Sold me a bad battery and wouldn't refund it. I took it to the Mankato location and they happily exchanged it

We had car problems on Saturday evening about closing time. I got to the store two minutes before 7. The assistant manager asked if he could help. He not only helped but came to where we were broke down and helped get our car running so we could get home. Service like that when he could have just as easily gone home is above and beyond expectations. I apologize for not getting his name so I could thank him personally. What your town has is a jewel to appreciate. Thank you for your help.

Great store, Ray Vermillion store manager has the most complaints in the district for multiple reasons though, so if looking for good customer service i would defiantly utilize your options within the other staff available

Some lady who works at the Redwood location is not knowledgable of looking up car parts. I gave her the specific make and motor and she ordered the wrong part, and as I get there she says it's the wrong part. Wasted an hour drive, she also told me it's my fault even though I was very specific. She then gave me an attitude for her mistake. Please hire real auto professionals, not random people with no knowledge

I live in Redwood Falls Minnesota and most of the people here in Redwood Falls are very friendly alot of theb job busnesses have really courteous people.

I heard a radio advertisement bout you replacing & installing battery in vehicle. Turns you DON'T. You should redo advertisement so it says only on "EASY INSTALLATION " vehicle.
