These guys are the real deal. You are going to be in good hands here. They have excellent communication skills and will help you out with any questions or concerns you may have about your car. While they aren't the cheapest, you will receive a premium experience here. I would recommend them for anything from a tow to tires or a big repair. Shout out to Zach for doing the most to make sure I was able to get on the road safely and happily.

I have been going to Joe s Tire and Auto for at least 15 year s. They are like family to me. Very honest and friendly to do business with. My daughter referred me to them and I never even considered going to another place for services or even air in my tires. They deserve five stars. They are the very best!!

Had an issue with a price quote not matching the final total, but they were eager to clear up the problem and the work on the car was good. They also caught an error where the previous person to rotate the tires did so wrong and fixed it for me. Happy customer at the end of the day.

Needed new tires and a alignment for my vehicle. Also a oil change and had them look over my vehicle to make sure it didn t need anything other work done. I was emailed a report with pictures and details after they checked it over! I was happy with the last set of tires I had put on a different vehicle. The staff is always friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable to answers all questions one would have for them.

They took my car in right away at the end of the day, with no appt., and they fixed it the next day. Was leaving work and my car was so loud - it had no power steering fluid due to a hole in the pump (they even took a picture to show me) that was put in wrong by another shop in Faribault. Excellent service at Joe's! I will be back for oil changes and any repairs that can wait until I drive back into Rochester, as I live near Faribault. Thanks guys! A+

No, cuz every time I've come in they've been super helpful on helping me /understand/ what my problem is. It's not just "this is the problem" it's "here's the problem, here's how it likely happen and what it could mean for you, your car, and wallet. I'm never blindsided by pricing. They never make me feel confused or stupid. And my problem is ACTUALLY solved. Plus. If I gotta go to work, they have a taxi service. Sprinkles on the ice cream. Such kind people

I'm very happy, they were all very helpful and got my car all fixed up for me! They checked my car over and let me know of things I wasn't aware that needed fixing desperately, they were very efficient, friendly, and understanding!

I needed snow tires and wanted some that had to be ordered. Joes was very helpful and got the ones I wanted. Installation was easy and they have a shuttle if needed. They are all friendly and helpful. They are trustworthy and stand behind their work. Joes is great and I highly recommend them. I worked at two dealerships and we always used Joes for special order tires. I ve worked with them for almost 10 yrs and nothing but great service!

Have been bringing my vehicles in since 2010 and they have always fixed my vehicles in a knowledgeable, quick, and customer friendly manner . Reliable repairs and quick turn around time- most times, same day. Want it done right, come here!

Friendly bunch of workers. Loved how you get a message with a link to see pictures. So you can see what all they see that is wrong with your vehicle. If I am in the area when work is needed. Definitely will call them to do it

Honestly the service is always great. This time I wasn't able to use my Firestone card when they said I could. It's Firestone's new system. So, the staff did nothing wrong they just didn't know. Great service though.

My car stalled on Friday late morning so the tow truck took it to Joe's Tire and Auto (recommended by AAA dispatcher). They got back to me this morning and I was able to pick up my car tonight. It still needs some work, and I will take it back.

Incredible service. Efficient, timely, and straight-forward. Dropped my car off Friday morning, my car was ready to be picked up Monday afternoon. Keep in mind they re closed on the weekends! I received a full inspection review sent to my phone with photos and explanations, something like a full health report of my car. They re also very great at educating on processes of the car, while being kind! I m very curious when it comes to the inner workings of my vehicle and why it may not be operating well, and they did an excellent job at helping me understand. I m about to take some long road trips in my 08 Honda CRV and I have peace of mind when I drive now. They worked on quite a bit with my car in regard to stability and you can absolutely feel the difference in the drive. My Jeep Wrangler stopped working on a Sunday. I had looked up shops around Rochester, MN to take my car to. I saw that Joe s had good reviews and people seemed pleased overall.I had my car dropped off on a Monday knowing they wouldn t be able to look at it till Tuesday. It took an entire week and weekend for them to get it fixed. I was told that the shop had tried to call but my phone didn t work. Yet, they were able to leave voice messages and text. They got it done, better communication on there part would be nice.Service: Electrical repair

Well I got pulled over the other day right in front of my dry cleaners. I was told I had a headlight out. I thought that was very kind of the officer as I didn t know this and had to travel early the next morning. Right across the street from my dry cleaners was Joe s. I took a chance and drove in and parked. I told the man behind the counter what happened and that I had to leave early the next day out of town. He understood this was a safety concern and had one of his crew members take a look at my car. They ended up getting two new front headlights in from another store and replaced them both. I spent very little down time waiting for the service. They were prompt, courteous and the waiting room was very clean. I was so happy I booked my next oil change there.

Changed my car battery here. I brought my own battery which needs a computer restart after the exchange. They had no problem with it. Fast and quick job with reasonable charges. Very nice people.Service: BatteryService: Battery

The drivers right outside rear view mirror was twisted so we pullled in around 3 on a Friday afternoon. A fellow came out and fixed it for us quick adjusted it to our liking and don t charge. He showed us the issue in case we had the same problem again and we were on our way. Fast, courteous, helpful and free. Love this place would highly recommend.

I had to have our truck towed in for major costly repairs. We were able to get an appointment right away, and once the truck was inspected, Tim ,service advisor called right away with the diagnosis, cost to fix it, and sent pictures so I could clearly see the problem. I have trusted Joe's with other vehicles of mine over the years, which gave me peace of mind that I would be well taken care of, and I was!! I am very pleased with my experience, all of my questioned were answered, work to be done was explained in detail. Friendly, professional, respectful, kind,trustworthy, and talented mechanics! That's why I continue to call Joe's for my vehicle repairs!

I've been going to Joe's Auto and Tire for about six years. I've always had a great experience with their front people who are all very knowledgeable about vehicles and can simply explain options and solutions to any issues. The shop is very flexible with timing and always super courteous, special shout out to Zach at the front desk for always being super patient and answering ALL of my questions. Will continue to go there and recommend to others.
