After getting lime stain and debris on my black Chevy Colorado after parking in the ramp at the MPLS airport I scratched my paint finish getting the material removed. Brad gave me a quote to sand, buff and polish and if that didn t work to repaintMy trucks hood. MPLS airport was paying. Brad got the work done timely and at half what his bid proposal was forBuffing and polishing. Great crew over there.

Worst experience I've had at any business in a long time. Owner tried to strong arm me into paying extra for a repair we'd already agreed on price for. He looked at the truck and we agree on $550 to fix part of the tailgate on my truck. Then he called me later and said there were a couple of other small dents that needed to be repaired and the price was now $850. If I didn't want to pay that I'd have to pay to put the tailgate back together. He had ample opportunity to see the damage before they did any work. And the other dings were clearly visible and very minor and on the one small panel they were already working on. There's no way that it would have taken more than 20 minutes to address those other issues as well. Again, he was perfectly able to see these items when we first discussed the price.This was one small repair that I was going to pay cash for at the same time they were doing $12,000 of insurance work after I hit a deer. The other repairs were of average quality. I would not take a really nice vehicle there. There a lot of imperfections on the paint, especially the hood. It's probably not the technician's fault, just below average facilities.He was extremely unpleasant on the phone about the whole thing. Customer service is very poor. I will never go there again.

Brad and his team are friendly and do quality work. They have helped me out a few times when my vehicles run across a deer, and I am always impressed with the finished product and the customer service.

worst place ever. Brad tried to scam my insurance company. He wrote up parts that were returned to ford but billed out . He then polished my truck hood, leaving swirl marks every place and told us that is what happens when you polish! HaHaHa, what an idiot!

Brad and his receptionist need to work on their customer service skills. They both made me feel like I was inconveniencing them at times when all I had were questions and trying to gain understanding of the auto body repair options and process from start to finish. The actual work on my vehicle was satisfactory. Thank You. Also when I read other reviews about getting car back cleaner inside and out I didn t get any of that level of service. Thanks for the work on the vehicle and free bag of chips they give you I guess but all you need to do is ask the customer in a sincere way, is there anything we could have done better ? I would recommend you shop around before you move forward with this shop.Quality of repair is fine, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had to call the shop for updates (they never called me). I spoke with Brad (owner) about my repaired, when I asked questions about details, and questioned why the repair is taking so long, he was very short with me, he did not care that I am without my car, and he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him with my questions...not a pleasant experience.It took almost 2 months (damaged car end of May and appointment was July 31st) for me to get an appointment to address the scratches and dent on my door. I called multiple times prior to my appointment to ensure they purchased all the parts they need for the repair (plenty of time to properly plan for the repair). The receptionist I spoke to ensured me everything was ready for my car to arrive...it wasn't.They told me I would be without my car for 1-2 weeks. That seems too long to go without a car. It actually took 3 weeks (picked up car August 18th) . They did not preorder parts for my car and told me the parts they did order would not work. They did not care that I am without my car for 3 weeks and was very short with me every time I called for an update.At one point I was so frustrated with the customer service that I was close to pulling my car and taking it to another shop.My repair is done and the quality of work is fine. However, I am never using this shop again.

ProFinishers was very easy to work with from start to finish. I hit a deer and they were able to get me in for an assessment right away. They worked with my insurance to iron out all of the details and the process was seamless. My car looks amazing and they even detailed it which I wasn t expecting (but was a very pleasant surprise). Needed a topper on my pickup but had damage to the front of the truck bed by the cab. Stopped by with no appointment and they were able to look at the truck, said if I could leave it they may be able to get it in that day (a friday), they did get it done, charged a very reasonable price. The topper will go on without an issue of leaking so thank you for the top notch service.

I brought my truck in to have the windshield replaced and it was so smooth, Brad and his team was great and my truck came back cleaner than when I brought it in!

Brad, the owner of Pro Finishers was wonderful to work with and the shop did a top notch job on the body work of my front and rear bumper. Brad communicated with me with all updates and worked with the insurance company to get everything taken care of. He would stay later after hours to accommodate to my work schedule if needed. When I received my car back I was floored how beautiful it looked again!! His team detailed the inside and out!!! I was so impressed. Sarah was amazing to work with too. She is always SO nice and helpful. Brad really has a great shop that deserves 6 stars, but there are only 5 ;-)

Very nice and professional group. You can tell Brad takes pride in his company and his employees, as they will go out of their way to help you out. The estimate they gave was spot on, so there was no arguing with the insurance. The work done on my truck looks amazing, they even buffed out a scratch for me! I would definitely recommend Brad Hanson s Pro Finishers!

HIGHLY recommend this business!As a woman, I have too often been spoken down to and financially taken advantage of by other auto shops but NOT at Profinishers! After experiencing a spin-out on black ice this winter and sustaining damage to my front bumper due to hitting a guardrail, I was looking to have repairs completed quickly and affordably (I am currently a student and have a limited income). After voicing to the staff at Profinishers what I was hoping could be done to fix my vehicle, I was very kindly advised on what repairs were most essential (saving me money). Though a very busy season in regards to autobody work, Profinishers scheduled my repairs over a month SOONER than thier nearby competitors and made sure I got the best deals on parts. When it came time for pick-up, I was beyond thrilled by the final repairs! They completely and perfectly restored what was requested to be repaired and more! I had put off washing my vehicle in fear of damaging it further and had planned to wash it after pick-up but the staff at Profinishers had already done so for me, along with cleaning the interior!The fair and kind treatment I received, along with the attention to detail this business prioritizes, literally made me weep in gratitude. Thank you for treating me so well and providing EXCEPTIONAL services! I couldn't recommend this business more!

I am a real perfectionist with my cars, they need to be in mint condition or I'm not a happy camper. I damaged my truck and took it to Brad. Every aspect of the experience was far and away the best I've ever had with an auto body shop. Brad offered me a loaner to use while he had my truck, kept me informed of how the repairs were progressing and went above and beyond the call to make my experience astonishingly positive. The work on the truck was incredible. My truck looks better than new. I highly recommend that you take your vehicle to Brad if you ever need body repairs. I will never work with anyone else ever again, Brad and his team are THAT good!

ProFinishers is an outstanding body shop. I have been a loyal customer since Brad took ownership. The expert craftsmen he has on staff are remarkable! They are precise, professional and have that discerning eye for perfection. Brad is an honest, hard working, generous businessman and employer. Dean has been Brad s 1st mate since 1996. That in itself is truly amazing and speaks volumes to Brad s character.ProFinishers has worked on our 1955 Chevy race car, our 2007 Kodiak, a HUGE hauler bed, all my children s vehicles and of course, The All Mighty Chrysler that has seen the inside of that shop more times than I care to admit. He s painted wheel rims, add on stuff for our trailer, metal posts - big or small, Brad tackles it all!!!I always feel welcome and one of the family when I deal with Brad and Crew. I trust them entirely with my vehicles and know without a doubt, they will handle every detail. When insurance claims are a factor, Brad makes everything as painless as possible, dealing direct with the agency. He takes away any anxiety and gives me peace that I m in capable hands.I used to worry about how I d get around without my trusted Chrysler but Brad s fleet of loaner cars are in excellent shape and they are many to choose from; small, mid-size, vans and SUVs. When I picked up my car after its latest maintenance visit, his staff was busily detailing my car and touching up any rock chips they could see. WOW!!!! You can t go wrong with ProFinishers!

It was pleasure to have business with these guys, they handled all the hassle with insurance and did a great job repairing my car. Alec was great at explaining all the details and answering questions I had. They cleaned the interior also, which was a nice addition to their job . Got some body work done there. It was 8/10 the only thing missing was a few spots where the paint they used didn t match. The owner also showed me how to change my brakes but told me to use the old brackets because it s better to keep as much original hardware as possible so I had so many problems with the old brackets rubbing on my rotors and what not causing a annoying squeaking noise. I tried clipping the squeakers but eventually just completely changed the brakes again by myself and did a better job than him. Other than that they did a good job on the body work.

Brad Hanson's Pro Finishers Auto Body does top of the line work, reasonably priced, detail oriented, honest, and a pleasure to work with every time! They even offer a free loaner car during repair. My cars have always been completed in a timely fashion. I have used them several times and is the only place I bring my car for auto body repair. I have recommended them to friends, family and even strangers. Always the best service all the way around! We ve unfortunately have hit 3 deer in 14 months with 2 separate vehicles. Two of those hits almost totaled the vehicles (and F-150 and an MDX).Pro Finishers did an outstanding job each and every time. They were extremely good to work with and incredibly professional and helpful. They also kept me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle through texts and pictures. And they worked seamlessly with my insurance.Although you never want to go to a body shop, I couldn t recommend them more highly if you have to.

While the car was delivered a couple days later than promised, it was not their fault. GM sent wrong parts. Other than that I m very happy with the service. There's a reason Pro Finisher's has all 5-star reviews! I picked up my '09 Honda Accord, and it looked BRAND NEW!!! Staff are very helpful and friendly, work is impeccable. When I got in my car, they even DETAILED the inside of my car (standard procedure for them!) and helped me with their loaner car while mine was being worked on. Can't speak highly enough of them!!!

I have used Profinishers service several times. They have done excellent work so far. Mr. Brad Hanson is a honest business owner and he tries anyway he can to meet customer s needs. Outstanding service! Our car went in for some exterior body work and it came back like a brand new car both interior and exterior! They even patched a spot of chipped paint completely unrelated to the damage being fixed that they found themselves. Brad & team are always wonderful to work with!

Brad and his team do absolutely outstanding work. They make the process of collision repair and the insurance claim process smooth and easy at a time that is very difficult and stressful for most people. They were able to get me in right away and had a rental vehicle available for a good price. Rental was not 100% with poor air and slipping transmission. My vehicle took 3 weeks and towards the end I had to get involved with my insurance and pro finishers to get my truck back due to a supplemental that I was not communicated about so I ended up paying the supplemental to get my truck backThe work done was excellent but it took too long and I had to be a go between for both companies due to poor communication.

I didn't know who to call for body work after our recent accident. I asked our oil change service provider and they recommended Profinishers right away. I called them up and they got me in very quickly, got me a loaner car within a couple days, and got my vehicle back quickly. We had to wait for the insurance company for a couple days to approve a supplement, but then work resumed and we got our van back. I thought for sure they had painted the entire vehicle because the paint matched so perfectly! They did great! The only bummer is that a couple days later I was driving my van up an icy hill and I slipped off the edge and I scraped the brand new painted fender and scratched my door, etc. Bleh! I stopped by and showed Brad (owner) and they got it buffed out and repainted for next to nothing. Thanks again, guys! I would definitely recommend.They only thing I would say is that if it is an insurance job, (as the customer, not talking about Profinishers) do your part to stay on top of the insurance company to make sure they keep things moving on their end. You can authorize Profinishers to handle all the final insurance payments/supplements, but it still makes a big difference to have the customer call the insurance company and get things moving. I took my SUV IN to have some frontend damage fixed.From the time I contacted profinishers I was treated withRESPECT & PROFESSIONALISM & My vehicle was repaired andReturned in perfect condition in timely manner.I would also like to say my vehicle was returned and exceptionally well cleaned condition is though I had a professional detail shop take care of it I was very impressed with the cleanliness and how well my vehicle look inside and out when I got it back. THANKS TO KATIE The person in charge of the detail center!!!

We had 2 vehicles crash into 1 of our work vans during the winter. I called Brad to see about getting it all taken care of. We were helped with scheduling our appointment, and had the work done quickly!! I didn't have to do anything with insurance, Pro Finishers took care of it for me. We were in and out as planned, just the way I like to be treated! They did a great! job, can't even see where it was damaged anymore.

Awesome as usual, Brad the owner is the most positive up front person with Awesome people skills. If I need auto body done profinishers is where it's at with quality work, wouldn't go anywhere else, Thank you Brad and team for Awesome past, Present and future work, there is no ""I"" in team work there.
