Austin was great! Let us know every detail and timeframe involved with purchasing our used Buick Encore. The vehicle is perfect and price was right. All maintenance was up to date including new tires even. I would make the drive from Duluth again to get such great service. May even take advantage of the free shipping in the future.Best car buying experience I ve ever had! Thank you!!!

Scheduling service was simple an easy. Once there the Saturday service manager or person at the desk was great personable. What was not great was once completed and going out to my white GMC pickup and seeing the oil prints all over including driver door handle, rear driver side passenger door, the inside door panel, the center console arm rest and the steering wheel. Never went back in. Do disappointed. I do have pictures

Stuart greeted me right away when I brought my car in. He assessed it rapidly and professionally. I was notified regarding all issues, costs and options. Repairs were completed promptly too. Stuart rocks!! I will return for all future car care. Great experience!

I bought quite possibly the best car I've had from some of the nicest salesmen I've ever met! GMC made it possible to get an amazing car at an amazing price! They made sure I felt safe driving off the lot and worked hard to get me the deal I needed and with the vehicle I wanted! Thanks to everyone involved in giving me the perfect Monday afternoon! Good afternoon, I just received my Lincoln Navigator today. I want to thank Austin Stoddard for his assistance from start to finish. I'm in KY., 600 miles away from Buick GMC of Rochester MN. Everything he shared with me about this vehicle was true. The exterior, the interior, the maintenance. To sum it up, he assured me this vehicle would not disappoint. I saw it roll into my city, from the interstate on a transport truck. And my first impression was wow, is that it!!!!! Thank you Austin great job!

Horrible service department. Brought vehicle in for check engine light. Sat for hours, was told parts needed to be ordered, and was told would be called when parts were in. Never received call. Months later came for oil changed asked if parts were in for previous visit and was told needed to redo hrs of testing to see what was wrong. Lady working in service department was rude and acted as though I was the problem. Also this is not the first time I ve had issues with this service department. I will never buy another vehicle from Rochester GMC

I took my Yukon 2015 to GMC in Rochester, MN because my AC died during the winter, and there was a clicking noise in the steering wheel that was very annoying, and I need it the 100,000 service for the vehicle.I like GMC because they know their cars and trucks. They have always done an excellent job in fixing anything. They might be in the expensive side of the scale, but I like their warranty on every job.The only problem I found is: they used to have two shuttle cars for the customers, now they have only one and I waited one hour and a half for the ride to get my Yukon back from the dealership.I do recommend this dealership.

I have had the best possible experience here at Buick GMC working with Sales person Jacob Sanders and manager Chris. To say exceptional service is an understatement. They worked and worked till we had a successful approval in an almost impossible situation. These two will never know how important it was to have this suv as it truly was life and death me and my family. My family is now safer because they went the full distance to ensure we got into a vehicle that worked for my family and situation. Not to mention they worked well past the time they were supposed to go home!!! They did it with great care and love for a pregnant customer in need. Thank you thank you thank you! Go see them at Buick GMC they really will take good care of you!

Stuart was my service advisor, and worked with me through a complex problem. The waiting room was comfortable with very good coffee. The shuttle driver was pleasant. I couldn't have been more satisfied. AS of Kansas City.

Sean was very helpful when I was in a state of crisis with my car engine stopping and being unable to start it. He sent someone over (just a few blocks away) to jump it so I could drive it in for service. It needed a new alternator, which he got as soon as possible. I appreciate the timelyhelp I got from Buick GMC!

We bought a new 2017 LaCross 7 years ago and still love the car. Stuart in the service department has helped us out with standard service since new and currently at 108,000 miles. Stewart s friendly can do attitude and in depth knowledge makes our visits to the department very pleasant. Great service!. Sue did a great job keeping me informed of the progress. Took about 2 hrs so next time will take advantage of the shuttle and go to the gym (LOL). Altho they did have a comfy waiting room with snacks and drinks available with also an area if you brought your laptop.Car runs great! Love my Buick!!

Sean was very friendly & welcoming. They did all of the maintenance checks and only thing they suggested was new wiper blades besides oil change & tire rotation . They have the BEST coffee machine.

Sold my truck in November 2023 that I bought here. It has been several months of calls, emails, voicemails to the finance director to try to get my GAP refund. A lot of calls, emails, and Voicemails are not returned. Isn t a huge amount of money but doesn t make a repeat customer feel very important or prioritized.

I Bought a used truck last year and before we bought it we had our mechanic check it out and it had 17 codes. GMC said they would take care of all of them which they did not because my truck still has an issue that needs to be repaired! Second part is their sales staff sold us an extended service warranty as part of the sale for 3 years which we thought great we are covered if any issues pop up. Well that was not the case that warranty company is called Endurance and they are scammers and frauds! Our truck was in twice for major repairs over the last year so the warranty company barely covers the first repair and will not cover the second recommend repairs unless they are broken!! Well a couple months later they were broken and had to be repaired and that warranty company did not pay for any of it because they tried to say we did not take care of the truck. Lies and deceit leads to a fraudulent company!! which Endurance is and I feel Buick GMC needs to make this right since they sold us this policy!! By the way I have bought 3 trucks from them something to be said for a customer that returns well NOT ANYMORE!! Do not buy a car or truck from them and make sure they are not selling you a extended service warranty from Endurance!!! BE WARNED WE ARE TRYING TO HELP THE PUBLIC NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!!

We were traveling from out of state to Mayo Clinic for my husband's surgery. While in route, we had an emissions alert on our GMC truck that indicated the vehicle would power down in 175 miles. I called the service department and Stuart advised they would make every effort to get this vehicle back on the road by the time my husband was out of recovery. Stuart kept in touch with me throughout the day and was true to his word!! The vehicle was repaired and ready to roll just as my husband was in recovery. Stuart and his team of professionals went over and above to help on a stressful day. Excellent customer service!!!

I use rochester gmc for all of my service needs on my sierra. The service advisor, Stuart, has been nothing short of amazing. He has done a wonderful job handling all of my service needs in a timely fashion and with the utmost courtesy. The boys in back are doing a terrific job as well. I work in a similar industry and have spot checked some work and I have yet to find something to dislike. Keep up the good work gents!!

Update: I did contact them like the below response suggested. No one I spoke to was clear as to why I was calling and what would happen. Eventually I was passed off to someone s voicemail. They never called back and this was a couple of weeks ago. They have my information and have had my contact information. They know how to contact me if they actually did have any desires to rectify. The car s check engine light still lives on . I think they just had it off during my test drive and review. I will of course be bringing it back to the shop I purchased a vehicle on December 8th 2023. First, the staff were very nice and friendly, especially since I had specific things I wanted in a car, but also wasn t willing to spend more than about 10k they are the reason I am even giving 2 stars. I purchased a 2015 ford edge with about 140k miles. Not the low end of the lot, nor the high end. I ve purchased used cars in the past and understand that there s a level of risk involved. However, within two weeks of purchasing, the check engine light was on for an evap sensor annoying, but fine. Within three weeks of purchase, I was needing to tow my vehicle to the shop as antifreeze was pouring out. In bringing it to the shop they found a lot of poor work under the hood hoses on wrong spots, clamps loose, wires attempted to be repaired with some sort of putty. I was certainly frustrated as this was different than a worn part which is the typical risk you take when you purchase a used vehicle. This was poor work and/or poor inspection. These things would be visible to someone looking under the hood. In hindsight, I will do that in the future. I was apparently too trusting. Even if I had purchased a warranty, this would not be covered issue. I did contact the dealership to see if this could be resolved, as I m normally someone who gives great reviews and return business however, I was told that there was nothing that can be done since it was a budget vehicle. I guess lesson learned but I guess I d recommend doing your own private inspection if you plan to purchase a vehicle here as they do not seem to have a very reassuring process unfortunately nor do they feel it s important to rectify these things if they do come up
