I was in Minnesota to visit family when I had a belt break. You were able to get my car in same day I called. Vehicle was fixed and can t say enough about service. Just get! Really like the report sent to me. Thanks for the safe ride back home!

I ve been taking both my vehicles here for tires and oil changes for 4 years. If you don t plan on ever performing your own routine maintenance their service is great. If you do plan on changing your own oil, you d better invest in your own set of impact tools so you can get the drain bolt out.

I have been taking both of our family vehicles to Automotive Procare for the past few years. Excellent service, and very transparent about what needs to be done now and what we can plan for in the future. Also can't argue with the price!

I work in hospitality, and I have NEVER had better customer service, in any capacity, in my entire life. That isn't an exaggeration. So helpful, and kind, and clear in their explanations. The lobby and waiting are are peaceful and whymsical, complete with Netflix and Wi-Fi. Will come back for all my car needs in the future. Great job, guys. Seriously.

Great place to get oil changes, tires and vehicle preventative maintenance and the occasional unexpected maintenance. Trustworthy, friendly and professional crew. Easy to understand quotes and they follow through with everything.

Always get my oil changed here. They do a nice inspection too. Kinda surprised though that they only top off windshield fluid, and charge extra for antifreeze. Oh well.

I was getting an engine code and knew it was an oxygen sensor. After replacing it myself I still had the code and suspected it was electrical. The guys at Procare found the broken wire and relaxed the harness and had me back on the road in good time. They even came to my house to get me back to the shop to pick up my vehicle. The cost was very reasonable. I recommend them to anyone.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Professionalism, sense of responsibility, technical superiority, smooth service, responsive customer support using state of the art customer communicating technology that set it apart from other autocare shops. Specifically, the initial diagnosis is thorough, and the results of each step thereafter during the repair processes are posted online with detailed photos and notified of the customer. Will return in case of needs.

First time I went was for a Differential seals. They replaced it charged me 1000$. Week later it was still leaking.. took it to car-x instead and only charged me 200$ and never leaked again. Then one of my buddies went to get his tires changed there(if I knew he was going to automotive procare I would of told him not to go there) .. they couldn't change the tires.(even though the guy assured they could and that it would cost under 100$) Told him they were going to put the old tires back. Because the new tires were too hard to mount. They still charged him 150$ for nothing! When he complained and asked why. The guy told him he was going too charge him 650$ for hourly labor!!!( once again for nothing!) . So he just paid the 150$...Took the tires to Joe's tires (awesome guys by the way)! Got it changed in less than an hour and only charged 80$!!

I was just passing through Rochester when I started experiencing backup camera issues. I called Automotive Procare because of the high reviews, and now i see why! They got me in next day and did a full diagnostic on not only my backup camera but the entire campervan. They text, emailed and, at my request, printed the full diagnostic and let me know which ones were urgent so I could get my van fully serviced when I get back home to DC. Really nice people, and super helpful. Not to mention the waiting room is the most welcoming/relaxing one I've ever been in at a repair shop! I was able to work and take some meetings while waiting for my van. I would highly recommend this place and if I lived in Rochester, they'd def be my go to mechanic.

Beware! They recommended fixes that we just replaced before coming. We took in our vehicle for the free oil change. We dropped it off at 9 am and they had it all day. They changed the oil and did a check for other work to be done. We received an email with proposed needs. Some of them were just fixed. Like the serpentine belt and air filter. Then sent pictures and descriptions that did not fit the true conditions. Find an honest establishment. I had another place bleed me for 5000$ before I found out the recommendations weren't really in need of fixing.

I stopped into the shop during the latest winter storm and Darian helped me fix my overinflated tires out in the snow so I could get where I was going safely..Very Nice people here!

Visited Automotive Procare Rochester (7/23) for an oil change and routine inspection. We were very satisfied with their attention to detail and thorough inspection. Alex and Colin (the owners) are great people. They are very honest and dependable guys. They strive to take care of their customers and their cars!They have done a great job keeping my car safe, reliable and driving in great shape. As a former home mechanic (had to give it up due to my disability) I've always hated letting other people touch my car. I've been to many many mechanics and have struggled with finding a shop I can trust.Automotive Procare is my new shop and I can't recommend them more!Fast high quality service at a very fair price! Seems to be a top notch auto repair shopVery more people and takes a I Teresa in your needs. Show room is very clean and organized. I would not ha e a problem taking my car there. Lower hourly rate than most shops on Rochester! Nice place!

Last time we were here we got an oil change, while we were there they suggested that we needed new tires. The person said that our car would be much quieter if we got new tires. I didn't think much of the quieter part because I thought it was an exhaust problem. Today we got the new tires and didn't notice much of anything other then the car drove a little straighter, I expected that. Me and my wifewer talking on our way home about what we were going to do today we got about half way home when all of a sudden we realized we were talking and hearing each other and not shouting. It really is nice to have the car quiet again. We've had this car 10 years and have got used to the noise. Thank you.Service: Tires

I've had such a pleasant experience working with Alex and his crew! Came originally for an oil change and inspection and the waiting area is so nice and beautiful with the fish pond. After the inspection they explained all the findings both good and bad (with pictures!) and were upfront about which were the most important or needed repairs. All the while they were respectful and not pushy at all. When I came back for a repair Alex went above and beyond to make drop off and pickup of my vehicle with my two small children as easy on me as possible. When my check engine light came on six hours from home, I by chance stopped into Procare. It was a wonderful happenstance. I have been to a variety of garages over the years (rural mechanic, small town, metropolitan areas, etc.), Automotive Procare is the best service I've EVER had. They were very honest and open about what they felt needed to be fixed and were willing to explain their reasoning behind those feelings.I have been to a lot of garages where the service advisor will talk down to me because I am a female and try to sell me on replacing parts that do not need to be replaced. Alex and his team were clear with what actually needed replacing and how soon to replace other parts, if I did not want to have them fixed that day.They went above and beyond in making sure I had a shuttle to and from work while they were working on my vehicle and were sure to get me there in plenty of time. Very nice. The shuttle was helpful. They forgot to do my alignment though. I put online I needed one and that was the main reason we dropped it off. I ve had essentially a complete tune up of my 2005 vehicle done here. Should be able to get another 6 or so years out of it now!The staff here have always been great! Love the detailed service reports with photos so I can share with my mechanic brother states away from me. The courtesy shuttle is great! Have been given a loaner too when one repair took longer due to part not arriving on time. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Automotive Procare for years to come! Great staff and great service!Update January 2023 - I had the headlight restoration and new bulbs installed. They gave me 4 different bulb options and reviewed the differences between them. The difference between my old dim and scratched up covers and the buffed out ones is light night and day! Between the brighter bulbs and the like new covers, I can see parts of the roads I could not before - so important in this winter driving! I took my vehicle in and I paid them over 6,000 dollars then a a month after caliper fell of then as I then i took it back in then when I went to get it as I was driving out of the parking lot the breaks didn t work so I left it there. Then they called me telling me to pay another 1100 on top of the $6000 I had already paid. They also kept my truck for over a month. I do not recommend this place at all!!! I taught it was a good place but it s not.

Everyone was so nice and helpful!!! The courtesy shuttle driver (Alex? I do not recall his name at this moment) was amazing, so kind, thoughtful, and fun to talk to. He even made sure I could get into my daughter s house when I had left my garage key in my car. He would have happily taken me back to the station to get it if it been necessary! I am new to the area and company came highly recommended. They were friendly and worked quickly. Kept me informed throughout the process.
