I had a slow leak in a tire, they found the problem and fixed it with no charge because of their free tire inspection policy. Also the customer service is very respectful. I've been there twice so far and will continue to go there for my tire needs.

I have dealt with them 3 times in the last 1 1/2 months, at both north and south locations. I was very impressed with their efficiency and customer service. The people I dealt with were both kind and professional. For me, they set the bar for customer service. No reason to go elsewhere for tires!

We purchased a vehicle at a reputable dealership in the cities. When we got home we noticed that the tires were all losing air pressure. We spoke with Derek at discount tire who informed us of the severe weather cracking. Derek took the extra time to speak with the dealership and assist me in sending pictures of the tires to them. Thanks to him the dealership covered the cost of the tires. I was able to drive home knowing my kids are in a vehicle with safe tires. Thank you Derek!

A somewhat out-of-the-way tire repair shop I went to have a blown-out tire and the remaining three replaced.The staff were friendly and efficient so the wait time was only 35 minutes. The waiting room was clean and spacious with seating for a dozen or so. With a wall of open windows facing the highway and letting in plenty of sunlight, it was somewhat diffused by some shades which was appreciated.An attendant notified me the job was done and I went to check things out. They were already aired to their recommended pressure and the doughnut was secured back under the trunk again. $400 later, well I guess that's the cost of doing business.

I had to stay in Rochester another day because of a snowstorm at home. Needing new tires and the possibility of having to travel home on snow covered roads I call Discount Tire (our go to for all of our tire needs) They gave me an appointment for noon. From the time I arrived and returned back to the hotel was less than an hour. (They installed their windshield wipers too, which are amazing!) They were courteous, efficient, and some of the best prices around. Also, a huge shoutout to the tires they recommended. Yokohama (YK-CTX) These tires are amazing. After returning home to Iowa, we had another two snowstorm s. These tires are getting us around on some really snow and ice covered streets with ease. I am a very happy customer!

We are in town with our RV for the Mayo Clinic and we needed a set of new tires. We called ahead and ordered them with Ben who was very helpful and got us the Memorial Day discount from Goodyear. They called to confirm the tires had arrived and emailed us. They were able to accommodate our trailer and tow vehicle with no problems and they were right on time for our appointment. We backed in and they got right to work. They notified us that one of our tire s center caps was bent in and damaged and showed us before taking it off (because they had to pound it pretty good to get it off). The manager took the time to research where to find and buy a replacement cap for us and gave us the details. They were conscientious and overall one of the best experiences we ve had with discount tire and we ve been a longtime customer, in many different states. Highly recommend this Discount Tire!

I purchased my tires online and scheduled an appointment to get them put on my car. I was in and out in 16 minutes! Everyone was very friendly and the job was done perfectly.

Really fast getting 4 new tires on a Saturday while they looked busy they did a really good job got me in and out with a high quality mounted and balanced set of affordable tires 100% recommend over Walmart any day

Had 4 new tires put on under a year ago. Had a flat repair. Salesmen said all 4 need replacing. Hmmm weird how i have under 10k miles on 60k tires but they all need replacing. If i didnt need the flat fixed i would of went elsewhere. Also an hour behind appointment time.

I've been going to this location for 10 years and they've bailed me out with fast, courteous, reasonable service on multiple occasions. Today I blew a tire on a skid steer trailer. My misfortune could have easily ruined my day, but I showed with no appointment scheduled and they got me in and out in about 10 minutes. THANK YOU!

I had a piece of metal stuck in my tire. First time being there. They fixed my tire expertly and didn't charge me a thing. Zero cost. Environment was so clean including the bathroom. Was fun to watch the guys work thrift the huge glass window as we waited.

Really impressed with the staff and service here. Great price, in and out pretty quick, and not only did they clean the hubs and the backside of the rims, they actually used a torque wrench on the lug nuts. Of all the tire shops I've visited in the last 35 years, it's the only one I've seen do that.

I ve long been a fan of Discount Tire, but this store exceeded even my high expectations! I was in town on business; my Jeep had developed a significant vibration problem en route. I made an appointment online for the next day (when I had to leave town). Upon explaining my predicament Anthony said, give us 30 minutes and we will have you on your way. In 25 minutes Kevin had done just that. The Jeep is now smooth as silk!

This place was fantastic, during the super cold temperatures we had before Christmas, one of my tires went flat and wouldn't hold air. I took it to Fleet Farm, because I bought the tires there, but they were understandably busy and told me they'd try to work it in during the day. After being without a tire for two days I decided to ask for my tire back and give Discount Tire a call. They told me they could get me in and have me ready to go within an hour or so. They were far busier than Fleet Farm was, but handled the volume like it was nothing. They identified a couple issues with my flat tire and another tire that was low. The staff was extremely nice and explained everything they were doing. They were very transparent about any costs, so no surprises there and the prices were great. This is probably the best place to go for anything tire related.

Came in right at opening 8:am to fix a puncture. Puncture was unrepairable because of tire age. So, I decided to replace both front tires - Replacements were right in stock, replaced, balanced and finished at 8:29am. AWESOME PEOPLE!!! THANKS!

This was the first time I've purchased tires from Discount Tire. I ordered the tires online as well as setting up my appointment for 11/17/2022. I arrived 15 minutes early and they were EXTREMELY busy. But they got my car in on time and installed my new Cooper tires in only 45 minutes while I waited. I'm extremely happy with the whole process and excellent service. I will be buying from Discount Tire again!

I had to pay $120 to fix a 2 month old tire that was faulty. The guy there told me the only way it would have the issue it had was when it was initially filled with air. It should have been a free repair.

Had a lot of wheel vibration on a road trip. Pulled in to Discount Tire in Rotchester, MN, and not only did they balance my wheels and tires in less time than it took to eat lunch, they coded it as a "Re-Balance", and charged me nothing.

I noticed a screw had punctured one of my tires and I was also due for a tire rotation. I was about a mile away when I noticed this and Discount Tire took me In immediately, and they did both the puncture repair and wheel rotation for free! I will most definitely be coming back here with my wife for snow tires and all of my wheel needs! 10/10 service!

Starting to understand why this location seems to have more openings than the others. Drove clear to Rochester from Mankato to get a tire fixed because every other location was fully booked for nearly a week. When I got there the guy at the counter went to look at my tire and came back 5 minutes later saying that he saw there was a plug in the tire and that they wouldn't work on it and told me I'd need a new tire. The aforementioned plug was put in by my mechanic weeks prior and has had no issues to this day. Issue started after a rotation I had done at a discount tire location and I had previously spent nearly $40 per tire in the company protection plan which appears to be just another way to screw paying customers out of more of their hard earned money. I will never do business with this company again and recommend anyone go anywhere else!
