I cannot say enough how grateful I am for everyone I came in contact with. I felt like a VIP. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and prepared. I was in a pickle, and I felt understood and taken care of. From Brad Johnson the GM, Mitchell Meurer the salesperson, Demetrius Johnson the sales advisor, and another woman (sorry, I didn t catch your name!) who helped me navigate phone to vehicle syncing THANK YOU.

We were on the hunt for an additional vehicle and were so impressed by the exceptional care we received at Luther Park Place Motors/Audi Rochester the moment we walked through the front doors. The front desk staff were warm and inviting. Becky was outstanding. She was so kind, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with; we did not feel pressured or rushed. She picked us up from the airport after we returned a loaner. Definitely went above and beyond! DJ in finance was also so kind and helpful. We really appreciated their thoroughness and flexibility to get us squared away after hours. I highly recommend stopping at this dealership to anyone in the market for a new/used car!

Our sales person was fantastic -- one of the best I have worked with. He was very helpful through the buying process, was not pushy at all, and really listened to our needs and interests. At the conclusion he spent considerable time teaching me the electronic intricacies of the car, which I really needed.

Ask for Geoff Buchholz in Sales. He made my trade-in and new car purchase so easy. I drove to Rochester from Minneapolis because Geoff was able to track down the exact model/trim I was looking for. He is a straight shooter with great follow-up/customer service. DJ in F&I was also great. I ll make the trip again when we are in the market for another vehicle.

Got a new lease with the help of Demetrius Johnson. Even lowered my payment a bit. Demetrius was very helpful through every step. He even took time to explain some of the finance charges/trade in information with my 16 year old daughter.

This was our first time to buy a car from this dealer and our experience was super. We were greeted and helped by Sam. He was very nice, knowledgable and patient. He answered all our questions clearly and helped us to decide which car to end up buying. He was honest about the price and offerings we could get and treated us like your neighbors, a big factor that made us to buy one at our first visit. From test driving to final delivery, he demonstrated all functions and features and made sure we familiarized with everything. Haven't driven the car a lot yet but so far everything is as expected. It's a brand new car so I hope it will live up my expectations for long time. All other staff and manager were very nice as well and made the transactions very smooth, no push to buy any extra things.The remodeled offices and demo rooms are really nice with drinks and coffee. The dealer has three big brands together so you could potentially compare and choose before buying. Keep up the great work and this is definitely a place I will come back.

Drove an hour and a half to test drive a used car. Turns out the car had been in an accident which wasn t reflected on the Carfax. When I tried to confirm with the dealer, they weren t truthful and forthcoming. Very disappointed that I wasted my time. Buyer beware, Carfax doesn t list all accidents. Not sure I ll purchase a used car in the future.

My wife and I came to look at cars on Saturday. Our salesman was Karl. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman. He showed us a few SUVs and he came with on the test drives as well. Talking with us the whole time. We ended up buying a very nice Lexus. Also the rest of the staff are very friendly as well and they showroom is very nice. Thank you

Max did a great job before, during and after the transaction. Not certain why it should have required about 4 hours. It appeared that those doing stuff for Max were pretty slow about it.

Very pleased with another Luther Auto Group dealership. Found a 2021 Ram online at this dealership called to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot before I took a drive down from St Paul to take a look at the vehicle. The truck was very clean and well maintained had less than 30,000 miles on it and beat the price from most Twin Cities dealerships from $1,500 to $2,500. Returned the next day with my wife to pick up the truck and we were in and out of the dealership in about one and a half hours. Our salesperson Bram Baier got answers to all my questions and had us fill out financing information through an online site and we were pre-approved which made the whole process go very quickly when we came down Friday afternoon. This is the fifth deal we have made through a Luther dealership in a 10-year period always our first choice when looking for a new or used vehicle buying or leasing. Well worth the drive to Rochester from St Paul.

Professional staff in the service department are always attentive, responsive, and engaged to provide Superior service with original factory parts work without defects or early failures in performance. Amazingly, my Audi Q5 performs well daily on cross country trips and local 200 mile trips smoothly and effortlessly. We are thankful for the car and service workers like Josh and his crews.

Over all not bad. I wasn't pushed into buying what I was looking at; and I was looking at multiple cars at multiple dealerships. When I asked a very specific question about the car, they looked into it and got back to me in about an hour. The signing of papers still takes some time, I guess that is to be expected.
