I have been taking 3 different cars to Broadway Car Care for 8 years. They have always been friendly, honest, and fair. I was in the position of having a high-mileage (300k) old car that I didn't want to put money into and they totally understood and were open about what repairs were needed and which didn't really matter. I can always ask them questions that they'll take the time to help me understand and even take some pictures for me. They are busy, but they will always work to get your priority squeezed in when possible. Solid group!

This is the second time that we have taken my daughter's vehicle to Broadway, the first time we were five star pleased with how honest they were and with the outcome of taking the vehicle there. This second time we are absolutely five star pleased with how everything went, the honesty is what anyone would hope for in my experience. And the outcome of the vehicle that we took their being fixed is exactly what you would hope for, and the price was right on the mark with what we had been quoted. When I went to pay for the repair one of the mechanics even came out and showed me one of the parts that had to be removed because it was causing a problem and I really appreciated him explaining everything and Jerry did a wonderful job explaining to me over the phone what the situation was with the problem with the part in question. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I would definitely take any vehicle there that I was having a problem with from this point on. Thank you Jerry and crew for doing an outstanding job and an honest job. One other thing, Jerry's quote for fixing this vehicle was 1/3 the cost of another quote that I had gotten from another garage. And when I pick the vehicle up that is exactly what the cost was what.

My only experience with this repair shop was when I took my car here with several engine codes. The technicians tested a few parts, looked over the power train and determined that my car has an intercooler leak. They didn't charge for the diagnostics and recommended me back to the auto dealer. I think that's the first time in a long time I got the hometown auto shop experience in Rochester, true customer service and reliability. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a trustworthy and reliable technician working on their motor vehicle. If these folks can't fix it, they'll help you find who can. Best shop around Rochester!

I like broadway the alignments are more affordable than most places and they will look at your carIf you have issues for free. I also like they do a used car inspection for $35 so takes the guessing out of buying a pre owned car.

So took car for check engine light.car was running ruff. They replaced bad sensor and had me on the road in no time.( I would say they were way to cheap on bill but then they might raise there prices)thanks guys see ya next time

If you're searching for a local mechanic shop, you can choose Broadway and never have to think about it again. Trustworthy with good results. Great people. Our family and others we know have been bringing cars here for years. They've proven themselves many times and saved us a lot of money with solid advice

They are the best care mechanics I have ever gone to in my life. I have never had such HONEST service. We were going to change our spark plugs and wires at our recent trip. Some of them would have been difficult to get to because of the way the engine was situated. The total cost would have been about 400-500 to labor which we would have paid. I want dissemble a manifold. (I think that is what he said anyway?) However what the mechanic told me was this, "It think your vehicle rung great. I think your spark plugs have a lot of life left in them. I would not personally change them if I were you, unless the vehicle starts running rough or you start getting poor gas mileage. However the choice is yours.". He did not try to talk me into any other service he did not tell me I needed flushes, filter changes, wiper blades. He just fixed the other problem at a very reasonable price of $150. Can you imagine... Car mechanic not trying to upsell me... He talked me out of what I asked him to do because it didn't need to be done. And I got my vehicle fixed for $150.....I have never left a mechanic for less than $500 in my life. I was blown away.I almost hate to give this great review because when I need them next time I am afraid they will be booked out to far. Lol. But the world needs honest businesses like them and I want them to be in business for a long time because of this business model. So I want to give them this review so others can know about the repair shop that is off the radar of most but it should be your go to repair shop.Thanks so much for what you do Broadway Car Care. You are very appreciated for your customer service and honesty.

I work downtown and Broadway Car Care's "drop off" process is great! They really make it easy for me to get my car worked on without having deal with the hassle of making arrangements to get to work. Lately, I've gone to them on wheel alignments for my family's vehicles. They do a very good job and are always done before the estimated time. Their pricing for service is very reasonable and always what's been estimated. If they find something that really needs to be addressed, they make sure to call you and provide options for getting it repaired. They are usually very busy, so plan ahead and make an appointment. Thanks Fellas. Keep up the good work.

Went into Broadway Car care to get an estimate for Brakes and Rotors. Spoke with Jerry who provided me a quote immediately. Was shocked when the price they had quoted me was 1/3 of the price that a National Franchise has quoted. So I went with their service happy to do so, and saving myself some money. I was even more shocked when I received a call after no more than a hour that it was done and ready to be picked up! If you want Amazing Service with Unbeatable Pricing don t look anywhere else! Stop by Broadway Car Care to get your vehicle fixed! I went in for brakes and now have a mechanic I trust for life! Thank you Jerry for your knowledge, quality of work, and professionalism.

Yes, I have found my new Auto Care to go to from now on. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I will start with the general qualities I found welcoming, Professional, Great Work for fair price, does not try to sale you More than you need! I could go on but you get the message. Jerry and the guys at Broadway Car Care always do a great job. We have been bringing our vehicles here for years and we've always been happy with the great customer service, honest opinions and fair pricing. Plus they are close enough to downtown to walk so you don't need a shuttle ride. I would recommended BCC to anyone!

The people at Broadway Car Care are definitely friendly and their services are definitely reasonably priced. From my limited experience using their services, I think they're honest and competently skilled (which is sometimes difficult to judge and really important in a mechanic shop). Also a plus that it's short walk to downtown where I work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Jerry and the team -You guys consistently get the maintenance I need done at a great price! You've done such a wonderful job that I wont hesitate to bring any vehicle to you for any kind of work because I know that if you can't do it, you'll direct me the best party that can. Both owners are the best at what they do. Jerry at the counter knows his business, does an amazing job of laying out the truth and explaining billing. Darwyn is one of the best and most knowledgeable mechanics I know.Great place if you want what you pay for and want to trust your mechanics.

I went here after Jiffy Lube attempted to replace my brakes and let me leave their lot with practically no brakes. The guys at Broadway took amazing care of my car and explained everything in detail. They even went so far as to only charge me for parts. We now only use Broadway for our car needs.

Finally, I've found a local mechanic I can trust to listen to me, charge fair prices, and not feed me any BS about what is wrong with my car! Took it in for a wheel bearing. They replaced that and a tie rod end that was falling apart. Price was half what Midas wanted. Work was done quickly (in almost the estimated time before the tie rod issue was known) and after looking it over myself, appears to have been done well. Here's hoping they don't go anywhere any time soon, because they've earned themselves a life long customer.

Jerry is awesome! Took my truck in to have a leaky water pump replaced! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price! I would definitely recommend Jerry and his crew at BCC any day!

Most honest and aboveboard place I've done business with. Won't go anywhere else. Worth more than they charge. Often won't charge for the little extra things that really make a difference in their service.

Broadway Car Care has serviced my vehicles for several years. I appreciate their taking the time to explain the problem and options for repair. They will even discourage any repair that does not make sense for an older vehicle. I trust their recommendations and work.

These are good people who take good care of their customers. I like to drive a car until it can't drive anymore, and have had conversations with them about whether it's worth putting more money into something or not. I love it that they talk about the repair with you before doing it, that they take that time and explain well.
