he interrupted me asking him questions about it and told me it was actually sold and hung up on me. So I called back assuming maybe the line had dropped. I tried to ask if there were any other vehicles similar to that particular one that might be coming available soon and he told me, "in a month. Another in a month!" Now that I knew one might pop up in another month or so, I was trying to ask when, more specifically, might be a good time to check back in to see if they did end up getting another in and I was hung up on again! So, I tried to call one more time and he answered the phone with, "THE VEHICLE IS SOLD, DO NOT CALL HERE AGAIN!" And hung up on me for the 3rd time.All I was doing was inquiring about a vehicle that is currently listed for sale. That I was told was sold. Then was told was available. Then was told was sold. Then tried to check on any similar vehicles coming up that might be like it.If that's how they treat you prior to even stepping foot on their lot, let alone having bought anything, I can't imagine how poorly they would treat you if any issues came up with a vehcile you purchased through them. Stay away from this business if you want to be treated well.I have cash in hand and was ready to drive over 3 hours to purchase a vehicle. But not anymore. Yikes. I've never been treated this way by any business or felt so compelled to write a review but this guy is nuts and does not care about potential customers.

So refreshing to see a successful family owned small business. I enjoyed their honesty and fairness when purchasing my SUV. As its just warning up one of their new arrivals (my purchase) had a weak air conditioning system. There was no way for them to have prior knowledge of it as the compressor engaged and had been cooler until recently. I mentioned my concern and they recharged it but they still had performance issues in cooling. They tracked down a compressor (+500$) part and got it fixed in two days. They sold it at the original price with a discount! They could have remained firm on the "as is" is the price and uncharged me or had me walk and upcharged the next customer, they did not. I am very pleased with how they handled this, integrity is so rare these days. They truly stand apart from experiences i have had at other used car dealerships. I highly recommend these kind people.

These are some of the BEST people to deal with when it comes to purchasing your next car. They are so friendly and truly treat you as if you were family! I cannot say enough good things about them. To be honest, before going to view the car I was a little hesitant because it was a smaller dealership but upon arrival we were greeted with nothing but smiling faces, it was great! Highly, highly recommend visiting them! Thank you guys again for my new car, I love it!

**Updated my review after response from owner** June 5, 2021...We bought a 2010 Subaru Legacy for our 16-year-old son here in September, 2020. We put more money into fixing this car than we paid for the car. My husband and I both spoke to them personally about the issues, but since the cars are sold AS IS, there wasn t anything they could do. It was our mistake that we didn t take it to a mechanic to look it over first, but unfortunately I trusted these people because they are a small, family-owned business, and I took their word for it that the car was in good, working condition. We paid well over 2K than they paid for it, which was close to 5K, and we paid an additional $6,557 more in issue after issue with this vehicle. We put the money into it, because we didn t want to turn around and sell it to someone else knowing it had all of these mechanical issues. I ve NEVER had so many issues with any car I ve owned in the past. So maddening. I understand that it s the luck of the draw sometimes when you re buying a used vehicle, but I would never personally buy a vehicle from here again because like I said previously, I ve NEVER had THIS MANY issues with a used vehicle before, and I ve owned many in my 50 years on this earth. It s also very unfortunate that my son has to pay us back monthly for this vehicle. What a terrible first car for him this one turned out to be.

Our family went to Mirza Auto Sales in need of family transportation. We buy one of their vehicles. They are family own small business but they are very nice especially their father. They tell you the truth and give you fair price. I recommend that this is agood place to visit if you are looking for reasonable price.

Bought a really nice used Mazda 3 from this small dealership in Rochester. Turned out to be a real deal, beautifully running car. Mirza is a reputable used car dealership, run by a small family. They have an excellent mechanic who checks all cars out before they hit the lot. Trustworthy, to be sure. My family only buys from them. Worth a visit.

We recently bought a Toyota Corolla for our Daughter from Mirza. Shireene let us test drive it multiple times, use their floor jack to check out underside of car to look at tire rod ends and check the sway bars. Shireene did state we should take it to a mechanic before we bought it. They asked us multiple times about taking it somewhere to have someone else look it over. They let me hook up a code reader to the vehicle. Took a bit of money off of price as vehicle was going to need a new battery. We knew the transmission was an issue due to the code reader. Although we are familiar with cars, I suggest that you take them up on their offer of having a mechanic look the car over as they can only do so much with used cars and you take a risk with anyone anywhere buying a used car. Shireene informed us the car was only owned by 1 person before we bought it. After we bought it, we took it to a Toyota dealer. Shireene was right, the car was only owned by 1 person. The Toyota dealer agreed with our code reader and are helping us find someone do the transmission repair at a lesser price. The Toyota dealer stated we got a good car from Mirza, paid a good price, once the transmission is fixed, the car will last a long time. Thank you Shireene and the rest of the Mirza family for helping us out in a pinch!

I was at this business last weekend with my neighbor to look at one of their cars for sale. My neighbor ended up buying the car. From the time we arrived we had a very positive experience with everyone there. They answered any questions we asked. Appears to be a family run business just trying to make a go of it. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. If you're in the market for a used car stop by and see for yourself.

Just went to Mirza Auto Sales to help my Brother in law and Niece pick out a car. She found a fully loaded Honda Accord that she fell in love with. The Father/Daughter Mirza Team were wonderful to work with and made the almost 1 hour trip well worth it. With their wonderful personality and willingness to go the extra mile I would send anyone to Rochester to buy a vehicle from this family owned business.

What an honest dealership! Entirely pleased with my purchase. Don t miss this Father Daughter duo! Easy to deal with, straightforward and honest. And best of all, no pressure. I was looking for a Ford Escape, or a Mercury Mariner, which is the same vehicle with a different trim package. I checked out dozens of cars, from dozens of different dealerships, as well as private parties. A lot of other used car dealerships were trying to scam me with either a doctored up carfax, or collision that was not reported, or an odometer that was set back, all kinds of stuff. When I showed up at Mirza I was a little skeptical at first but I took the Ford Escape I purchased on a test drive, and looked it over carefully and it was in really great shape. Also they had the carfax report out so I could inspect that as well. I'm really happy with my purchase, and really happy that I could help support this great family owned business.
