I m so impressed with everything! From the minute I walked in the door I felt this shop was different. You can tell they re focused on the customers experience. Then they started working on our vehicle and I m blown away. They sent us the most comprehensive breakdown of the state of our vehicle I ve ever seen! I felt like I was in control with information to make my decisions on what to invest in. They had my car back to me in less than 24 hours and it needed a complicated fix. They have loaner vehicles available if you need another vehicle while yours is being repaired. The car is running perfectly after their attention. I highly recommend that you consider giving them your business. I ll by a returning client with multiple vehicles! I m grateful to have found a trustworthy company and I am confident you ll feel the same way too!

First time having my car serviced here and will definitely keep coming back. The workers were extremely nice and provided tips and suggestions but weren't pushy on anything. Pro Service treated me as a person and not just another dollar bill going in their pocket. I loved the service they provided.

Generations in my family have brought vehicles to Pro Service for years. Never a complaint from any family member. This time, all I brought my car in for was a diagnosis. Jessica and all Pro Service employees went above and beyond in all their time and efforts (for days) for my simple request to know what was wrong with my car. 10/10 service, everyone is so friendly and super accommodating! As a person who doesn't have much car knowledge, it can be intimidating when you have to bring it in for work - that is not the case at this shop. I could tell from my first point of contact when calling and scheduling my appointment that they genuinely care about their customers and providing good services for them. They're thorough with inspections, the communication is outstanding and I love the online system they use for communicating the inspection sheet....complete with comments and pictures/videos of things that may need attention. I'll be back again for any future auto repairs! - Special shout out to Jon and Mike - very friendly and easy going guys who have made my Repair process a lot less stressful than it could have been! Can't thank the crew enough for the amazing service all around!

Really glad we decided to bring our vehicle to Pro Service Automotive. Adam and John were great to work with. The communication was really good and they even came in under their estimate. We ran into a frustrating issue with our Jeep. The guys at Pro Service Automotive were much better to work with than the dealership. We'll definitely come back to Pro Service with any vehicle issues.

Our battery had died and our car was towed to Pro Service. We d never been here before, but I ll be back. They contacted me immediately, provided options, and asked what I was looking for. They ran all diagnostics to determine it was only the battery, and the repair was completed within 2 hours of the car s arrival. We won t hesitate using Pro Service in the future.

The team at Pro Service is very professional and I have been trusting them with my automotive repairs for several years now. I love how you get a detailed report with photos after the initial inspection and they walk you through the critical items and are honest about what may be able to wait a bit longer. I will continue to bring my vehicles here and recommend them to others. Way better to support a local business than to go to an expensive dealership or major chain.Update 3/23/23: This business is absolutely amazing and their manager, Jon, is a superstar. I ve been taking one of my used vehicles that I ve owned for 6 years now to them the entire time I ve owned it. Today, less than 24 hours before a family vacation and road-trip, they quickly got me in to diagnose a bad radiator, switched some mechanics around to fit me in, and had the entire repair complete in less than 4 hours. I had my vehicle back home and resuming being packed the same day. Amazing customer service, simply amazing!!!Update 9/11/23: We continue to get amazing service from Jon and his team. The staffing at Pro Service Auto is amazingly friendly, very knowledgeable and straight forward with their customers. Can be totally trusted to do only what is necessary to be done to your vehicle and you can be rest assured that it will be done correctly. Highly recommended!!

Great experience, first time customer. I felt respected, educated, and well taken care of. Great communication and electronic reporting system. Reasonable prices. No upselling, shady practices, or mysterious happenings with my car afterward. They heard my concerns as a customer and responded to them very well. I'll be going back!

Pleasant as usual. They checked ou the car and did a full assessment, even though there was no time for repairs as the car was heading back to Tennessee for a few months. We opted to bring it back for repairs upon its return.

I always have good experiences here. Honestly, this is the only place in the Prior Lake area that I ll take my cars to for anything more than an oil change. The service is friendly and helpful, prices are fair and the techs do good work.

It was Easter weekend. We had a problem with our f-150 and dropped off the truck at 2pm not expecting to see the truck again till Monday or Tuesday. Jon clears the decks and got right on the repair and had it back to us by 4:30 Much appreciated!

This place is awesome! They are so understanding of ALL customer types. We are beyond particular about my truck and have mechanics in our family so yikes. They even had my husband supervise them working on it our 1st time in. They took the extra time to make sure we were happy with the work AND even took us back for other work that has been needed. Everyone there is extremely friendly, and it is easy to get in for whatever your needs are. ProService has been my preferred local shop for almost a decade now. Every time we call we get our car in almost right away. Returning customer here, never left a review but this time it felt warranted. I had my car towed in over the weekend and was anticipating the worst news, head gasket or possible engine replacement. Jon and his team looked at my car and deemed it to be something as simple as a coil plug and even swapped a sensor for me on a one nights notice. Love the team here! Jon and everyone at Pro Service who my wife and I interacted with were extremely friendly and communicative the entire time. We came to them to get the power sliding door on our Toyota Sieena fixed and Jon and crew made the process seamless and painless.
