Bought brake calipers, rotors, and pads, and the only part that was correct was 1 caliper and the rotors. Spent 3 hours on a 1 hour brake job will never go to the north advanced auto again.

Got a new air filter and dome light for my car. The sales attendant, Elvis, was very friendly and helped me pick out the right parts (thanks, dude!). I bought a new car battery here back in February - they installed it for me in <10 mins and the battery came with a 2-year warranty.I like this place better than O'Reilly's or Auto Zone, which are both further from home and always crowded.

I don't know who hired Emily, but this girl is a keeper. Her customer service skills is off the charts. I went to other parts stores and the men there didn't have half the knowledge she has. She pretty awesome.

I visited this location yesterday to have my vehicle s battery replaced. The staff member was nice and he did an excellent job of making sure everything was working properly afterwards.The only downside to this experience was the cost. It didn t come to my attention until after leaving the store and looking at my receipt that they apply a fee for the initial charge of a new battery. I believe the cost was $22. I didn t notice the difference when I was paying, because I purchased other items as well.I would have been okay with this charge, I just wish it was mentioned to me. I m not a fan of hidden fees.

Was accused of trying to steal a $4 oil filter when attempting to buy a new filter wrench. Unfortunate. I buy my filters in bulk online. Guy behind the counter wanted me to try to prove the filter I brought in was mine. I told him to prove to me that I am trying to steal the filter, while I walked out the door. He began attempting to coach my on business while I was walking out.He was too busy on the phone when I walked in so that I could show him my filter, or even acknowledge my existence. I didn't even walk down the filter aisle. Get some cameras installed to protect your legit customers.I recommend shopping at Autozone or O'Reilys here in town. I will not be returning to this store.

The girl that is working here at 3:00 is rude. She seems to not know anything about vehicles. I come to advanced more in Lakeville Apple valley Northfield and always get great service. Not here though. She's unhelpful and seems ungrateful for her job. Oh and as I was requesting the code reader she said they couldn't do that because they couldn't touch our vehicles yet the other employee was out here inside this other guys vehicle

My car wouldn't start in my work parking lot, a little less than a block away from this location, and Ned swapped out my battery and provided the best customer service I have ever received from an Auto Parts Center. I will definitely be referring my friends there, and will go back for other parts I need in the future!
