Had them do some paint work and it turned out great without breaking the bank. They focus on quality over efficiency so it will probably take a little bit longer than other shops so keep that in mind. Overall they are definitely worth the time and money.

I would give them 10 Stars if I could. I Had a Fender Bender - Used the other guys Insurance - They handled the Claim, Estimate, and repair pain free and in a timely manner. One very important item for me - Ray's provides you with a Loaner Vehicle through them if needed. They are very friendly and will take care of you. They understand how important your car is to you and how much of a hassle it can be to go through an accident. The experience they have make this as painless as possible.

I have had awesome service using Ray's. They came and rescued me when I just about lost my gas tank. They did great work after a collision and are the most polite and courteous body shop I know of. I highly recommend using rays.

This was my first experience with this company. I was recommended to them by my mechanic. Since I didn't know all the details of the problem, they asked if they could call the mechanic to find out what was wrong with my truck. They called right away and found out what was wrong, and then gave me a quote. Since the owners were so helpful, I scheduled some other work that needed to be done. I got my truck back when they said it would be done and it was cleaner than when I brought it in.The cool thing was, I even got a thank you card. To me, the small things matter! Ray's auto body took great care of me and gave me a great price too. Make sure you go to Ray's, you won't be sorry!!

This is my second time I have used Ray s and for the second time they have exceeded expectations!I have had several body shop experiences in my life and discovered body shops are like making a cake. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU WILL GET UNTIL IT S DONE! Recently I had Ray s do some major restoration work on an old Suburban, it turned out absolutely beautiful! I would never consider taking a vehicle anywhere else!I highly recommend Ray s Auto Body to everyone!Thanks Ray s!Steve

Very happy with this shop. Quick turn-around, awesome customer service and they did an awesome job. I will definitely go back for anything I ever need in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto body repair shop.

We unfortunately sustained hail damage on our car this past summer and didn't even hesitate to pick Ray's as our repair shop. We've been customers of Ray's ever since he's been in business. We knew he had retired and sold the business but looked at reviews and thought we would still go that route. Work was to start on September 10th. On September 26 I was called by Enterprise to tell me that the insurance company will no longer be covering my rental because it was taking too long. On Oct 2nd I picked up my vehicle. My neighbor drove my car and followed me to Enterprise. He gets out of the car and tells me it's idling really fast. I get in and put the car in gear and it just takes off. I pull over and find that the car mat is over the gas pedal. I fix that and take off and notice the wind noise is so bad you can't hear anyone in the car. I bring it back in and they have to fix the sunroof that they reinstalled incorrectly. Oct 8th I take it in to dealership for maintenance and they find I have no tail lights and no brake lights. I also had no radio and two dome lights on the roof didn't work. So back up to Ray's. I had to once again leave my car there. Lights were blown because battery wasn't disabled before welding. Radio antenna had two wires that they disconnected and only reconnected one. They didn't even offer to reimburse me for the lights I had to replace. I've never been so disappointed in a business. Not even going to go into how dirty my car was when I picked it up.

They're awesome they've done good work on many vehicles in the past so I didn't hesitate when my new f150 got smacked up they even put on extra lights for me nice people they're highly recommend

My experience with Ray's is not so good. It is taking them more days than expected. It's been over two weeks. They do not keep me informed of what's happening and what the delay is. I always have to contact them for information and then different people give me conflicting information. If I worked in Princeton I would go and see for myself if my car is in fact in the shop being worked on - but I work out of town and they are closed by the time I get back. I'm just hoping when they finally are done with my car that it is worth the wait.

We wanted new paint for our 2007' Pacifica, a new windshield and new chrome grill's. We got all that and more. They polished the yellow out of the headlights,did a great job with the paint and clear coat, checked the engine mounts(there is a problem with some of the cars) and found bad rust in the running board frame around the rear doors. One they were able to replace , the other they had to manufacture . No point in new paint if the door frames are going to rust out.All in all , the team at Ray's Auto Body did an exceptional job! We Highly Recommend Them.
