I will definitely buy from NTS Tire Supply again. There was a shipping mistake made that they caught prior to my tire arriving. They made the correction immediately. Thier price was the best that I could find and more importantly, they had it in stock.

Nts did a very good job sky and the team were very easy to talk to and deal with. Prompt and on time. Came to my yard and did a great job on my new tractors tires highly recommend them !

Excellent Experience from start to finish on set of LSW Tires. Reached out to NTS Tire Supply after not being able to find tires locally. They answered phone on first ring and everyone was very knowledgeable plus they had what I needed. Even though we were 5 Hrs away they arrived mid morning and did complete install in less than 3 hrs. in the rain. Impressive! And even ended up with a follow up call to make sure things went well. Not very often you see service like that this day and age. Thanks, everyone!

I was desperate because it was supposed to rain the next day and then fall into the low teens; but I had 40 acres of system-tiled ditches to close, AND one of the radial tires on my JD 4020 went flat, AND, it's 3:00 PM in the afternoon!!!! What do I do?Well, NTS Tire Supply of Redwood Falls, MN, to the rescue. They arrived with the new tires about 4:30 PM. Dismounted the first tire and the problem was more serious - rusted rim near valve stem. The TT (Tire Technician), Jake (Jacob) proposed a work-around but we would have to have inner tubes. And the inner tubes--well they were 60 miles away! So I left Jake to change the other tire and went after the inner tube which a sales person had taken home in order to save me time and have available since store was closed by now! I got back after 7:00 PM and Jake was patiently and in good humor, waiting for me. He completed the installation very carefully making sure the quality of the process was good! Thanks, Jake; I was able to get the tile ditches closed!!!

The crew at NTS always has the tires and service to get the job done. The sales staff even suggested a pair of slightly used tires for one project that kept costs down for our farm.

Austin was our service tech and he did an awesome job. We had a tire on our combine that needed to be replaced in the middle of harvest and he made a fast trip to our farm to minimize our downtime and get us back out in the field. I thought it would take 2 hours to get it done and he had it replaced in half an hour.

The company was great. Had exactly what I needed, and got it to me in a reasonable time. I am upset that I was paying with a credit card and had to pay "PayPal" I didn't want a PayPal account but I was forced to create one if I wanted the wheel. I was proud to say I didn't have one but I can't say that anymore.

I have purchased several sets of tires from NTS and have been very satisfied with the tires I received. They are very good about accurately describing the quality of their tires. Sky has helped me with my purchases, and I could not be happier with the customer service he has provided me over the years. They have routes they drive delivering tires and I was able to meet them at a 1/2 way point for a small fee. The delivery drives at excellent as well. I would highly recommend NTS.

Great people to deal with! Actually did the whole transaction via text , tires and rims were delivered a few days later! Can t ask for better service than that! I ll be a return customer

Thank you to NTS for offering their on-farm Emergency 4WD tractor tire repair service. They had the right equipment and showed up super fast, even though we unfortunately called them on a weekend afternoon. The technician was efficient and had a positive attitude despite the "dirty job".It is refreshing to get this kind of service when we continue to see more companies not offering much for extended hours, even in crunch time of a tough weather spring. Keep up the great work!

NTS has been a great company to work with. The tire selection they have is excellent. If you call a salesman you get a quote in a very professional timeline. As for the service team - EXCELLENT. These guys will work in the middle of your yard no matter what the weather is while still producing an end product that is acceptable.

I purchased a couple front tractor tires from NTS, had them mounted and a week later one developed a leak. This can happen at any shop. NTS paid me a courtesy call to insure I was satified with their work and I mentioned the flat tire. They picked up the tire at my shop in Mankato, repaired it and returned a couple days later, no cost to me! Excellent communications and customer service!

Service tech was incredibly careful and competent. Went the extra mile. I will ask for Jacob M anytime I want service.Sales staff not so much. First off they wanted a down payment before they would make a service call.Secondly, they assumed they knew more about my tractor (that I ve owned for decades . ) then I did. So they sent the right tires on the wrong (step up) rims.(I had gone to the trouble of sending them pictures of the tractor and rims.Should have been easy to get it right.)Thankfully the tech made an 85 minute one way trip back to Redwood to get the tires remounted on the correct rims. So my brand new 18.4/ -38 tires were mounted on two different sets of rims TWICE before they were ever mounted on the tractor.Not a happy camper about that!!!Through all this, the tech Jacob was smiling and courteous. He made what was initially a bad experience into a good one. He even was willing to retorque the rim bolts after a short test run. He ended doing a lot of extra work because of the sales staff screwup.If their sales staff gets their act together .. I would be most greatful!!! As it was, Jacob made what was initially a bad experience into a bearable one.

Had a flat tire on my grain cart on a Saturday night. Called NTS on Sunday morning and by 2 o clock that afternoon they had me up and running. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Needed a tire on a piece of tillage repaired while at Farmfest. Contacted NTS and Zach was there with in about half an hour. Found the issue and fixed it. Awesome service and customer service!!
