This is by far one of the best experiences I ve ever had. Nancy and Eddie were hands-down awesome. The customer service I received during this repair visit was completely awesome. Not one complaint. The finish product on my truck was better than new. They ve earned a customer for life.

A great experience from start to finish. The people I interacted with - Nancy at the desk, the gentleman who looked at my car - were friendly and helpful. The updates by text were appreciated. The work looks perfect and the cleaning they gave my car inside as well as outside was an unexpected bonus. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again myself.

They got my car in and finished quickly. Completed ahead of schedule with good communication. Work was excellent with good explanation of what was done. Will definitely look to them again for future work if ever needed

Communication was on point. I received text messages keeping me up to date on my vehicle status. Over the phone and in person was a 5* experience as well! My vehicle doesn't even look like it was ever in a collision.

Great Experience!! I highly recommend using Abra. The Abra website made it easy to schedule my appointment and chat with customer sevice. Once the replacement was scheduled it went very smooth, Holden was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Once the replacement was done they also cleaned all the windows and vacuumed out the car. Very pleased with the service!

I got my car back in better shape than it went in..not only regarding the paint work, but the inside had been detailed too. It just sparkled. The people were friendly and eager to please. Would definitely recommend them !

Excellent customer service! I can t remember the ladies name that I worked with but she was a complete gem! They took very good care of us and even detailed our car! That blew me away! I hope I never ever have to use their services again (I mean really, who s happy to be in a car collision? :P) but if I were to be in a similar situation again, I wouldn t hesitate to bring my business back to them.

Angie the general manager was wonderful! I just got my car back from being side swiped by a school bus and it looks amazing! After dealing with the bus companies insurance and doing the run around Angie made the experience 10�better! I got text updates every day and they also cleaned the outside and inside of my car for me. Best auto body place I have every been to!

I had a vehicle run into t he back end of my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Approx. $4,000 .00 damage. Thru Geico Ins. I had repair done at ABRA in Red Wing,MN. Used them to fix up my truck after an accident. It took a little longer than I was hoping (Granted I had no idea how busy they were), but they went out of their way to get me a rental car and covered the cost.Truck looks great, and they were always easy to talk to on the phone. Abra received the vehicle for an insurance claim. They communicated everything. One of the parts were back ordered from the dealer. They rushed the job as soon as they got the part in. I went in to Abra in Red Wing to get a minor auto body repair done. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Their shop is in good order. I was satisfied with the quality of my repair. Overall, they exceeded my expectations. If I need an auto body repair in the future, I'll be headed to Abra.

It will be done in one week. Fair enough. Nope, damage was worse than we though. We re looking at two weeks. Understandable. You don t always know based on initial assessments.[Two weeks goes by] It will be done Wednesday at 5:00 pm. [I drive five hours to Red Wing to pick up vehicle at 5:30 pm.] Nope, still not done. Will be done sometime tonight. When? I don t know. And I still have to drive five hours to get home and back to work tomorrow.

Angie, is a rockstar dealing with insurance companies, car came back looking new, can't say enough about them 10 star.Unfortunately I was getting ready to trade the car before the hail damage and traded the car the same day I got it back, but I'm sure the new owner will love the Malibu just as much as I did. I almost wanted to keep it but had already put a deposit down on my new Buick and signed the paperwork.
