I had a very good experience with the team at Babcock. They were responsive to my initial inquiry about an estimate. They had the part in a couple of days later and finished the job as promised. Their customer service at the front desk was thorough, honest, and kind. Their reporting system on the work done to your vehicle is top-notch, which includes an easy-to-follow dashboard with status updates, descriptions of service, and recommendations for future maintenance. Overall, a great experience. Nice work, Babcock Auto Care team!

Both me and members of my family have had vehicles serviced by Babcock. I have always been treated fairly and not talked down to. Their prices are fair for level of service they provide. They are helpful on liasing between customer and warranty company to make that expensive repair go as smoothly as possible. The report they email/text to you after a service evaluation is quite comprehensive. Arranged from critical items to suggested items. This makes it easy to prioritize the repairs you need to spend money on. There are pictures included as well to illustrate the problems they are describing. Their complimentary shuttle van service is very friendly and helpful. Overall, I have had all good experiences with the folks at Babcock.

I want to give this auto repair shop, high praises! I went to get my car tires rotated at a different business and found out my wheel stud needed to be replaced, and they ve referred me to Bobcock auto. not only were they able to see me right away, but they 100% blessed me with the repair at no cost to me. I know that they saw a soldier who drove all the way from Sparta Wisconsin for a mechanical need, but I will not hesitate to make the long drive for their services no matter the cost.An excellent crew Thank you!

I would definitely recommend Babcock to my family and friends. Courteous, timely, and expert auto care. The staff always patiently and thoroughly walk me through their assessment of my car and their recommendations. I always feel like I am in good hands!

Hands down for Adam, Gene, and Mason! They all went above and beyond to make sure that I got my car got fixed and I got to work in timely manner. Adam's communication is on point! He made sure that I knew how far they've gone with my car and what was needed to replaced. Go to Babcock Auto Care! They're awesome!

My husband and I go to nobody else to get our cars taken care of. Customer service is top notch. We both love their shuttle service and Ben, the service manager, even helped out when the shuttle driver was a bit behind so I wouldn't be late to an appointment! He didn't have to do that at all and I was wondering if I would have to walk as the time got closer as it really wasn't too far. He saved me from a freezing cold walk which I appreciate!!! They were also up front about a slight issue with a part that would extend my day by several hours but were very quick once it did come in. Since i live out of town there wasnt much to be done, but their lounge is very comfortable and i just relaxed with a book. I'll always tell people to come here for any car service!

As a young female, getting any work done on a car can be daunting. So many people try to take advantage and add extra work that isn't necessary because they assume that we wouldn't know any better. This is NOT the case with Babcock Auto. I walked through the entire inspection report with them, and they broke it down into what was necessary to drive away, and what could wait. They are so kind and helpful. They helped me contact another shop for a warranty when the other shop kept giving me the run around. I love that they have a shuttle service. Everyone I interacted with was so kind, respectful, and helpful. I will definitely go back, and highly recommend them to anyone, especially people who have had bad experiences with other places trying to upsell them. This establishment is a breath of fresh air

I had a serious issue with my 2015 volvo V60 while visiting Rochester from Grand Rapids, Michigan, making it impossible to drive more than a few miles. I was thinking that I might have to have the car towed the over 500 miles to the dealer in Michigan and then wait a month or so to get an appointment with them. I called around Rochester and was not having much luck in finding anyone able to look look at my car. Fortunately, I came across Babcock s. I was really expecting no more than them accessing the problem and then still thinking I would need to have the car hauled home. Because it was the end of the week the mechanics at Babcock s took a look at the car and confirmed the problem Monday morning. Not only that, they located the parts and completed the fix within a day of receiving the parts! This all took only 3 days! The work was excellent and the price was fair. This was by far the best experience that I have had with dealing with the maintenance or repair of any vehicle but particularly the Volvos that I have owned. Thank you to Ben at Babcock s for keeping me informed each step of way and providing exceptional service.

Great experience! They picked up my car, did a full service check with photos, talked to me about options, and took care of things right away! Afterwards they dropped my car back off at my house! Highly recommend!

Babcock Auto diagnosed the problem and did a superb major engine repair with replacement of a head casket, all coils and plugs. This was done professionally, quickly and economically. Ben kept us informed on the progress of the work in a timely and pleasant manner. Babcock was amazing with the repairs on my car after an accident! They dealt with my insurance company and coordinated getting parts and everything lined up so it went as quickly as possible. They called with updates so I knew I wasn t forgotten and things were still moving forward. Friendly to work with and trustworthy. Also, the shuttle drivers are so friendly and nice! After using Babcock for many years I had a not to pleasant experience, i called to ask a few questions, the response did not happen. I let them know there actions were not what i expected from there team. I was very pleased to receive a call, they confirmed they as a team dropped the ball. I feel very confident that i can now resume my relationship with them.

We were driving from the East Coast to the West Coast and heard a strange rattling under the car as we left Milwaukee. We walked in to Babcock with no notice and talked to Adam at the front desk. He immediately looked at the car and in thirty minutes identified the rattling and fixed it for us free of charge. Would highly recommend Babcock to anyone in the area and would definitely stop here again if I m passing through. Thank you Adam and the entire Babcock team!

Ben, Adam, Matt, and the mechanic crew are caring, skilled, and honest. As a queer person I feel welcome (which isn t always the case at other auto body shops due to discrimination), and I trust that the folks at Babcock know what they are doing - their recommendations are helpful, they don t do service that isn t needed, and they give out the door prices. Excellent service! My truck needed a lot of work and Babcock made it super easy and convenient for me to get the service I needed. Not only were they efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problems but they went above and beyond expectations even coming to me to pick it up and drop it off. I work in a variety of places all around the rochester area and even had to adjust plans for pickup but Brad at babcock made it effortless for me. Pricing is good especially for the service you receive and everyone there is very friendly and professional. They did a great job fixing my car it runs amazing again. Adam Sutter was also great with communication as well as a very positive attitude. I had an appointment at Mayo and when we arrived our car broke down. Babcock was the garage we were referred to. I am so thankful we were. Matt was amazing! He helped us get the car towed and took care of everything while I was at my appointment. Overall, excellent service at a fair price. While getting some general maintenance done on my truck, a few issues were discovered and detailed out very well in the vehicle inspection with pictures. My local dealership (where I had previously serviced my truck) completely missed a couple of them in their recent inspections. Ben was great to work with gave helpful and honest recommendations, with several options to address. Absolutely zero pressure, only helpful recommendations and consultation. Ultimately, I opted to take care of several of the recommendations, and Ben was able to accommodate having it done same day so I wouldn't need a return visit. Very satisfied with my experience, and will certainly be back in the future.

To the future customers- Our Fleet has used Babcock Auto for all of our repairs on our vehicles and they are fantastic. Brad has been our newest contact and he is absolutely fantastic. He is always quick to respond and right on top of the work. They also provide an at free service and come pick up our vehicles so it does not interrupt our our crazy changing schedule.To the management/ownership at Babcock- Your really on to something with your fleet program and it sure has made my life easier. My husband and I have been utilizing Babcock Auto's services since 2020 when we purchased a Toyota Highlander Hybrid since our previous mechanic didn't work on hybrid model cars. We've been really impressed and appreciative with their repair or maintenance timing estimates, their staff's customer relations, and especially their transparency on cost of labor and materials. Anytime an unexpected repair has been discovered, we receive a call with the information and they provide us the opportunity to decline the additional repair or service or accept it. I had a really good experience with Babcock! The office staff were very pleasant and professional. They even provided us a ride home when we dropped off the car. The lady who drove us home was very nice. And Adam is a very good manager.
