I m exceptionally pleased with the work and professionalism that I experienced today. My car had been covered with bird droppings (and I do mean covered!) that I couldn t get off with standard car washes and thus risked ruining the paint on my car. So I brought my car in for a hand wash and man, did they ever do an amazing job! The attention to detail really makes a difference, the car looks great! And I feel the price was very reasonable. Plus the environment was pristine and very professional. I will be back!

We picked up our new RAM Limited Night Edition from Med City Auto Spa yesterday morning. We could not be happier with the outcome! We brought these gentleman a vehicle that had been severely neglected on the dealer s lot prior to delivery. It was a sight for sore eyes with hard water spotting, heavy orange peel, nibs, sand/dust embedded, and excessive scratching. Despite having no miles when purchased in Texas, the exterior was rough with how the truck was handled over the course of a year. The sport hood, trim, wheels, tonneau cover, lights as well as other areas needed extra attention. Aldin and Dan went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. These two were kind enough to allow me into their shop, which is impeccably clean, while they were detailing to see the progress and talk things through. They provided us regular updates during the entire project. We were never left wondering about our truck. Aldin is very attentive and communicates well. He helped familiarize me with the techniques they use so I had a full understanding of the paint correction process. It takes a certain kind of individual to be so welcoming.We had high expectations going into our project and these two exceeded them. Their ability to address their customer s concerns by providing solutions is exceptional. They are passionate about cars, detailing, and the associated products.Aldin and Dan found defects that I was unaware of during the detailing process. Talk about having a good eye. I am convinced they know my truck better than I do! We had paint correction done, full front PPF installed, and ceramic coating applied. The truck looks stunning after all the hard work these two put in. As a car enthusiast and amateur detailer, I am extremely grateful I was able to work with Aldin and Dan to get our truck to true showroom condition. I can t thank them enough. They are a well paired team with a wealth of knowledge. After many conversations with Aldin, I am looking forward to fine tuning my detailing skills this Spring. We would trust the professionals at Med City Auto Spa with any of our vehicles.

All I can say is WOW! Our vehicle had stains on the seats that we ve tried to get rid of for years. We brought it to Med City since nothing else worked. Aldin did a fantastic job and had the car looking like new, both inside and out!!! The communication was great and Aldin is very knowledgeable and friendly! 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely be back!!!

We had my 2009 Infinity G37S convertible detailed by Med City Auto Spa and they did a fantastic job making it look almost new inside and out. I can't say enough good about how easy they were to work with and what an great job they did. Had a very strong odor from hauling in trash (must have leaked into carpet) they hot steam cleaned and used odor, eliminating shampoo and deep cleaned floors, trim, dashboard and all surfaces. My wife is very happy the family vehicle is saved!! Thank you! Aldin was friendly, hardworking, and professional, highly recommended!!

Working with Aldin may be the best experiences I have ever had with a business! If you don't make it to the end of this review, just know that there is nowhere else I will trust with my car to the extent that I trust Aldin at Med City Auto Spa.I brought in my 25 year old Volvo 850 Turbo (and all the scratches and paint chips that come with it) for a full detail, paint correction, and ceramic coating. When you look at the website, it's apparent that getting a car detailed to that extent is usually reserved for the "high end" side of the car market, as who in their right mind would get a detail job that costs more than the trade in value of their car? Well, I would.Aldin recognized that despite not driving a brand new Porsche or Mercedes, we both shared a love for our cars. He gave me the opportunity to help with the entire job, teaching me hands-on each step of detailing process. Throughout the entire 20 hour job, he answered any and all questions I had, exchanged car stories, and genuinely had a good time. He even made lunch for us and offered me a ride since my car had to stay overnight for the ceramic coating!What stuck out to me the entire time I was there was that I never felt like I was dealing with a business, I felt like I was dealing with a person. I felt like I was invited into someones home.I've found myself recommending Med City Auto Spa to basically anything with a pulse since then. My household alone is always looking for another excuse to bring one of our vehicles back to Aldin. While my car looks absolutely gorgeous now and the paint genuinely looks brand new, my favorite takeaway from this was the experience as a whole. It'll be hard finding another company in the future that is as inviting as this one.I'm excited to bring my car back to Med City Auto Spa!

Aldin did an incredible job on my vehicle! We have 3 dogs, and you d never be able to tell that there was ever a dog in the car! My car feels and smells brand new again! 10/10! Thank you Aldin!

I bought this car at three years old from the BMW dealer. Without question, Aldin did 100 times better job than the dealer on their best day. On top of the outstanding job he did on my BMW 535i, he was professional, kept in touch regularly and gave me a full rundown of everything he did with advice on how to keep it looking great going forward.Excellent work. Aldin is absolutely phenomenal, I would give him 10 stars if I could! :) My mom had taken her Jeep Grand Cherokee to him, and I remember sitting in her car after he had just detailed it, and I was completely blown away how perfect it was! I brought in my X1 BMW 18 that had a smoke smell. After Aldin was finished up, it smelled SO GOOD and looked tens times better than when I bought it! He s the only one I trust with my car. He s very knowledgeable, very hard working and trustworthy. I highly recommend Med City Auto Spa! My second experience with Med City Auto Spa was just as stellar as the first!Aldin is a stand-up guy. Upon dropping-off my vehicle, he performed a thorough inspection of the vehicle s exterior and interior in order to assess the work that needed to be performed. Further, he asked questions and made recommendations to ensure that he was delivering a service that made me happy.The location is private, secure, and tidy.In both experiences I ve had so far, the vehicle was ready ahead of schedule.The cost is very reasonable considering the amount of time and effort they put into each service.This isn t a typical carwash service readily available in most cities, and as a matter of fact, I look forward to traveling-in from Chicago just to see Aldin and his team because I know then that I ll be leaving Rochester with a car that looks/feels new.I love the high quality products and tools they use on my cars, and the meticulous attention to detail they provide.If you love your vehicle, schedule service here. Med City Auto Spa has been servicing five of my family vehicles for the last two years.Aldin is knowledgeable, hard-working, professional, and easy to deal with. Dropped my car off at Med City Spa before I left for vacation and when I returned and picked it up I was amazed by the job that Aldin did. My car had not been cleaned for quit awhile and I am a smoker so it makes cleaning the windows very difficult. My car looked brand new inside. I would highly recommend using Med City Spa - you definitely get your monies worth. Aldin responded quickly to my inquiry and was very flexible getting my car in. He gave me several recommendations for services and products giving me details of all that was included. His attention to detail was great and he kept me informed throughout the process sending me pictures and text updates. I was very impressed at the final product. Aldin explained all the things he ended up doing (including some things above and beyond what I paid for) and the way they were done. 100% recommended !Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing

We brought In our sole SUV (heavily used by 3 children) to get detailed. The car turned out better than imagined! Calling and setting up the appointment was easy and he was super friendly. They gave us a ride to our work when we dropped off the car. My husband was very skeptical and he s a hard critic and he was floored by the quality of work. Thank you for the wonderful job!I will continue to bring our car to Med City Auto Spa and have been recommending them to friends and family!

I own a 1998 Honda CR-V that was never professionally detailed before today. I went in with very low expectations (I mean, my car can legally vote, has had three previous owners, and was honestly beyond saving) and was FLOORED by Aldin's skills to restore it. He was able to get out nearly 21 years of crud in 6 hours and went above and beyond what I could have ever expected.If I could give him six stars, I would. It was worth every penny of his already affordable prices and I feel a lot better about driving such a dilapidated jalopy. You won't regret going with him for sure!

This was a great cleanup for our car. The detail and thorough cleanup left our car in great condition. Aldin took the time to point out where some uneven surfaces in the trunk lid had caused the paint to get chipped and could lead to rusting. Great detailing, Highly recommended. So much better than the usual car wash, it was worth the extra cost.

Everything about Med City Auto Spa deserves the highest reviews. We have been taking our two family cars after nothing but positive experiences. On our most recent visit, one car had a lingering smell that we couldn t find anything to resolve. The other had all the mess that comes with a child and dog. Both cars now look and smell better than ever! Med City Spa also went above and beyond in every way to help make our cars as good as new. We are lucky to have found this fantastic business!

I couldn't be happier with the service and the results. I brought my Silverado in for an interior detailing after a recent and significant pet accident in the back of the cab. Aldin did a great job on my truck; the interior is spotless and the stain is gone. Communication leading up to, during, and after the appointment was prompt and you can even watch the work on a webcam. Thanks!

I brought my '12 X5 here for a wash and detail before winter. He was able to get me in on a Tuesday, and I had it back on Wednesday.My X5 looks great, better than when I bought it a couple years ago. It's got a few dings and scratches, but looks really good now with the wash and protection.Highly recommend, and I will be bringing another vehicle to him in the Spring.

Brought my truck in to have the seats cleaned they were extremely dirty in my eyes. Aldin worked with me to squeeze my truck in around my difficult schedule. When I went to pick it up I was amazed on the job Aldin did it looked bran new and his shop is absolutely amazing and easy to get to I would highly recommend them thank k again for the awesome jobService: Steam cleaning

Superior experience! I took my sadly-neglected 2011 Subaru Outback for interior detail (I m holding off on the exterior until Spring, after the snow melt). Not only was the final product perfect the service was beyond compare!I phoned for an appointment be sure to plan ahead. As a small, family-run business, appointments are limited. In addition, perfection takes time this is definitely not an in and out experience. We agreed that I could drop the car off after work, and it would be ready the next day. I was about 30 minutes late leaving work. When I phoned to inform, I was immediately assured that it would not be a problem to accommodate me.I was texted detailed directions to the shop, which is an immaculate, converted garage in a beautiful wooded area, in the hills above The Waters retirement home by the Apache Mall. I found the place without difficulty, and immediately received a warm greeting.My car was put indoors into the shop area, and I received a ride home. I was particularly grateful for the ride I live across town, so an Uber would have been at least $20.As promised, the car was ready the next afternoon and was delivered to my home. I received before and after pictures the difference was astounding. There was a large stain under the driver s seat that I had been entirely unaware of. The seat was removed to clean it.I paid online via Apple Pay tip can be given at the same time.I can t say enough to express my gratitude. Don t just take my word for it if you are looking for a flawless and pleasant experience, look no further!
