We were given a friendly welcome by Rich upon arrival. He explained what they would be doing to our vehicle. Was thorough in his explanation and asked if we had concerns. He mentioned they would be checking for a recall that I wasn t aware of. We felt very comfortable with his explanation of things and felt totally welcome by the entire staff that was working there at that time.

This is the 2nd time I have had the vehicle repaired by your team . The first time it was hail this time a deer. My experience has always been perfect. The work.on the vehicle has been excellent. The ease of working with you guys has been great. Your work is completed on the promised schedule.Thank you and your team for making the whole experience the best it could be

Car was in as soon as I arrived and they also added another service at that time with no problem. Got a ride home with one of their drivers right away. The service technician said it might be 2:00, but maybe earlier. I got a phone call at 11:00 to say the work was completed and they could have a driver pick me up at 11:30. By noon the work was completed to my satisfaction and I was on my way. I was very satisfied with the service appointment.

Had a recall done and spare tire holder came off and broke which shouldn t happen. Before I picked up the car, Doug had already sent info to Hyundai about paying for replacement part. Doug called the next day to say Hyundai agreed to pay for the part and Happy agreed to pay for labor. Great for me as the cost would have been about $600! I appreciated that Doug took care of everything and all I had to do was bring my car back to get that work done. Thanks Doug!

Bad experience. Salesperson didn't know the facts about the used vehicle we looked at. Did not get back to us for days, when he did I was informed vehicle had sold that afternoon. When I mentioned he needed to get straight on facts about vehicle he argued with me. Not professional at all. If you are looking for a rude car buying experience with salesman who are not knowledgeable then go to Happy Hyundai. Quite frankly I will be buying my next vehicle some place else. Called Dealership back, lady at front call desk didn't know who I should talk with concerning the issues I experienced. Extremely frustrating. Even though I called the number the dealership told me to call so they could make things right. Lots of words, definitely no action to back the words up. Stay away from these guys unless you want an extremely frustrating car buying experience.

Recall for wiring issue. Told it would take 1.5 hours, it took exactly 1.5 hrs.Comfortable waiting area with good coffee. However, staff was very noisy, gathered at reception desk just opposite wait area. They were having a good time, but oblivious to noise made, and not a good sign of people at work selling cars.

Had a great experience here recently! Bought our new Tucson here and can't give enough cedit to everyone at Happy Hyundai in the process. Tim Lewis my sales guy was great!Just had my 1st oil change and Mark Nelson and his service team were awesome.They really care about the customer experience here. And it shows. I would highly recommend Happy Hyundai to anyone.

I tried to set up a service appointment through their online process. As of yet nobody has gotten back to me for an actual appointment.I decided to use their drive-through oil change service. Everybody I met in the service area were very helpful. A service person came straight to me to see if I wanted to change some filters out. They changed my oil and rotated my tires in under the estimated time. Everyone was kind and considerate. Will be back

A couple of weeks ago, we had changed our appointment to today, which I confirmed with a phone call late last week. When I checked in, I wasn t on the day s schedule. Dave was the person checking me in, and he was wonderful!!! He apologized for the scheduling error, and worked me in. My car was done with the recall work sooner than I expected. Overall it was a very good experience.

I stopped by in the early afternoon for an express lane oil change and was in/out in 40 min. I really appreciate the thoroughness of the service department and the highlight summary of the entire check that goes along with the oil change. I didn t realize the low amount of tread on my tires. Thank you Happy Hyundai! :-)

Best place to buy tires locally! Prices are competitive or lower than others with extras such as road hazard and free rotations included at no extra cost. Great selection of product with very knowledgeable, helpful staff and they stand behind the products they sell. They cheerfully assisted me with a Michelin warranty claim on a previous set of tires that did not meet the stated treadwear guarantee.

I was asked if I wanted to replace the Cabin air filter, seeing the filter was needing replacement I agreed to replace the cabin air filter. But when I paid/requested explanation why the new filter was 2 1/2 times what I paid in June of 2023 I was simply told the price for all parts have greatly increased. I was not given an estimate for the filter replacement prior to arriving at the cashiers desk. I will now demand full disclosure for pricing in the future. The identical Wix filter is $27.00 at NAPA Auto Parts and I have worked in automotive repair for 30 + years, and I am more than capable to service my own vehicle...I hoped to trust the situation and instead am now motivated by this experience to never let myself be "pushed" into a sale to meet the shops "daily budget".Ken Larson.

Roger did a good job finding the right tires for my Jeep Cherokee. Tried getting the old valve stem sensors to work. Told him to replace all of them. Roger said he was trying to save the customer some cost. Very easy guy to work with.

Edit: Lenny the general manager contacted us and wanted to make it right. He gifted us a generous gas card, had us bring the SUV back and had it serviced and sensor replaced (corroded and bulging per GMC dealer). He is adamant they did not turn off the sensor it was just a coincidence . I do appreciate them doing it although having to make 4 trips total and having to take time off was less than ideal,communication and time delays stayed difficult. Would do 2.5 stars.Highly recommend you do not go here unless you have a LOT of time and your own financing.We were in a hard spot because we had a vehicle totalled due to hail damage and needed to have a second vehicle but had only made a few payments and had to try to get another while they were finalizing the claim.I called in a Friday morning and made an appointment to see a vehicle on a Saturday morning because we live over an hour away. the person making the appointment said I would get a confirmation text and phone call by end of business confirming it was still available. I got neither. I called and talked to the finance department that same afternoon to try to get financing started and they said to talk to sales to confirm the vehicle was still there and just wait until the morning to do the financing. The text came at 8:15 the next morning asking if 8:30 still worked. No one knew we were coming. The 2 people I talked to in sales the day before were just Internet staff that make appointments.A salesperson standing outside ended up helping us. We test drove the vehicle and started working on finance a little after 9. around 10 they said to go get a coffee or walk around the mall and come back at 12 and they'd be ready to finish up. we were very clear we had to be done by 1:30 at the latest to get back to the cities for work. When we got back we had to wait, finally at almost 1 they said they had an approval but they thought they could get a better deal if we waited until Monday and they no longer had enough time for us to finish paperwork by the time we had to leave. They apologized , took our down payment to hold it and we left.We got a call Monday that they were still working on it and we'd hear more later that day or the next morning then crickets..... no phone call. I called Tuesday afternoon and was told they still had the original approval all set to go and we could come Wednesday at 12:30.We get there Wednesday at 12:30 and again have to wait, again with clear notice of the time we have to leave to make sure I could pickup my child from school. Finally around 1 they brought us back, asked if we had the rest of the down payment and I said it was made clear that Saturday that the amount we paid was our down payment. We were then told the deal wouldn't go through, they even tried discounting the vehicle by the additional money they thought we'd put down and then said well we have another option that will work. Did not disclose until asked the interest rate was over 5% higher, did not ask if we wanted gap coverage or a warranty but added it to the deal, did not offer to use that same discount they were willing to put on the other deal. I finally had to leave and let them finish without me while my significant other finished up the paperwork. he did get an apology for all the trouble but honestly too little too late in my book.We were told it was all gassed up and pretty for us, that meant a half of a tank of gas,(seriously even after making us do the over 100 mile round trip a second time) when you roll the windows down they are filthy. the detail Job for the interior wasn't great but that's the least of our concerns. the service side detection system alert came on the second time we drove it after the initial drive home. Turns out if you have it scanned it turns the light off temporarily.There is no part of any of this that feels good, we feel like we got screwed and had a ton of our time wasted and almost 130 miles of extra gas used to finish something that could've been done 4 days earlier at a lower rate. Wish we never did this deal..

I come every fall to get the snow tires put on my car. Roger Berge always sets up an appoinment for me that will work with my schedule. The guys in the shop do a wonderful job. I encourage my friends to bring their vehicles in for service.

I had another dealership( 85 miles away)do my routine oil change and change cab filter, it was making a funny noise after, I was in Rochester for 2 weeks with Dr. appts, they got us in right away fixed the problem in no time and we were back to our Dr. appts. Awesome place, great service, excellent peopleThanks

The reason for the visit was our Durango needed new tires, The process was easy to schedule and all my questions were answered. They quoted a few different options for us and gave us their honest opinion on each option. Tires were placed today and it was so quick and they look great!

The first (6 month) express service for our new Santa Fe Hybrid was exceptionally quick. Refilled the tires with nitrogen (so hopefully no more of those low tire pressure issues when the temperature drops), rotated the tires, changed the oil and filter, and completed an inspection in just shy of 30 minutes, and it wasn't a scheduled service. Can't ask for better than that!

Purchased a truck a few days ago through J.R. He made the buying process easy and went above and beyond by delivering the vehicle to us! (45+ min drive) Today we had trouble with a faulty battery in the vehicle and explained to J.R the situation. He made sure we got seen today at the shop and they were able to replace it for us at no extra charge. They made everything so simple especially J.R. I would definitely recommend you go see him if you re looking for a vehicle!

Customer service at appointment was excellent and service (recall service, oil change, tire rotation) done efficiently and well. Has undergone ownership change that they are still working through some issues in the transition. 1 online scheduling and chat function w Hyundai app not yet working and 2. signage not yet updated - on service door says no Saturday service hours, which they do by appointment - had few customers confused at door.

The service was completed on time and the staff was very professional. I was to receive an email on the service report however I never received the email. I would rather they give me a hard copy report if they don t send the report via email
