Branden at North Motors Inc. Sold us a 2015 Q5 TDI and we couldn t be happier with the car! Branden was very helpful and up front with everything he knew about the vehicles condition and had no issues with me Scanning the vehicle for stored Faults with VCDS Pro. His relaxed Demeanor made the entire process feel like purchasing a car from a friend. I Would definitely Recommend North Motors to people looking for used Vehicles.

Nice looking vehicle, I test drove the vehicle, it had a slight shutter I figured it would be fixable cheep. I bought the thing. Made a bad decision on this purchase, the transmission went out on the way home. Remember, if you buy from North Motors... Your buying a vehicle AS-IS no warranty.My loss.. cheep prices don't alway mean good deal.A rebuilt transmission 5500.00New transmission 7500.00There is a transmission shop next store to sellers location.Beware!!

Left the same review on Facebook, but wanted to share here as well since not everyone may see the Facebook reviews.Bought a 2011 Ford Edge from NMI. Great guy to work with and he didn t try to hide any issues with the vehicle. The check engine light was off at the time I test drove it. I noticed in the pictures he had on the ad it was on, but before I could mention it he had actually mentioned the light had been on previously for Evap and O2 codes (nothing major). It did come back on later for me but again was no major issue.He had no problem letting me take the vehicle for a good test drive prior to buying and letting me take my time looking everything over as I wanted to be sure it was a good car that wouldn t need any major/immediate repairs. He was very quick to respond to all my messages/questions and had a flexible schedule to allow for me to come look at it and then again the next day when I ended up coming back to buy it after other vehicles I looked at didn t work out.A couple days later it did overheat (turned out to be bad cooling fans which I was able to easily replace). It was sold as-is but still wanted to send him a message just to let him know of the issue. Again he had no problem responding to me quickly and working through it with me as I worked to find the cause of the overheat condition. I didn t expect anything in return as it was sold as-is, I had simply wanted to provide him the feedback to let him know it had an issue so soon, even if it ended up being pretty minor.I appreciate your honesty and professionalism throughout both the buying and browsing processes! NMI seems to be a very honest used car dealer which is unlike most others, and I d happily buy from here again if I found the need to. Since installing replacement cooling fans the vehicle has had no further issues and I ve already put over 1,200 miles on it within the past week of owning it. Even had I not bought a car from here, just the browsing experience alone was also much better than most other used dealerships! I was glad I found NMI as I had spent the last few days and many hours driving to various places to look at used cars (both dealer and private party sales). I just couldn t find a vehicle that was either worthy/didn t need all kinds of repairs or that was in my budget. Fortunately NMI came through on both of those things for me! This car was just a bit over my initial budget but we were able to reach an agreement on a fair price so I was able to make it work without having to finance anything extra.

We've all have our horror stories of used car dealerships. My experience with Brandon (owner & sole person) was not what I expected. His transparency, honesty, & communication are A+. The level of respect he showed towards me and my situation was a breathe of fresh air compared to other used car experiences. My drive is over an hour away. It was well worth the trip. Very fair on price both ways (trade in + what I took home). Next time im looking for a vehicle this will be the first place I look. Thank you again for a great experience!

I purchased a BMW X5 from Branden at North Motors a few months ago, and I can t say enough about the experience. Branden gave me top dollar for my trade in, sold me an amazing car at a fair price, and provided excellent service. Even after the sale, Branden was always happy to answer any question I had. The guy even bought me a beer when I saw him on the golf course. Turns out the dude is a terrible golfer but he s one hell of a car salesman!

Just purchased an older Audi A4 from Branden at North Motors Inc. and I am more than happy with the entire process. He was very transparent and went out of his way to make my first car-buying experience a great one. A genuinely good guy who will go the extra mile to help out his customers. Not to mention, he offered me a fair price for the vehicle and even recommended a great mechanic in the cities as I had to make the hour-long trek north to go see him. I would recommend Branden to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.

Branden was very helpful and kept to is word of holding the Audi Q5 for me while I rally to get me payment aligned. He drove from home twice in a single day to make our deal happen. I would recommend North Motors to friends and family.

Absolutely wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from North Motors. Branden is an amazing person who went above and beyond what is expected of a car dealer, even after we purchased the vehicle. To no fault of his own, our Audi was missing a bumper part and he not only communicated with me to ensure I was happy with the purchase, he ordered the part for us at no charge. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, you'll never find a more fair or honest person as this guy.

Sold me the vehicle on 12/23 despite the holidays made himself available so our schedules could allow the sell. Has always responded immediately and professionally even today when he's out of town. First time buying a car, ended up having a really good experience and I was absolutely stoked for the Audi A6 I bought. He knew a good amount about the car mechanically that I was there to buy, which made me feel comfortable going through with the process. All done in relaxed setting as well.

Awesome experience, no pressure nice hand picked vehicles, Branden was very courteous and knowledgeable. He let me know of anything wrong and was very up front and transparent. I enjoyed my 2 times there as I had come back after looking around elsewhere.Very happy with my purchase.

Picked up an SQ5 over the weekend from Branden, absolutely in love with the vehicle, great customer service there at this dealer I was able to walk in and walk out with the car in a matter of a hour. Great financing options available if you're looking to go that route. Overall had a fantastic experience working with NorthMotorsInc.

They were amazing and so very helpful with me and my mom for purchasing me my very first car in my name words cannot express how much I appreciate them helping me be able to get the car I always wanted and be able to have it financed under my name to build my credit is huge especially since I just was starting out in credit I was still able to get my favorite car a Audi and they also are able to find the right car for you so it s not just what they have on their website or inventory and I love how fast he was at messaging and responding to me and how helpful he and his wife was with clarifying all my questions and answering them they were able to get it done for me they were incredible people and I cannot wait to see how big they will become as a company in the next 5-10 years and also I was missing my I d for a few weeks and thinking I lost it forever I look in the mail and see I had left it there they mailed it right back they are very amazing people and I think anyone who s looking for a car with good credit bad or just beginning should definitely come to this married duo s dealership they are the most honest and trustworthy dealership owners in the state in my mind with full clarity on every question I asked about the vehicle and the Audi I got didn t even have any rust or scratches truly pristine condition just like their service I even forgot to say they washed my car right before I purchased it. Truly amazing people and I wish more blessings for them to come! And can t wait to purchase my second car from you guys after I finish paying this car off!

We bought a Jetta Sportwagen TDi here and we're very happy with the transaction. The price was fair, we were told everything that we needed to know about the car before driving 4 hours (honest disclosure is very impressive) and the car was exactly what we expected it to be. Better yet, the owner is very knowledgeable with German cars and doesn't BS you. I've already told a few friends and will point people here/return when I'm in the market again

After looking and talking to half a dozen car dealerships, I called Brian at North Motors Inc. He had some great vehicles and the best part was he has amazing customer service. He text and called me to answer all my questions promptly, it was great. I drove away in a great car the next day. Thank you North Motors Inc.

Branden is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the choice vehicles they have to offer. Helpful with the entire buying process start to finish no games or gimmicks and very transparent and easy to talk to. Hope to see them continue to elevate their status and reputation.

I know the owner is going to be here shortly to call me a liar.Purchased a 2010 Audi Quattro from him, drove it back home, and then the car would not start again. Assuming it was a starter issue, I had it towed to a repair shop. Repair shop informed me that the engine is seized and I need a new engine.By the time I called the dealer about it, a weekend had passed before the repair shop had looked at it, and at that point I had had the car for 6 days (he says 8, but doesn't matter)I called the dealer, he said it's impossible, I don't know what i'm talking about, i'm a liar, oh and I was just informed by him that he records ALL conversations he has, creepy and illegal.During one of the conversations, he stated that "if I bought back every car this happened to, I would be out of business" so apparently this happens to him on a regular basis.I even offered to go halfway on the repair with him, since it is possible it was a fluke deal.His argument is that I declined the warranty, and bought it as is. Which he is telling the truth about, but come on, A DAY?????You think as a dealer you would want to be selling cars that last more than a day, but whatever, it's his reputation.EDIT: (Response to owner)If the Euro shop is the one your "buddy" owns, then yeah, I'm sure I would have gotten an amazing deal, what a joke.I'm stuck paying a loan for a faulty car you sold me, if you are so confident that I have no idea what i'm doing, and it can be easily fixed, then buy it back from me, and sell it again to someone else.The last conversation I had with you, you said "then sue me" and hung up.
