I brought my truck in because I was having a major issue with it. I got a call and they told me I needed new lifters and a possible cam shaft and wanted to charge me close to $8000 for it. I brought it home and dug into it more and found that a had a plugged cat causing the issue. I got all 3 cats replaced and the truck runs perfect again. I will never bring another vehicle here again even for recall work or oil changes.

Had a fantastic experience shopping here! Worked with Nate, and he did a great job making the buying experience smooth and simple! Matt Holien was amazing to work with!! We gave him very specific details and he nailed them to a tee he found EXACTLY what I wanted in a timely manner!! Bonus facts my husband asked to tint my windows and Matt had it done quick before I picked up & he didn t let us even pay for that!! Our finance guy at our bank also told us he was super awesome to work with and he d totally work with him again!

Bruce was great to work with. We had been waiting for a new truck. A different truck came in the meantime. Bruce thought of us and gave us a call. Thanks to that we were able to purchase without waiting any longer.

It was great bruce had the paperwork done before we got there so in a little over a half an hour we were in our new truck and on our way everyone there was friendly and nice and they will get the first chance to sell me my next new vehicle and I would definitely recommend others interested in a chevy to go give them a look see.

Very professional and friendly. Matt and Carl looked for additional incentives as we were returning GM customers. They did have one of the vehicles we were looking for, otherwise they were willing to check their other dealerships to help meet our needs.

I have already been telling people about this dealership, the customer service, dealing, everything was excellent. I personally work sales and strive to keep the feel of our dealership exactly like this dealership feels. Personable people, happy customers it was a pleasure doing business there. 10/10 recommend. So disappointed with a oil change. Is it so hard to stay on time .should only take about 20 minutes I was there for an hour .other places can do the job in 20 minutes.. I guess my time isn't worth anything

We have been to Princeton Auto, twice in about 2 months for new vehicles. I cannot express how great our experiences have been. What an incredible team!! So patient, thorough and willing to help in any way. I have never been treated so well at a car dealership. They made you feel like a friend and not just a customer. Just such a welcoming environment! We will always be back and tell everyone to come to Princeton Auto!

Alex and Dustin are always very polite and listen to what I have to say about my truck. They genuinely care about my safety and always make sure my truck is safe and go that extra mile to let me know what is important to fix and what can wait. They never try to get you to spend extra money if it s not needed, and I appreciate that as a single mom.

The team at Princeton Auto takes great care of us! They helped us order a car and kept us updated on the progress. When the car arrived, they processed it quickly through their system, got it all cleaned up and ready for us to take it home immediately! They gave us a great deal on our trade in and made the whole process very enjoyable!

Bruce and Dave are great. Honest, accommodating, efficient and go above and beyond. I have had bad experiences at other dealerships so appreciate what they do. I normally take the sticker of the dealership off my vehicles however I have left Princeton Auto on. Almost my whole family buy from Dave and Bruce. They are the reason I come back.

Had some side damage from a deer running into us repaired. We were told it would take about a week to do the repair and that was how long it took. The work looks great and I am vert happy with the results.

Oil had leaked onto the garage floor. Called the dealership and they could get me in for service after lunch. They diagnosed the problem--loose oil filter. They tightened it and sent me on my way. So appreciative for accommodating my concern so quickly. Great service crew!

Alex and the service department are the best. Always polite and let s me know if there is any recalls and fixes it right away. Along with the best oil changes! Princeton auto center is always a good experience!!
