Solid five stars for the team at Renville Sales! Drove three hours one way to pick up a trailer and wouldn't hesitate to do it again! Excellent communication and the family owned hospitality that so many businesses are missing these days. If you're looking for a trailer give these guys a call and I have no doubt they'll be able to help you out and you'll be satisfied with the experience!

Awesome customer service! This was my first trailer from Renville Sales. I drove 2 hours for a 1:00 appointment. I pulled up and the salesman walked out to greet me with my paperwork in hand. Thanks

I wanna like this place, but it is incredibly annoying to get ghosted during communications. I live in SD and most of the trailer retailers around here carry flatbeds or livestock options, but I need a cargo trailer. I pinged a few farther options and Shane was the first to reply with great options and good information.Great! I asked for a quote for several different sizes of trailers and waited...and waited. A couple weeks passed and I figured maybe my request got lost, so I pinged again asking for quotes. Again, no response as of yet. I can understand if it will take a few days, but maybe reply saying that? My next option is to call, but at that point, I feel like I am harassing the business instead of being a customer!EDIT: I appreciate the honesty and explanation by Shane in his followup to this review. I really must stress that Shane did provide me with a very detailed response to my early inquiries, and the fact that everything seems to be fluctuating like that would be very frustrating.

Another top notch place to get parts and service. Rolled in showed them what I needed paid for my parts and they were loaded in my pick up for me. Ya all are awesome ya made fixing easy

Someone tried to break into my Stealth cargo trailer. The staff was excellent and my trailer was repaired in a timely fashion. You could never tell there was any damage
