Store is very neat and clean. The people at the front desks were courteous and friendly. They said it would take up to 2 hours to replace my windshield but had it done in a little more than 1. The job looks very good. If I ever need a windshield replaced again this would be my first choice.

Absolutely A1service. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and did many extra things -- like offered to (and did!) vacuum the crushed rock on the driveway to pick up small glass pieces to make sure my grandkids wouldn't get hurt. They also explained what they had done, and why a second vist would be necessary.

The man who installed my windshield was very knowledgeable. He explained about my car being a little rusty around the windshield it might have to be repaired first. He was able to do the windshield without extra repair. He was great. Washed my dash also. The windshield is so clear and bright. I would recommend them.was done through my insurance company I didn't have to do anything after I notified my insurance and called for them to come do the job

They did a great job replacing the windshield. Very professional and got me right in. They took care of all of the paperwork.Side note: I like the note on the hang tag that says to not roll the vehicle for 48 hours. Service: Auto windshield replacement

City Auto Glass replaced the heated windshield of my 2021 Subaru Outback this week. The shop provided exceptional customer care and technical work.Because of the Subaru Eyesight lane tracking system, the work was done in shop. The technician recalibrated the Eyesight system. He even salvaged my Minnesota and South Dakota state park windshield stickers.The staff of City Auto Glass, both in the office and in the shop, impressed me. The company runs a professional operation and does superb work.

Great experience. Came out to my apartment when I couldn t drive it in. They had my window style available when it was seemingly on back order everywhere else I called. Vacuumed up glass from the old window from underneath my seat, which I couldn t reach.

My experience was top notch! Very friendly, fast, and professional by everyone I spoke with and met. They did all the heavy lifting with my insurance, the replacement of my windshield and even went the extra mile and gave me a loaner to use while my windshield was being replaced. Everything went smooth and as planned. Called in Tuesday with some unique glass issues from vandalism. They had the glass ordered and everything completed on Friday. Cost was less than I expected also. When my windshield cracked and had to be replaced, I called City Auto Glass. I was able to get an appointment fast and they were great to work with when they came out to complete the replacement.
