I had such exceptional service here last week. I had an unusual tire issue, but Mike took care of getting me new tires and was extremely helpful with the entire process. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I also hope it will always work out for me to get my oil changed here when I am in Rochester.They even greased my loud squeaky driver s door!

On a cold winter day with low tire pressure I went to a gas station for air, well it sucked the air out of my tire. I called Goodyear, and he said sure bring it in. What a wonderful guy, so kind so helpful. I can t thank you enough.Renee

These guys are veterans when it comes to auto service. Had issues with my alignment at other shops but these guys dialed it in like they done it a time or two! I would highly recommend over several other local shops.

I always bring my vehicle here for oil changes and am never disappointed. Today, I heard a rubbing noise while turning so I stopped to make appointment. After explaining the situation, they said they d come look at it and found a simple fix right then. I will continue to always bring my car here for everything and encourage others to as well!

Great service and the price was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than anywhere else in town. They had me in and out in just over an hour. They also located something in my control arms that needed fixed and showed me that it needed to be fixed.

All of the staff at this location were Amazing. I am traveling from central Illinois to Rochester, MN for Healthcare at Mayo Clinic. Ended up with a flat tire. They weren't able to patch the hole but they got a new tire installed and had me on the road back home in no time. Even took time to put my spare tire back under my vehicle and everything back in order.

Fantastic service from everyone at this particular Goodyear location. I know nothing and I haven't had a better experience with mechanics at any other place I have ever gone for auto work. Often the employees make me feel dumb instead of answering my questions. Here, at the north Good year service in Rochester, MN, they were considerate and kind and explained things without an attitude. I would call it refreshing. Thanks guys. John, you are nice.

This shop has shown me tremendous kindness everytime I've been in. Most recently they swapped a tire onto a rim for me which was the break a good friend of mine needed when she had to move suddenly and had no other means. You really saved us guys, thank you again!

I wouldn't recommend going to this location. The customer service is awesome and people are great. But that's it. I purchased a car and called into have it checked out and inspected to see if there was anything that was wrong with the vehicle. After having my car in for a hour or so they came back and said my car was good and the only thing that was need was fluid checks and they did a oil change. I was happy but a week later my check engine light came on due to traffic stop and go so I took in to have that fix. I'm no mechanic and I found two problems with my car when I opened my hood. The valve cover needed to be replaced with spark plugs also needing to be replaced. Also the transmission coolant line needs to be replaced. This is the reason that I loose trust in what people say. If someone goes to a mechanic and when they are told something they should be able to trust and not worried if the are fibbing to you.

The first time I went in they were short staffed and didn't have the person needed to repair my tire even after calling and asking, which was annoying, so I set an appointment for the next day. They told me it would be about 100 dollars depending on what needed to be repaired and it would take an hour. It took less than an hour and cost less than 100 dollars. Overall a positive experience.

Shout out to Mike! The gentleman was awesome! Service was excellent and timely. Great price. Not pressured to purchase new or upgrade. As a lady, it s always daunting to take a vehicle in and get it serviced... but this place explained everything to a T. Thanks again! Will tell others.

Always take my Impala here, Dallas M does everything on my car. Best service I could ask for anywhere; Dallas is honest, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, always looking for rebates to save me money. Absolutely satisfied and will always return to this location for my automotive needs. Come ask for Dallas any day!

This is where I ve taken my vehicle anytime it s needed anything done in Rochester over the past few years. The service is excellent & people working are always helpful and kind. Dallas is an amazing auto mechanic and he was highly recommended to me. I highly recommend this Goodyear shop. Thank you!

Great group working here, honest people who will give you a fair price. Went to Firestone for an oil change, they told my daughter she needed over $1,400 in work that Goodyear did for less than $1,000.

I had a great experience buying tires here for my 2006 Chevy Cobalt. The front desk person, Mike, was knowledgeable and he gave me a great deal on tires appropriate for my needs and budget. If you are a Mayo employee, be sure to ask for a discount (this save me approximately $40).

I had a nail in my tire and air was slowly leaking out. The guys were very friendly and fixed my tire within an hour. They called a few days later just to check to see how it was doing. Awesome service!

Customer service was exceptional! We are traveling from out of state and stopped in because our service engine light came on. They diagnosed the code immediately and found the problem was most likely due to low oil. They graciously topped off the oil, reset the service engine light and it appears to have solved the problem. They gave us advice as to what to do in case the light came back on and sent us on our way. Thank you Goodyear!

We were in Rochester, MN visiting the Mayo Clinic when we had tire trouble. The people at the Goodyear store on Broadway & Center St we're more than accommodating. Great service!!

I bought tires last year, since then they lived up to their policy. They removed two nails from my tires on two different times, lube both times, rotation, and no charge.Great business practices.

Scheduled to get new tires for $85 a tire well we live an hour away took time off work drove the hour to get there just to find out that they didn't have our tires no phone call no email nothing saying they didn't have them in stock and he tried up selling to tires that costed $140 a tire saying that it was the only tires they could get....well then he flips it saying they had another set of tires about the original price and they'd have them the next day, very rude people I do NOT recommend

My husband and I went there and found out there was a very big job to do with our truck. They taken the time to really break it down and told us step by step on what's going on how they going fix it. Now it's been a 2weeks and our truck drives soon good.. and they try to work with you in the what can pay for... thank you good year!

Don t ever visit this store. I brought 4 new tires there with installation and other services and spend over 2000.00 dollar in the store. Anyway ever since the new tires I had visit back to store 7 times now. Do to TPMS. Cause keep loae air. Call today and spoke someone on the phone. It is worsted service ever. I had just took car in to get it repair, as soon I got home TPMS come back on. Worst worst worst worst worst store ever...........

Since I start changing my cars service to good year these guys are amazing they are doing great job fast service and amazing costumer service and also mike their manger absolutely great manger north broadway !
