Horrible experience. We dropped a vehicle off for an oil change with an appointment. Waited two hours before being told that everything was done except the filter, which they had only ordered after we arrived. Waited another 40 minutes for it to get there. The manager took $15 off the bill. When we argued that that wasn't enough, he decided that he'd rather lose a customer relationship of 15-years or more than make us feel satisfied with today's service.We definitely won't be going back... and we wouldn't recommend anyone else going in there either.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!Dropped my truck off for an oil change and diagnostics. Got called the next day with the diagnostic issues and a note that the technician broke the door handle of my truck when trying to get in. Blame it on "corrosion" and "poor part design" by the manufacturer. Except the fact absolutely nothing was wrong with the door handle. Was completely fine all day I used the vehicle. Can guarantee you the tech pulled way too hard and broke it. Or tried opening the truck when it was locked and broke it. But then they make ME pay for the damage!?!? Your tech broke it while the vehicle was in your possession, that is something YOU need to fix!

A great store. The staff is very helpful. I went to get new tires and they did a great job! I was going to purchase them ay Discount Tire and called Firestone and they beat Discount Tire. I thought that was great and they gave me over 100 dollars in discounts. Had a few other things done and I was very happy with the work and friendly staff. Let's face it! They are all expensive but if they do great work and your happy it is worth it! I will go there again and again!!

I had the best car service of my life from Louie and the crew. I was traveling through and needed an engine replacement. They went to bat for me on the warranty, offered their expert opinions, dedicated service that was above and beyond. I would recommend Firestone on Apache to anyone. Car runs aces now! Thank you Louie and Firestone!

One of the guys was very helpful, and very nice. While it felt like the other one was pushing me to fix everything right away. Either way this is the best Firestone in town without a doubt.

Do not recommend! I could have had a wreck! Brought my car in to have a slow leak tire patched. They couldn t fix it. Drove away and was called to come back because they didn t put my oil filter back in my car!! Why on earth were they taking apart things under the hood when I asked for a tire patch? They ran out slapped the filter in and walked away. No apology for potentially damaging my car or causing a wreck.Took my unfixable tire to Goodyear and it was easily fixed. Was told I didn t need a new tire at all.

We had a slow leak with a tire to fox.The entire car care team went above and beyond so we could get back on the road.The gentleman at the front counter very knowledgeable and very service minded for our car care.Outstanding Firestone !!! They quoted me just under $5000, i went to another store and paid under $2000 for the same services. The employee was very condescending and rude as well as pressuring me greatly to pay for that service right then.

A customer of mine was told they needed a lower ball joint that I replaced 6 months ago by these guys. I told my customer I would warranty the part if he brought it to me.He brought me the part and there is nothing wrong with it. I've ran it by several of my mechanics and neighboring shops and no one has found any issue with the Ball joint.If the part was defective i would have warrantied it on the spot but there's nothing wrong with it.I called the store to discuss this and was told the GM would call me. It's been 72 hours and I have not recieved a call.It either needs to be proven that this part is defective or my customer needs to be reimbursed what they were charged for replacement of a perfectly good part.

The older guy that works there was incredibly rude. Had my headlight fixed there and it was not done right. The used tape to fix it. They would not fix it even though it was not done right. I paid $150 for them to fix it and they couldn't even do it right. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off and treated badly.

A month ago, I took our truck in for an oil change, and let them go through their "checkpoint list" of everything to make sure nothing major was wrong before our family headed out on a 3000 mile road trip. They came back with the report that our tie rod ends were worn and should be replaced. I received a quote with their recommendation, but I refused the service because we knew our tie rod ends were nearing replacement (not worn enough to replace quite yet). We put it on our list of things to order and fix ourselves when we returned.Fast forward to this week, we've got our truck apart in our own garage to replace a wheel bearing and the tie rod ends, and the tie rod ends are MISSING!!! They took them off during their checkpoint and never replaced them!!! Refusing service to replace them should mean that the old parts were put back. I am absolutely appalled because we drove 3000 miles with my entire family in the truck and could have gotten into a serious accident on the highway.Service: Oil change

The manager of this location, Luis, is awesome! He intervened on my behalf to recover damages done by another Bridgestone retailer when he did not have to. I can assure you that any work done at Luis location will be done responsibly and with integrity and Luis will make sure of it. His customer service follow up and concern for quality work is above and beyond. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there for service.

I received great care and service. I was from out of town and Louis looked at my vehicle personally looked at my car to let me know if was safe to drive home which was over two hours away. They went above and behind in helping me and letting me stay in the lobby till my ride came. Marvin was also very kind and knowledgeable in taking care of my car also. Great team. I would definitely let them take care of servicing me car if I was in the area again and would definitely recommend to others as well. Very satisfied with customer service and the work done on my car.

They were very helpful today when my truck had a flat tire. I m unsure if it was safe to drive further or not, I chose NOT. They gave the option to fix or replace with about a 90 minute time frame. It was accurate from price to wait time.I was fearful they would automatically replace the tire, but they were able to repair it for $30. Still a steep repair cost to other places, so I took away 1 start. I have paid $17 recently in Rochester.Staff was helpful, honest, and got me back on the road. Very appreciated.

Went there to get our brakes fixed. They quoted us at over double what other places were quoting. Claimed the rear pads were "worn to less than 1mm". Had it checked at a different place and they said that only the front pads needed to be replaced. Condescending staff, overpriced, and wouldn't let us just address a single mechanical issue at a time, claimed all items needed to be done at the same time. Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone.Go absolutely anywhere else.

I wanted an installation of a new battery. They had the correct size in stock and I was pleased I was able to squeeze in. However, somehow a bolt was stripped and I was told the tech would have to practically cut into my vehicle to remove the bolt that all if a sudden was stripped... which of course labor starts at $155+ per hour. So no battery or install. And now I have to repair something else. Not happy!

Got new tires and alignment done at Firestone. A couple days later started hearing some weird noise from the tires so I called and explained to them my problem and went back for them to check it out. I got a call saying they fixed the problem so I went to pick up my car. I didn t even get out of the parking lot and heard the same noise I had first mentioned so I turned around and went back into the store. I asked for the tech Jon who installed my tires and checked my car over again that night to drive with me so I can point out the problem. He listed off several things he thought it could be while I was driving and assured my tires were fine and that it was probably my axel, tire rod or wheel bearing. They were unable to look at my car again at that time so I scheduled an appointment a few days later to come back. I asked them if it was okay to drive my car with that noise and they said yes. However, the noise was getting worse and worse as I was driving. I asked my brother to take a look at my car since he is a mechanic as well. Within 10 minutes my brother was able to figure out that when my tires were installed they didn t tighten all the lug nuts so my tires were loose! This is a huge safety concern and seeing that I am pregnant was very frustrated that I was at risk not just once, but twice seeing as they let me drive my vehicle around in this condition. Needless to say, I will never go back there again. They overlooked this problem twice and that is unacceptable!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Went in for a check engine light. Told and explained in a way that I understood what was wrong. They didn't have the part but I wouldn't expect them to carry all different parts for every car anyways.. They got me in the next day and only took about 2 hours. Overall good experience..Staff was friendly as well. I will be back! Thanks for servicing my car. :)

Went in for an alignment and they struggled to get my manual car up on the rack. After getting the car back my clutch felt weird and car locked me out of gears intermittently. Explained the issue to the service advisor the next day and he was nice till another service advisor came into our conversation about my issue. The second person was rude and doubted me about my issue and we started arguing.Would not recommend any cars with stiff clutches to get work done there. Aside from that my alignment is to the spec of what I wanted but the customer service in the service area isn t there.

Louis went above and beyond anything that could or should be expected, I can't say I've ever had a better customer service experience at any other shop. Always a great experience, although you're paying a little more than other places due to the convenience of it being located next to the mall. They definitely do a great job with everything they do!

They have never let me down. They have always done a great job in taking care of me by helping to keep my vehicle in good working shape without over charging me. They are always upfront and honest. I have been using their service for over 10 years now. It is nice to have a place that services my vehicle that I can trust.

I'm the type of person who is extremely picky with my car. I do everything myself when able, and any time I take my car anywhere for work, I go over it with a fine toothed comb. I've been going to this Firestone for alignments since moving here 4 years ago, and the employees have always gotten me exactly what I want, going above and beyond to get my custom alignment specs perfect. I highly recommend them.

Had a nail in my tire on a Sunday and the pressure had dropped to 10. Filled my tire and made it over to their shop. The guy who greeted me was very nice and explained everything about how they would patch my tire. They were also able to get me in right away since I had to pick up my kids. I really appreciated their service.They also did a patch from the inside of the tire instead of plug.I highly recommend this place. I will be using this place for any more services that my car may need.

Had a flat tire on the way up to Rochester. They got us in despite being close to closing time. So nice of them to help us out when they honestly could ve turned us away since we really did show up last minute.Fantastic customer service and very helpful staff! Definitely recommend.

We were on our way to Minneapolis airport on a Sunday and noticed a wonky front tire. Dean and Keenan were gracious enough to check it out. They understood our time constraints and worked quickly to get an answer and give reassurance. Very thankful!!
