I had a fuel pump issue with my vehicle. They worked on the car for over 3 days and kept telling me they would call me back but never did. In the end they were trying to figure out what was going on and then charged me over 300$ for the labor. The car was still chugging and not running smoothly. They told me to wait until the next monday because they couldn't get it in on friday because they were too busy. So they spent 3 days trying to figure out what the issue was and dragging me along then wouldn't prioritize finishing the job despite the fact I had an initial appointment and they hadnt fixed the issue. Then they charged me over 1k for the total work tires/oil change/fuel pump issue and labor. The car still wasn't working and they told me it was fine to drive. I drove it around for almost an hour and it almost died and the ecs light and engine light were on. I ended up taking it to another place and they fixed the issue. I won't be coming to Johnson Tire ever again. They should have told me up front if it was an issue they couldn't fix or given me a reduced labor rate for having to figure it out.

I can't say enough good things about this place. These folks are dedicated to both a high quality of work as well as service to their customers. I'd recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Installed an aftermarket cat in under an hour for about a hundred bucks. That can't be beat if you ask me. Did a good job too.

I love the true hard work they put into their customers cars & the care they put toward the Customers. They are upfront before you bring the vehicle in, they will let you know if they do the work or not. I have been taking all my vehicles there since I moved to the area and when I loved to Central Wisconsin. I will always even have my car towed there or drive it to them for Oil Changes or any other auto work. They all have been amazing even when I had a small issue with one of the older gentlemen the rest of the crew took care of the issue for me. Though since I been there the one old man hasn't been there but the other front desk guys and owner are still gonna earn my business even if I buy a new car I would still take my car to them even if the car had a warranty at a dealership bc these guys are honest, truthful, & very easy to work with. You guys keep up the hard work. Thank You for everything you guys do keep it up.

Very professional! Had our truck towed in for front brake repairs and was quoted a ballpark price. After inspecting the truck they realized it also needed rear brakes. Before they did any extra work they called to let me know what extra needed to be done and how much it would cost. Some other places just do the work and then they have you over a barrel when you go to pick up your vehicle. We've used Johnson's for several years because they're trustworthy and fair priced. Highly recommend!

Multiple times, including today, the crew at Johnson Tire completed a repair that will keep me coming back again and again. Specifically, they were able to find a used part and a used tire that met our needs and that matched the age and condition of the car. Other times, the repair bill is simply expensive (some car repairs just are), but because of experiences like today (there have been several), I know that I can trust those guys to always deliver great car repair value no matter the size of the bill. The mechanics are amazing at what they do, and the front office crew is always friendly and welcoming.

Had a bad experience with these guys. We had our winter tires put on and the next morning one of them was flat. My wife had driven the car, but didn't notice anything odd. Per the technician, the tire was not mounted correctly, had a slow leak, went flat and had damage. They would not admit this, and would not replace the tire which was damaged due to their shoddy work. Not recommended.

Had an unexpected engine overheating warning come up on my car. Was parked and checking the coolant downtown when someone recommended Johnson to us, saying they were honest and helpful. Sure enough, they got us right in and got us right out. Most importantly, they took the time to talk to us and tell us what they had found. Helpful, honest and a pleasure to work with. Been going to Johnson Tire for years now. Hands down the best customer service of any shop I've been to.Competitive prices, experienced techs and a family-owned culture make this place a great choice when you need your car serviced. Highly recommend.

We have been using Johnson Tires for our auto needs for quite some time and have been very happy with their service. Great mechanics and customer service but most important, they are honest. We know we won t be charged or sold anything not needed. We recently had our truck towed to the the Red Wing ford for a 4 wheel drive issue and were told we would need between 1000 and $1500 worth of repairs. When we brought it to Johnson Tire s for a second opinion they were able to fix the part for around $300 and indicated we didn t need the other parts replaced. The mechanic worked into his lunch and had it ready in about an hour as he knew we were hoping to go out of town that afternoon.We highly recommend this company.

Amazing customer service! Simply top notch! Fit my car in on an already full day just prior to the holiday. Repaired the tire in record time so U could get back on the road. Red Wing is so lucky to have this level of quality and service!

UPDATE (8-18-23): just spent 2 hours waiting for them to fix a tire pressure sensor on a different vehicle only for them to tell me they dont have the tools to fix it. Tire shop cant fix a tire issue. Such a joke of a business.Went in to get winter tires put on, which I do every fall, and they didn't reset my tpms. They then claim its a bad sensor. Which it is not. Walmart corrected what they couldn't. I'd suggest just going to Walmart to start. Which is insane sounding, I know. (Since they are a TIRE shop.

I didn't have service done here other than a quick inspection. A mechanic at one shop told my wife she needed new tires trying to make a quick buck. Took the car here and talked to a service rep who said we didn't actually need new tires for another half year or more and to hold off. Integrity is extremely important when I choose a business for service.

Had a flat tire and no spare in the middle of no where. I Came with it unannounced and they found me a used tire, mounted it on my rim and had me in and out in 15 minutes. Back on the road with plans to get that doughnut tire on the car to drop! Great guys, friendly, and a fair price to boot. Great job guys. They even respected covid-19 spacing.

Had my car towed to location because it didnt start. Asked mechanic to take a look, and without consulting me they made a 300 dollar repair that i would have considered not worth doing. I came in and said that in my mind i should have recieved a discount on the labor since i did not receive notice of the repair until after it was done, but was willing to pay for the expensive part. They refused to negotiate, said that I can't have the car until i pay my bill, and then the mechanic that did the work bursts through the door and yelled at me and made me feel very unwelcome and Very poor customer service and i would never go there again. Never recieved such poor service from this shop so i am very dissapointed. If you go to this shop make sure you are very clear about what work you want done or else they will take advantage of you and hold your car hostage.

Two years (!) ago I purchased tires for my VW Jetta - those tires are still wearing VERY well - so the company's recommendations on tires are AWESOME.Recently, I called on a flat tire and their recommendation was to try patching it first, and off the top of their head were able to quote me a price for a pair of tires for my vehicle. After the patch wore for the two weeks I needed, the quote turned out to be EXACTLY what I got and paid for.And their customer service when dealing in person was the best I have ever had.

This Goodyear tire shop was fantastic today! We were driving down to Winona State University for family weekend and must have driven over a nail on the highway. The tire pressure monitor began dinging just as we got into Red Wing. The tire was hissing as it was losing air so we pulled into the shop expecting the worst ( maybe need a new tire, or they were closed or whatever). They were open and took the car into the service bay right away and it only needed a patch and they were done in 35 minutes! Saved the day!! Thank you Johnson Tire and Service.

Amazing Service and Timing! They fit me into their schedule on a very busy day and got me back on the road within an hour and a half! They were very pleasant to work with and made a bad situation into a just a little bump in the road. I will be doing all of my business here

Needed 2 commercial tires on short notice. Had my vehicle towed there after hours- in the morning, they had the tires off, and waiting for the delivery truck before 8am. The delivery truck showed up around 815-830, and before 9am I was on the road! A+ service!

They drive their own trucks on the road like mad men going 25 over and skid their tires to get going to cut everyone off when light turns green if they treat their trucks like that imagine what they do to yours!

They got me out in 40 minutes and did such a great job, went for spark plugs, great job, BTW, this was in 100 degree weather!!!
