Been going here for years and the fellas are always super friendly and helpful. They'll actually tell you things about your vehicle and they give off the vibe that they're actually trying to help versus just getting you to buy things. This is the only place I go for an oil change.

Premium price for basic oil change. I asked if they lubed the drive shaft and was told that it was sealed and did not require lube. This is not correct, my truck requires grease at 5 points. When I pointed this out I was told that they did not have the capability to do this basic service. I would consider this a basic part of any quick lube, especially one that cost over $113. I did appreciate no pressure for upsales and they did catch an obvious leak in my radiator. Overall disappointed because of trying to BS me about the drive lube and cost which has risen to the point that I will be going back to DIY.Service: Oil change

Best service in town, I've been going here for many years..for oil & other fluid (transmission) changes. Fair prices, and we'll worth it & convenient. Check basic fluid levels, tire air pressure & lights & wipers. A great health/fluid + check-up for your vehicle. Tell them T.E.D. & Sukkah says hi. Drive safely and have a lovely day.

Really enjoyed it here. Way quicker than anticipated. They explained the options clearly and pre-approved any charges before starting. After, they confirmed their work by running the engine for a bit and rechecking (even showed me the dipstick). Would definitely recommend .

Apparently they close for lunch and everyone eats together. What a nice family vibe. 5 stars for the employee experience, seems like a nice place to work.One star for the oil change though, since they told me to go away.

This place has the best customer service! I used to manage retail stores and customer service was always a top priority to me, so I always notice what kind of customer service I get. This is my 2nd time going to this location and both times I received very friendly and helpful service. You're not pressured with their upselling and both times I felt like what they were suggesting were items I really needed. They show you what your item looks like and what it should look like. They check lights, fluid levels, etc. I think the man I dealt with both times is the manager. His name escapes me at the moment but it's something like Ido or Dio. I feel terrible that I can't remember his name because he was so pleasant. George was working with him and he was helpful and pleasant too. Because of the service I get there the manager has made me a customer for life. Today I asked if he was the owner today because of the care that he was putting into his job. It made me think he must be the owner. He said he wasn't but he just really liked his job and helping people. It certainly showed. If I owned a business this is exactly the kind of person I would like running my business. It's more expensive to get an oil change at Valvoline but I don't mind paying more to get it done at my convenience. I would highly recommend this location. Not only is their customer service top notch, but they seem to be very knowledgeable about the questions I've asked.Service: Oil change

Love this location! they are very nice and professional and always do little extra things like clean my windshield if they notice its extra dirty. they make suggestions but aren't pushy.

Disappointed. I'm usually okay paying more money for a quicker service, even if it's triple what regular oil changes should be. But I went in today and they told me I couldn't get a change because my filter was in too tight. They then asked where I had my last oil change. It was the same company, Valvoline. They told me to ask them to fix it. If you're confused by this... so am I. So I left with zero service because they messed it up last time. I will never use a quick change service again.
