I've been going to this location many years and they continue to be dependable and go above and beyond. When i was a young single mother to now a grandmother and traveling regularly, it was/is extremely important to feel safe in my vehicles. Discount Tire staff have proven time and again, it's not just sales, it's people. Even recently when my service light came on after they rotated tires, they looked at it all again, put in new sensors, even gas money for the return trips as I traveled a ways, and they never complained and always remained calm and kind.

Online ordered my tires, which was super quick and easy. I also set up my appointment to get the tires put on during my online order. My son and I went to the appointment together (he s 8) and got checked in. I want to stress these times, we arrived at 9:12am for the 9:15am appointment. They had my tires replaced and ready to go by 9:43am! I was SO IMPRESSED with how quick and well they did my tires! They also parked my car right in front of the window between the garage and the store front so my son and I got to watch the whole thing. These guys were also singing (probably more closely considered to yelling) Christmas songs the whole time. Seriously such a happy crew and super friendly. We are super appreciative of their service. Would rate 6 out of 5 stars if possible. Thank you!

Amazing customer service! I had a small leak in my tire, they got me right in and out so fast! They were so friendly from the moment I stepped in the door, came out to show me the small screw in my tire, and friendly smile handing my keys to me at the end! Cannot recommend them enough!

They will air your tires for free. They will also give you the status of your tires condition. They carry a wide variety of tires at good prices. They also have wheels. Being national you can get warranty service almost anywhere. I am glad they are in my city and country

These guys clearly know their stuff and love what they do, and their prices can't be beat. They were humble and communicative about a slight delay in servicing my vehicle, and were over all polite and professional. Good work gents!

Was blown away by the professionalism and amazing customer service! Even on a busy Saturday with the phones ringing nonstop. They helped everyone with a smile on their faces. Thank you for your hard work and great service! You have a customer for life!

The staff were all so nice! They explained things to me about my tires. They replaced 2 of them quickly and had me on my way. I definitely plan on going back to them to replace the other 2. Thank you!

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Today was a particularly busy day and a couple ppl were not happy with the wait. The staff kept their cool and did what they could for the customers. I was happy with my service .

TO ANY AND EVERYONE THAT CAN SEE THIS POST :Last week I had a problem with my tires that I purchased from DISCOUNT TIRES and I was upset due to a miscommunication about the Road Hazard option. I made a post that may have caused some people to view DISCOUNT TIRES in a ill light...I would like to eat 2/3 of those words. Fair is fair. And the store manager Zach made everything square, in my book. I have to say, all I really wanted was to have two of my tires patched. One was plugged and the other had a slow leak. I was told neither would be fixed, due to certain company standards on repairs that I was oblivious to. I called the company customer service line to only be told the same thing I was told in store at the time. I was livid. And I went on a rant. I don't know if I was right or wrong. But Zach gave me a call about 2 hours later and informed me that he had ordered a BRAND NEW set of Michelins free of charge. He stated, "...it's not about the money, it's about safety. " . Well Zach made good on his words this morning. And I am satisfied. Now mind you, I bought the tires last March on my birthday. Heading towards Rockford, IL I had a blowout 5miles outside of Jamesville, WI...anyway, what I'm attempting to say is HATS OFF TO YOU ZACH! And to DISCOUNT TIRES, make your policies more transparent to your customers to avoid situations like this. I know he didn't make the call on his own though, but he is the face. Give him and the young man that had to tell me what he could not do under your company standards, a promotion. I think that would be just as fair to them, as your company was to me today...so here we go!SHOP DISCOUNT TIRES!!!

Went in to get my winter tires put on, Devante was extremely professional, fast, hard working, and friendly! I was watching through the window and was very impressed he s a great leader, will be referring all my colleagues to this branch because of him.

Got All Season tires put on my wifes' Altima, price checked for tires on my sons' BMW and am thinking about some new rubber for my TRX...I won't get tires put on my rides anywhere else! I've NEVER had a bad experience here and appreciate the services they provide for my family!

They are friendly and the waiting area is pleasant and relaxing. They have a large window looking into the shop so that I could see my car while they were working on it.

Have purchased tires here over the years for all of my vehicles. Always a good experience. Recently needed a wheel rebalanced and they completed the job for free.

I met an Asian-American folk there to get my trailers tire replaced. He was quick, honest, helpful, and kind. I would absolutely come back if anything happens to my car (though I wish nothing does to it!)

I researched for new tires on the internet and found that Discount tire was the cheapest in price for the tires and the staff takes the time to explain absolutely everything there is to know about tires than any others I've talked to.Fast and knowledgeable, free coffee and bottles of water is a plus.

My dad is really loyal to this place and now I am too. They're fast, honest, and reliable. Last winter I had an issue with air loss in one of my tires and stopped in a little bit frantic without an appointment. They looked at it for free and topped it off for me right away and I was so grateful. (There was nothing wrong with it, I had just inadvertently let out some air when I was trying to fill it, plus it was zero degrees outside so the air contracted).Another situation I had was that my wheels (the actual metal wheels) were corroding quite a bit and the corrosion was causing the tires to separate from the wheel and lose air. A couple times they grinded off the corrosion but then there was material loss so the tires again had gaps. Finally after three incidents I bought new wheels. Since then I only had one air loss issue (the one I already mentioned). I'm grateful they knew what to do in all these cases and helped me decide on my options.I have sets of both winter tires and all-weather tires, all of which I got from Discount Tire. I only drive about a mile a week so I delayed the switch this year until August and I was worried they would laugh at me. They did not, thank goodness! I should've realized they wouldn't.Recently they started having a mobile notification service for where your car is in the process (in the bay, finished, etc) so that's nice.Overall a great place (both locations). I used to go to the south one but moved, so the north is closer.

Offering contactless payment knowing it doesn't work is not okay. I came in with apply pay, even called my bank knowing I had funds available. only explanation provided was I can't say why it's not working.

Were on our way camping and a tire blew out. Ben and Duncan helped us out quickly with smiling faces and got us back on the road. If I lived in the area this would be the only place I got tires.

Discount tire is THE place to get any tire work done. Beside the excellent work they deliver at an excellent price, their attitude and customer experience is on point. I would give them 6 stars if i could! I have been a customer for 6 years and never left unhappy!

Came in to get my tire looked at tires was more wear down then I thought and they couldn't touch it had a nail in it and need it replaced so I can go on vacation free if stress couldn't afford a full set I wanted Holden and Ben help me go through every option possible to get me back on the road and safe found. Set of tires that will work even winter ones and if you live in Minnesota like me you know how important good winter tires are didn't have enough on me to pay for them had a family member help but couldn't come in person when I thought all was lost Holden came up with a last option and we where able to buy them online and still get me in same day amazing service with amazing and patient caring well informed staff 5 is not enough thanks again Holden and Ben

Holden and the guys at discount tire tonight, got me in last minute while it was raining. I was so scared out doordashing sliding all over!! But they took care of me even though it was almost after hours. I appreciate all the hard work so much!!!

This location is the best! I came in on a busy Saturday morning (which they were already working hard at 8am) and they had my car done in 2 hours. Zach and his crew were awesome at helping me fix a nail in my tire. They are always prompt and professional. Very hardworking group of individuals. I would highly recommend them for your services!

Just got new tires and wipers today and the whole process went very smoothly. We were promptly greeted at our car when we first pulled into the parking lot and we were in and out in about an hour or so. The guys were working were super nice and professional. The only suggestion I'd like to make is when the techs are installing wipers on a car to have them wipe off their hands because our passenger side wiper was smearing because of the grease on this techs fingers and all it did was make a huge smear mark on the windshield. Other than that I am pleased with the service and will be returning in the next few months to buy another set of tires for our other car. Thanks for everything!

The whole team is excellent, stayed late as my wife's van was getting towed there for a flat tire. So incredibly thankful for all of them and their efforts. Will recommend Discount Tire to everyone.

I called to see if they had a set of tires in stock for my truck at 3pm. The gentleman confirmed that he had them in stock, and set up an appointment for me to come in to put them on just an hour later. When I arrived, there were 3-4 other people in the waiting area, and most of the car bays were occupied. They got me checked in right away and assured me that they would be done within the hour. They got my truck in and out in 45minutes. The guys were very kind and respectful, and most importantly did not try to take advantage of me being a woman and sell me anything that I didn't need. Thank you! I would certainly recommend this location to anyone needing tires.

They promised to rotate my tires within 45 minutes and they actually got done earlier than that. Friendly service and very timely.
