They're always helpful, find me the information I need, and ask/answer the questions I didn't know I was missing. It IS the closest to home, but out of the 7-10 on my daily drive to work, I still go to this one if at all possible.

My car was overheating so I went to O'Reilly in Princeton. I bought some anti-freeze, oil, funnels but then Ron from O'Reilly's told me to return it, as the fluids were fine and sent me to an auto shop and told me to tell them Ron sent me and they diagnosed what was wrong right away! Not too many stores have employees that are so kind, knowledgeable, helpful and honest! I highly recommend you shop there!

Worse customer service I ever experienced was at this store. They mixed paint for me two years ago so I called and asked if someone could match my paint. I was told that only one person knows how to do it. I asked if it could be done and I was told yes if I arrived before 5 pm. This store is 40 mins away one way. When I arrived on a rainy Friday afternoon at 2 pm I was told mixing paint could not be done because the one person who can do it is too busy with paperwork. I then asked for the Manager. He told me he is the person who does paint and he is too busy. I was very upset since I was told it could be done and I wasted over one hour driving to Princeton for nothing. His name was Jason. Four people are standing around and can t assist! Don t bother with this store. If you need paint check out the Buffalo store- excellent customer service and very quick.

They didn't have my online order ready in an hour and a half so I just showed up. Very nice associate apologized and then filled my order right away. Normally would still be a 2 or 3 star but they where really busy so I'll give them a 4. Only second time going and first time was a battery core return. Wasn't good but was only a few minute interaction

The workers are friendly, store is clean, they usually have what I need, or I can order it and I get it in a short time. Prices are usually lower than other auto stores. All good!

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Helped me change the bulb in my headlight. Walked and talk me through it so I can do it myself if needed in the future!

I always appreciate the help that the staff give here. I let them know what I need/ or looking for. They go find it and have me rung up and out there in a few minutes. Thanks, guys, for always helping out this wife on errands for her hubby!

Micheal was great! I needed a quart of oil for my vehicle and he searched which was the best choice and even put it in for me! I was so grateful since I needed oil to hold me over until my oil change. It s nice to have honest nice people that you encounter in life. Thanks again!

I'm sure it was just the time of day I was there, but there was a line of at least 7 people waiting with only 2 sales staff there to assist. Once my turn the staff was very helpful and I got what I needed very quickly. Store was clean and appeared well stocked with a large variety of different parts and accessories to work with a multitude of vehicles.

There is one employee that I met who went up and over the top with his excellent customer service. Bill at the O'Reilly auto in Princeton was outstanding. I live far from the location I had to travel to them to get a part in emergency for our company. I was extremely pleased with how I was treated. He is a very respectful man and I hope his employment treats him well for what he's worth. Thank you!

Kayla is awesome! I work on my own vehicles and as a female going into a parts store oftentimes males will talk you into Parts you don't need or tools you don't need and Kayla she knew exactly what I was talking about and what I needed. I just spent 20 minutes at another part store in the area and they couldn't find it nor did they know what I was talking about

I get oil and filters for my cars. Great service and prices. The one thing I wish they d do is get a chart or way to see what oil filter fits my car out of the various brands they stock. I had to ask at the counter. I ll be back

Went in the store to get an item that the website said was in stock, The first person to help me was "Frank" a respectful and polite employee. When he and I could not find the item we asked another employee at the counter for some assistance, "Tim" who was very condescending and rude to his coworker and me. Telling us we did not look and that it was there on the shelf!! He did not offer to help us, I had to ask him to show us just where we might find said part. With a very reluctant and arrogant attitude he led us down the aisle to where Frank and I had just looked and pointed to products that were not even close to what we told him we where looking for. I explained to him again the item I was interested in and he just kept saying its right there, referring to product that do not even come close. Because of his self righteous stubborn headed demeanor I will never again set foot in that store and will tell everyone I know the area about my experience there. The only reason i was able to give the 2 stars is because "Frank" was a great guy. It's to bad to see one bad apple "Tim" spoil the bushel.

Could not figure out why my dome light would not work. Was helped purchasing a bulb, of course, but when I found out it wasn t the bulb or a fuse. I asked if someone could possibly take a look or give an option, I was told to take it to a shop. But if I PURCHASE something such as wiper blades or a battery, they will help hands on then. Then I asked politely again, with a more detailed question about or if someone could help fuse related, Jennifer, who was rude, said I thought you already checked the fuse. No willingness to help even hear me out. But I called saint francis and they didn t hesitate to say bring it in and we ll see. The dismissiveness and reluctance to even offer anything besides taking it to a dealership was off putting enough for me to never go back. Thanks JEN! Don t waste your time, don t give your money. Not my first bad experience. All thumbs down.

Family was stranded overnight. O'Reillys was only 1 of 2 places in the state to have the part. We were very fortunate the previous customer didn't want his order. Thank you Ryan and Jeremy.

Called in the morning for a chunk of exhaust pipe and band clamps a odd size. Was told it would be there by 215 if they ordered it. Called at 215 and was told it didn t make the truck; because they hadn t ordered it in time and never did order the band clamps and asked if the next size smaller would work. Had to drive to Cambridge NAPA to get the parts I needed. Since I needed parts ASAP to get a friend passing through town up and running. This oreillys used to be good now it seems like the worst parts store in town.

I just spent 20 Minutes in store after driving 15 minutes to get here to get brake pads and I called ahead ! Just to listen to their phone ring entire time I waited and get told that they don't have ANY of the brakes pads I was told were in stock!What a HUGH waste of TIME! Thank you for Nothing !

Ordered a muffler on Thursday . Supposed to pick up Friday @ 9am . They called me and said it was in. Got there they couldn't find it. Talked to the manager on Monday. It never got ordered.
