I took my new car into jiffy lube for a standard oil change today 4/10/2024 and Jake was so so helpful. Jake showed me around the shop.Jake explained everything that they were going to do with the oil change and also came back in and also explained what they found with my car that they could be done with my car today.I was very happy with my service today

The young man (service writer ?) who was organizing the work orders to the mechanics, (and dealing with customers) was especially professional and efficient. He was courteous and friendly without wasting time. My experience was very good and I will tell all my friends to trust your location. 5 stars

Fantastic customer service. Had issues with a valve stem on my tire breaking, and they replaced it right away. Still wasn t holding air the next day and they made sure I got back in and it was fixed properly. They were wonderful through out the whole process.

Jake was super friendly and helpful. He wasn't overly aggressive trying to sell me things I didn't need but made legitimate recommendations that I really appreciated. I don't know much about cars but he was patient and explained what everything was and what was most important. Service was quick and always well done.

Your front desk person is excellent. I bring my car there all the time with my voucher from Cars-N-Credit and he's always treated me great. It is also why I brought my other vehicle that is straight out of pocket and paid not only for an oil change but also any recommendations. I hope y'all continue to keep Cars-N-Credit as a client because I'd personally like to give a Christmas gift to y'alls crew each year for your excellent service and great customer service.

Great service quick and friendly!! Prices are a little higher than I expected but well worth it for the speed and ease of service and no wait time to get in! Again super helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend! (Make sure you take the first driveway.... there isn't one father down >insert awkward u turn... haha)

Brought my car here for an oil change 4 days ago. They told me I need to urgently replace my rear brakes, rotors, and brake fluid and quoted me about $500 for the job. I decided to schedule these urgent services with a true mechanic. When I got my car back from Jiffy Lube, I noticed my driver's seat upholstery was stained. Today I took my car to the mechanic to have the above work completed only to find out my car doesn't need any of it. My car has 26k miles and isn't due for brake fluid replacement until 30k miles and apparently all my brakes are completely fine. This location needs to lose their right to conduct business if they are trying to scam a young woman like this.

I always go to Jiffy Lube and always get great service. Everyone who I work with is knowledgeable and friendly. Todd cleaned my head lights and they re like new! Thanks

A little out of the way but fast clean and professional is what you'll get here. A wee bit pricy but for the service and general diagnosis is worth it.I went in just for an oil change and they pretty much checked everything for kicks. The staff is uniformed and has a pep in their step. The inside is clean and warm, definitely a place for the average car user to go to.

Brakes. They do brakes! I had them replace the brakes on all four corners of my old Silverado. They did a fantastic job, communication was great, The price was fair, and it's been more than a month with no squeaks, no more shakes and I couldn't be happier.

The Rochester Jiffy Lube was incredibly efficient. I had four technicians working on my car for a battery and oil change. They gave me honest and clear recommendations on what additional updates to make without pressuring me. This is sincerely a great group. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Went in for an oil change (which took over an hour despite only one other vehicle there) and was declined the option to wait in my car prior to them starting. Though weird, this was not a big deal. However, they broke a tire valve while topping my tires off and declined any responsibility in this despite the fact that I ended up with a completely flat tire down to the rim the next day. Todd, the manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.Service: Oil change

Team was friendly, efficient, and helped me find current coupons available for an oil change. I know my car so I let them know ahead of time I was aware of issues A, B, C. They didn't push me to get additional work done but did give me updates on a couple of things. Jake behind the counter was friendly and personable. Stopped by this spot as I had started a road trip early Saturday morning and it was the first Jiffy I had come to that early.Service: Oil change

This location is doing everything right. I have been coming here for a few years and I see the same friendly faces each time. Because they have no turnover, the crew is efficient and knows what they are doing. The facility is clean and comfortable, plus they always have a bowl of candy on hand :) Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube if you are looking for quality automotive care. I needed to get a couple of services done, but did not have time to sit at the business. They were flexible with me by allowing me to drop my car off and pick it up several hour later, even when the services did not take too long. They provided me with recommendations on what I should get done and let me know that one of the services I requested would not be necessary at this time. I trusted their recommendations and will be returning in the future.

I loved this experience! I have high anxiety about places I don't know, especially cat places, but I learned earlier about how you drive up and they come out to you, so I gave it a try. (Ok, how embarrassing to have a typo called out, but I have to leave it now!!)Like I said, you drive up and someone comes out to you and tells you what to do. They drive your car into the garage while you go into the lounge to wait.They check your car out quickly and then come in to go over the options with you on the computer for what you want done. I wanted an oil change so they went over the options for that. I THINK they then came in a second time to tell me about what shape my car was in (it was either a second consultation or it was combined with the first one). They talked about adding coolant which I said ok to, and replacing brake pads which I said no to.The whole trip took about half an hour. They had refreshments there and a TV. They were very nice and I was very satisfied.

Been getting my oil changed here for all my 3 vehicles for the past few years. Typically get pretty good, quick service. The last time I changed my wife's van oil late last fall was a bit different. Guys in the service bay, when the waiting room door was closed, cussed up this side and down the other while yelling. Clearly audible thru the glass window and door. Yeesh guys - little unprofessional there at least speak in normal voices so customers don't hear any of that. Also, was told my wife's van was two qts low on oil. ?? The van doesn't burn oil and does not have a leak or I'd see it in my garage. I told the guy to make sure they fill it all the way. Paid up and drove off when service complete.Couple months later checked my own oil, and barely on the dipstick. Went back to JL and they DID top off as their policy says. However, unsure if they simply are not filling the oil up all the way when they change it. I am not certain, but did not hear them start the van to circulate the new oil, prior to doing a final oil level check. I thought such procedure was common knowledge?May go back, but not sure at this point?**I will just add on a 2nd review onto this one from a prior visit. I visited this location mid-summer 2023 with my F250 work truck and enclosed trailer behind. My truck needed a new battery, it went bad, so I thought I'd pull in and have this Jiffy Lube location slap in a new battery for me quick. 10 minute job really. Pulled up to the door, attendant asked what I wanted. He then said "sorry you have to drop the trailer before we can put a battery in for you" ??? Didnt realize it was a necessity to unhitch a trailer to put a battery in a truck? All I would have had to do is nose the truck into the bay and have the battery installed. Oh well, I left, and they missed out on an easy sale. Not sure if I am going to go back to this location for any reason anymore.Service: Oil change

It was a pretty cold night when I pulled up to the Rochester, MN South Jiffy Lube at about 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night because I was having what I thought was battery trouble. The crew checked things out and let me know I actually needed an alternator & battery. They were up-front about the costs and the time it would take to get it fixed. I explained that I live an hour away and the Manager (I think Todd???) offered to do a part run and have it ready to go in an hour + 20 minutes! He let the rest of the crew go home and stayed to finish the job in the time promised! I am also a business owner so I really appreciate great customer service like this! It's getting more and more difficult to find so I am grateful and impressed to say the least, that he stayed just to make sure I got home safely. I'm telling everyone! I can honestly say I don't consider going for an oil change as a "pleasant experience", usually just a necessary evil that one suffers through. Color me surprised! Ethan, Todd, and Edgar at the #3773 store were professional, fast, no BS, and actually did make it a pleasant experience! Pay these guys more $$$! I have usually used one of your competitors, but this store was on my way to work and I thought I'd give it a try. I'm sold and will be using this location in the future! #NewCustomerService: Oil change

The manager Todd Sturgis is a kind human being. He was super helpful in remedied my issue,even after i was kind of a jerk to him. He remained calm and did not reciprocate my negative energy. He was super professional and i was humbled by the experience. Thank you Todd for being a great mechanic and interstanding where i was coming from.
