I choose going to Napa in town over any others because they have always been so helpful, honest, friendly and have looked for my best deals vs quality. Recommend highly!

When I had a problem with my air compressor, I went in to see if they could help. The man who helped was so kind to come out to my car and was able to fix it quickly. That kindness and help certainly made my day better. Thank you!

Went there for a headlight a few minutes ago & wasn t sure which one I needed, so the gentleman working came out & put in the light for me! Absolutely exceptional customer service. Thank you!

Needed belt Did not have so they said would have by 9:00 next day . Did not arrive at store till 3:00 with out any calls or notification was told by counter person oh I guess that part didn t come in sorry...I can get the we don t have that part from oreillys or advance but at least they call if they cannot provide parts by time promised.

Called looking for a battery cable and he put me on hold for close to 5 min to look if he had what I needed and came back on the phone and told me that he needed to help a customer that just came in and to please hold until he was finished with them. Sorry, don't have time to be set aside for another customer that was obviously there after he was already helping me. Poor poor customer service! This place is hit and miss but this did not make me happy.

It s a parts store. They sell parts. If you need parts for your car, this is a good place to get them. I have gotten many parts here, and they parted really well.Parts.

the people know what theyre doing and the things they sell are just about always well fit for the job and hold up well to the punishment theyre supposed to take. they also are fairly polite and are good people who are pleasent to deal with

Very nice staff they took care of what the Zimmerman napa wouldn't do definitely will make the trip to princeton instead of going to the local Zimmerman store
