First off Med City Detail is top notch! I had my windows tinted at a "professional" detail/tint shop and didn't turn out good at all, Med City made it right and the outcome was amazing! I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to Med City Detail, you won't regret it! I'll be back in the future and will refer all my friends to go here. Chris was very easy to work with and upfront with lots of useful information. Thanks again, you guys rock!

Edit: I got my windows tinted.When I look for a tattoo artist I find someone who is passionate about the style/project I want, someone knowledgeable, and a joy to work with.Med City Detail is the tattoo artist of Detailers.Everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with, from quote emails to picking my car up at the end. It was a seamless interaction. These guys know more about their products than us consumers EVER need to know but if you re a car nerd, these are your people. They are so passionate about what they do, this isn t a JOB for them, this is something they truly love. And it shows in their work.I will happily recommend people their way and reach out if I EVER need something done with my car. Whether it be investing in PPF or just a hand wash so I look slick, driving the speed limit.10/10 Experience, I take great pride in my care and they earned my trust.

My BMW's headlamps were showing their age. I was ready to purchase new ones when we were referred to Med City Detail. For a fraction of the price they worked their magic and they look like new. Their communication and customer service is outstanding. I couldn't be happier!

Chris, Evan and the team do amazing detailing with superb attention to detail. Had my Sprinter out on. 7,000 mile trip and brought it in to Med City Detail in rough shape. They cleaned and renewed the ceramic coat and re-coated the windshield. Looks better than when I purchased it.

A superb experience. I worked with Chris, & he made sure everything was perfect or as close to perfect as possible.My Volvo had some damage to the protective film on the front bumper that I thought I would have to live with permanently. Chris & his team worked diligently & were able to fix the damage & put a new layer of protective film on the car. When it was finished, the whole car looked even better than the day I purchased it.I also had them work on my wife's brand new Mazda. Once again, Chris & his wonderful team were able to fix some slight damage & ceramic coated entire car. Just like with my Volvo, the Mazda looked better than new.The work they did was extremely professional & highly recommended. The price can be a little daunting, but it is absolutely worth the investment, especially if you plan on owning your vehicle for life like I do. I would happily recommend Med City Detail for all your detailing needs.

What a great business. Chris and crew did outstanding work on my 2024 3500 GMC. From tint, paint protection film and ceramic coating, my truck will be protected in our Minnesota weather. Evan and the team did an awesome job installing my window tint! Great communication from scheduling to completion. This was my first time having my windows tinted on a vehicle and they made the decision process smooth and unstressful. My vehicle was even done earlier than planned! Evan did excellent work at installing paint protective film for my wife s 23 explorer. Was very patient with me on answering all my questions and concerns before taking on the job. Very accommodating as well and I appreciate him let me store the vehicle for few extra days as well when the install was getting done. Shop was clean and well Organized. Very happy with the outcome. Vehicle looks better than brand new now.

What a terrific experience! I purchased the Signature Interior Detail and now feel like I m driving a new car. (Really- I want to leave it in my garage and just look at it sparkling inside and out for a couple days!) Chris was wonderful to work with; found room in the schedule on short notice, did a thorough inspection at drop-off and explained what their service would entail, gave me an accurate estimate of pick up time, and walked me through the miracle they performed on my vehicle when I arrived at the end of the day. The shop is squeaky clean and the staff aim to please. I am one happy customer!

I had Evan and his team at Med City Detail do a two stage paint correction and Gyeon ceramic coating. Not only did they take their time and pay attention to detail, it looks better than when I bought the car. They're second to none and I wouldn't trust anyone else to match their quality. They're also one of the few Gyeon certified detailers in the Midwest. They did an excellent job with my Lexus and I'm ecstatic about the results.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Paint repair

I got my car ceramic coated here in December. All in all it was a pleasant experience! Chris explained the entire process of ceramic coating and also gave me after care instructions. I would highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend getting your car detailed here. They were able to work with the tight schedule I had and were fabulous to work with. I know they aren t used to working on mom cars like mine but they did a fabulous job regardless. Only recommendation I have would be to do a walk through with the customer before the car is cleaned and show problem areas as well as previous scratch s.Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I had Evan install the Drivers Package clear film on my new vehicle for me! This was a vehicle that required a pretty much 100% custom package because there weren't any available "pre-cuts" for this model. He crushed it! It looks beyond amazing and you cant even tell that it is there! He also recommended that I Ceramic Coat the vehicle as well because I will be taking it to the track often! Glad I listened because it looks fantastic! I would highly recommend Med City Detail to anyone looking for quality over anything else.Services: Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing

Update. It s been 14 months since MCD put the lifetime ceramic coating on my vehicle. I drive it daily. Water still sheets off of it, and a simple hand wash and dry make it look like it was just waxed. This stuff is awesome. Wheels too, they clean up sooooo easy. Current photos after a wash (14 months in). Med City detail is probably the most professional service provider I have ever used, and not just in automotive. Beginning to end. They communicate well, keep to schedule, know their product, don t upsell, and follow-up was perfect.Evan knows his business and gave me complete confidence, I opted for the lifetime ceramic (he did an ad-hoc demonstration on his own car showing the water behavior) and it looks amazing. I wish I could post pictures here, the car looks photoshopped.I highly recommend this business. Worth every penny, and I am typically a DIY er.

Chris was fantastic to deal with. The shuttle service was a nice bonus. I had a simple tint job for them and am super happy with the results. They cleaned up behind themselves nicely like they weren't even there. I'm sold.

Had my 2020 Tesla Model Y paint corrected and full PPF installed here. Med City Detail absolutely killed the job. The quality of work is second to none. I can now drive my car with confidence knowing that it's looking the best it can while being fully protected with PPF. Highly recommend them for any of your detailing/PPF needs!

We brought our Yukon XL that our young kids had all but trashed over last 2-3 years. MCD crushed it and the car literally looks better than the day we bought the car. They also washed and deep cleaned our car seats. These guys who work at Med City Detail in Rochester minnesota, really know what they are doing ! Chrise is very knowledgeable about his business ! My van looks like I just bought it. The inside is as clean as the day I bought it. It was a disaster from a long trip with 5 people. Three adults two kids. Went to the sandy beach several times. So you can imagine the sand in my van. So if your car or van needs help. Give them a call today. You won't be disappointed.
